I had a very pleasant stay at this aparthotel. The location is very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The room was excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated how secure the place felt. I accidentally left my watch behind, and the staff found it and arranged to send it to me via DHL ( ofc I paid the fees), very well packed and covered – a big thank you for that! The gym is also well equipped with everything necessary for a good workout.

The only small downside was that the pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures.

The room was very clean, spacious, and the balcony was great to have. We were instantly comfortable in the hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful. Our flight was delayed and we had a long wait at the airport for a shuttle to the car rental at PMI. It meant a lot to have an understanding and kind person to meet us at reception. The location was ideal, in the centre of Paguera and so close to the beach. The gym was great! Facilities in the fitness centre were very modern and well maintained. It was nice to have cooking facilities and a fridge in the room.

The daily cost of parking was the only thing I can fault with the accommodation. It was kind of steep. That said, it was great to have the car so close and safe.

Lovely hotel and massive rooms with a large balcony , very clean and up to date , staff really nice and good little shop downstairs for drinks . Loads of sunbeds available to use as well . We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but looked nice . This is a very German town so finding a English menu can be hard but can be done , beach was lovely and a 2 minute walk away aswell , there’s a lively bar straight across from the hotel but couldn’t hear anything in our room , couldn’t fault this place at all

Very impressed with the apartment, brand new throughout, the outdoor pool was small but enough to cool off in and always sunbeds available. indoor pool and gym (note over 18s only), games room, air con (thank god!), great varied breakfast selection and location hard to beat overlooking the beach (although mainly view of trees). Really lovely staff throughout. Cannot fault it!

The appartments are in an excellent location, close to the beach and shops. The reception and outside area have recently had a make over which has been well done and there are more sunloungers and a new sunbathing deck on the first floor. The now serve food and cocktails to you on your lounger and these were great. The staff are always excellent and very helpful. It is nice to see the same staff every year.

While the refurbishment is excellent the outdoor pool is now just one you can stand up in for a cool down. Dont expect a pool you can swim in although there is a small indoor pool too if the weather is not so good. The appartments overlook a noisy bar but like all bars the music has to be off at midnight but there are often a few people shouting for a little while after that. The walls of the rooms are not very sound proof so you do hear some noise in the appartment. Reception will sort it for you if it gets too much but if you want a really quiet time dont go in peak season.

The place is very nice and very central. Lots of shops and restaurants around, beautiful beach just around the corner. I was there in beginning of April so it wasn't too loud (but we always heard the loud music from bar right in front of the hotel), but of you go during high season you cam expect it to be loud as there are bars around.

Loud music always until late from the bar that's located in front. Swimming pools are small, both inside and outside.

Very clean, good size, modern and beautiful apartment. Excellent location by the sea with multiple beaches nearby and all kinds of facilities around, shops, restaurants, bus stop, playground for children. Staff very helpful and polite- we appreciated the possibility of storing luggage and using the changing room /shower facilities before leaving. We will definitely come back.

It’s super close to the beach and the town Centre. Good amenities around and about.

The “double bed” is made out of single beds which legs slip on the hard floor constantly and the pillows were not comfortable. Would be great if some non-slip legs are added to the beds

The room was comfortable, with a nice view and a good breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we checked out, we appreciated being able to leave our bags at the hotel and use the shower before heading out. There’s a small outdoor pool—quite cold and only 90 cm deep—making it ideal for children in the summer. The indoor pool is similar in size and style.

The location is excellent , less than five minutes to the beach and some fantastic restaurants on the doorstep. Staff all really helpful , apartment cleaned nearly every day and to an excellent standard , fresh linen and towels , and great air conditioning. The balcony was huge and we had a lovely sea view.

A washer would be handy but not a deal breaker at all.
