Location of the hotel is really central and we got nice, new room on the quiet side. I saw older reviews claiming noise from the cocktail bar that is downstairs, however it was very calm while we were there. Rooms were cleaned exceptionally well every day and breakfast was varied and fulfilling. The staff is super nice and I really appreciated them letting me leave my luggage after check out, and having a shower after all day on the beach since my flight was late in the evening.

Nothing major, bathroom could use few more hooks and the AC was quite strong, so we slept without it since it can be turned off.

The hotel is located near all necessary facilities (restaurants, shops) and the beach. The bus station is also located 200 meters from the hotel and offers a direct line to the airport. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and approachable. The breakfast is satisfactory, they offer various types of salami, cheeses, spreads, cereals and a machine for hot drinks. In any case, good value for money.

The main drawback of this accommodation was the bathroom, which is too small. Because of this, we had a flood every day when we showered, so we had to put towels on the floor to absorb the water. (Praise to the cleaning lady who brought us new ones every day, even though the hotel said that towels are changed every 2 days). The bed was too hard, and the pillows were strange and impractical. It would be good to add a towel dryer to the rooms on the terrace, so that you have a place to put wet things after swimming on the beach.

best hotel you can find in Paguera. The hotel could not be more centrally located in the city. This is my fifth stay at the hotel, and always choose this hotel if possible. The hotel is family friendly. They have the best staff, they are helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and a perfect size. Breakfast is also really good, you can't complain about it. Not only is the hotel good and has fantastic staff, there is also a bar and a café attached. The bar is right next to the hotel, so cozy and makes good drinks. The café is right next to the beach and you can't complain about it either, it cooks delicious food, very ideal for if you are lying on the beach sunbathing and you want to have lunch, you can just go there, instead of having to go towards the city. I have nothing but praise for this place.

In general, we were satisfied with everything, but the breakfast was truly excellent. Breakfasts in Europe usually leave a lot to be desired for us Turks, but it was really excellent at this hotel. They offer a variety of foods that change every day (eggs, sweet potatoes, bacon, cheese varieties), fruits, fruit juices, milk options, and coffee. Room cleanliness was also done very well every day. Towels are changed every two days. For a vacation spot, it might be beneficial to change them daily. The location is also very nice. It's within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The beach right below the hotel is also very beautiful. You can take bus A11 from the airport, get off at La Romana stop, and walk 500 meters to the hotel. When going to Palma center, you can also use the Torà stop right next to the hotel, which is only 100 meters away. However, this stop can get incredibly crowded during the holiday season, and since the buses are already full at previous stops, they often pass without taking passengers. But I'll give you a tip :) If you walk to the La Romana stop 500 meters below where you came from the airport, you'll be on an empty bus 10 stops ahead :)

Towels are changed every two days. For a vacation spot, it might be beneficial to change them daily. Also, there was at least one bug in the room, and it got into our suitcase. We had to make a considerable effort to get rid of it. Pest control should be done more frequently.

Friendly and very kind staff, always giving the best experience to the customer everywhere, in the har, at the reception and a very good cleaning. I appreciate the personal service that makes the difference, always people make the difference and this what really differentiates spending a time in this hotel. For sure I will come back. Lookimg forward and very grateful for the great experience!

The hotel was near center, they had their own Waikiki restaurtant/bar. Our room was with balcony, but we did not use it. Room was nice and there was also a fridge. We did not have breakfast included. Very nice was that we have in our room some fruits :-)

It was difficult to park near

The hotel has a pretty nice location, is close to the beach, and with several restaurants nearby. The room has a good size, the bathroom is excellent and the whole room is well-equipped with a wardrobe, a big mirror, a tv, an office desk, and a small fridge. Bonus point to the staff that was really welcoming and helpful in every interaction we had.

Overall everything was fine, but unfortunately, the room was very noisy. We could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. They could also have better pillows since the ones they have are too small.

The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is good and the location was perfect for us, close to the beach and many bars/restaurants in the area. Lovely staff, especially Babette who made us feel welcome right from the start.

They confirmed late check ins were possible and then cancelled our first night one day before our arrival, saying reception availability had changed. We got a refund, but still it was very upsetting and stressful to have to look for a new place to stay with such short notice. We still had a great stay despite that.

We really loved this hotel and I totally recommend it to anyone going to Paguera. Very cozy and big room, comfortable beds, minifridge, nice bathroom. Just 5 min from the beach, on the main street with shops, bar and restaurants. Nice international breakfast.

Pillows were too thin and we had noisy neighbours.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the town, decent breakfast selection, room were good apart from we didn’t have a balcony but we were on the 4th floor near the rooftop terrace, nice little hotel with a great bar below.

All good
