- The staff was extremely helpful and tried to walk that extra mile in order to provide a memorable service. I can include here all staff, including the receptionist, the cleaning staff and catering. - As a queer couple we felt absolutely accepted and welcome. - We were very satisfied with the All Inclusive option as there was a big variety of choices with every meal. - The location is a bit out from the city centre of Paguera which means no noise at all, but a walking distance to the La Romana and Torà beaches and the shopping street. - Good and stable wi-fi connection.

- The pool closes too early. It’s only open between 10 and 18. - Although the pool and its area is reasonably sized, it’s a game of luck to find free sunbeds. They are also placed very tightly so it’s not possible to move and rotate them. - Some plant-based options for dessert would be very welcome, although milk alternatives is offered for breakfast.

We had an amazing experience during our one-week stay at the hotel Oberoy, in Peguera, Mallorca. The location was perfect, close to the sea /5 minutes walk distance/. It was so convenient to have everything within reach /beach, store, promenade, restaurants, bars, rent a scooter or car/. The room was comfortable, with balcony and view on a swimming pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The value for money was excellent, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and buffet dinner each day. I recommend hotel Oberoy (adults only) for anyone visiting Mallorca!

Quiet and chilled with the most lethal drinks! Best all inclusive we’ve been to. Staff lovely and attentive. Food was so tasty, not loads of variety but it was enough. The guests were majority of older people but friendly enough.

The only thing I’d say is maybe could have had some entertainment on. We were not there long enough, 3 nights however no entertainment.

Nice, clean hotel. Near to the beach and shopping strip with restaurants and bars. Lovely clean pool. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Pool opened up quite late and shut very early. Would've liked some background music during the day. Maybe aerobics in the pool during the day. A pool table and darts would be nice, too!

The pool is great. A lot of food variety. Location is perfect 5-10 mins walk to the beaches. There are also good connections with Palma. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very pleasant - cleaning ladies + the guys that work on the pool and at the bar also.

Nothing. Valuable for the money

We are happy that we stayed in this hotel. Really calm and quit place, good and nice staff, near to the beach like 2 minutes by walking. Very good drinks and meals with all inclusive. Thank you for amazing stay. 😊

It's not bad thing about the hotel but the pool could be open longer time. Also we would change the deposit of towels, it should be also less, at least for guests. 😊

Everything was perfect! The beach only 2 minutes away..very near to the central market ,too. The breakfast and dinner so tasty and plenty ..huge room with balcony

the staff were very helpful and attentive. the rooms were clean and had all amenities needed. i really liked the food/ so much choice of fish and freshly cooked meat.

wifi not working in the bedrooms. all inclusive and even paying for drinks finished too early at 11pm
