Good location, good food the hotel was okay but not outstanding

The food followed a certain pattern, so it was the same every day. I couldn't find the advertised themed meal days. Every day was a variation from the previous day, from the location of the meal to the type of food. It was all-inclusive. The food in general was of good quality, and I'd say there was something for everyone. WLAN was very bad, in the room 0 reception, tested with 2 devices (notebook and mobile phone) then worked with mobile roaming, in some places in the hotel there was excellent reception but in the room very poor No parking spaces near the hotel, had to pay extra for a parking space at the hotel The pool area was a bit dated and the staff didn't even know about a pool that they had on their own homepage

Close to beach, very friendly staff, good food, no extra costs, literally all inclusive. Very comfortable beds. No hassle getting subbed

Would prefer entertainment area to be in the open rather than downstairs in a room

Location was good, the hotel was spotlessly clean, they came in every day & cleaned our room, staff were friendly, good choice of food & drinks, lovely pool with no issues getting a sunbed & a spa & gym that were available to use as part of the cost

Having to leave it & come home!

It was clean (room cleaned every day) the food was fresh and vibrant. The staff (particularly Jesus on the bar) and animation staff, were very attentive. No issues with sun loungers, plenty of availability.

Bathrooms a bit dated and shower leaked but it was fixed within 24 hours. Would prefer more variation on lunches each day.

Animation team, personnel from the bar, reception, clean team, etc., everyone was very kind, helpful and friendly. They contributed the most to make the stay enjoyable. Animation team was attentive to the children. Apartments were big, with the kitchen, but you dont really need that if you have all inclusive. The food was good in overall, with a wide selection of foods, I think everyone finds something he likes. Location was good, close to the beach. Both front and back section with apartments have a pools for adults and children, with the mini bar where you can take drinks. Hotel is located in quieter part of Mallorca, take that in consideration. And we would like to greet Coco :)

Evening program was kind of weak, last day was the only one we found interesting - flamenco night - which we sadly didnt catch as we had to leave. Apartments section was old, some parts of bathroom were rusty, but clean and that is important. Maybe choose the front hotel section if you do not need the extra space of the apartments.

Excellent location. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Resort is not too big. Hotel staff all excellent being both friendly and helpful.

Entertainment area in the evening was in a room under the restaurant. Probably because it was early season. Would have been better in the indoor bar adjacent to the pool.

Came with adult son, teenage daughter, and granddaughter aged 4, booked in one room. From the UK and Paguera is mainly German families, which was not an issue but meant all local bars and restaurants more geared towards Germans. We went into Santa Ponsa one day to Irish bar which was nice. The main hotel is lovely and modern, food was faultless and all staff were lovely from the reception staff to waiters. The animation team couldn't do enough even though my Granddaughtet was a bit shy.

Our apartment was in block 2 at the back, which was a bit of a trek and dated but clean enough, and maid service was good. Booked for 3 adults and 1 child and 2 made uo beds in the living room, but they were comfortable enough. The indoor pool is actually part of the spa and only allows children between 12 and 4, which isn't clear on the website. Entertainment in the pool bar, which was fine as we went out of peak season. I'm not sure if this would accommodate all guests in peak times.

The hotel is very close to the beach, only 5 mins by walk. The beach and pool were never too busy and we were always able to find a free sun lounger. There isn't a queue for loungers every morning and people come and go in a very civilised way. Veronika at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the staff were really lovely.

There was a good variety of food but some of it was quite oily, which can get a bit much after a few days

Great staff, very welcoming from reception team, restaurant and especially the animation team Julita and Ruben that helped us to entertain and look after our 2y old son. We had a 5 nights all inclusive stay and were really pleased with the service. Large rooms, great food and nice cocktails at the bar. We also bought a special birthday package that was great value for money. Our sea front room had lovely views and a large balcony.

The rooms look lovely and they would be perfect to have double bed instead of 2 single united, but overall no fault for the money we paid
