This hotel has old fashioned charm. It is homely and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (but I did bring my own pillow) I’m sure extra pillows would be provided if asked for. The breakfast is continental but there is plenty to choose from, the staff are attentive and helpful. The poolside area is good, even if the pool is somewhat frigid in May. The bar / restaurant were a welcome surprise. The spa area was good - the showers hot and powerful - if a little dated. I will definitely be visiting again.

The town (not the beach) is horrible. However, the transport system in Mallorca is really easy to navigate so you can easily go elsewhere. The hotel and beach was all I needed so it was fine.

Location for our purposes worked well. Breakfast selection was excellent, with full cold buffet together with hot options. All the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The reception staff were knowledgable and very helpful. In fact everyone was courteous and kind. The bar food menu offered great choices and all the lunches and dinners we had were very good. There are two sections to the hotel, we stayed in the main area. Suiting us due to some mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs at the hotel, manageable but be aware.

The addition of comfortable chairs in bedroom would have been ideal. And this goes for the chairs on our terrace, bistro style chairs were uncomfortable. We stayed for 13 nights so the seating overall was an issue for us. More shaded areas around pool would help. We knew the hotel was close to a road so bear this in mind, it may concern some.

Amazing location! Just few meters from the public beach that is amazing. Also the hotel pool is quite lively.

The half boarding is not well explained, especially the dinner menu. Also, the staff apart from the reception did not speak good English that makes it quite hard. Considering language is a barrier, please put some effort in explaining what does a dinner menu for half boarded people contains in the menu itself in the text form. Also, clearly mention that water will be charged separately so we won’t get a long unexpected bill after 10 days of stay.

Breakfast was good and plentifully. Staff was very friendly. Gardens are a main bonus and the pool area was lovely and comfortable. Moskitos were shockingly bad after 6pm in September, but we were provided with a plug-in anti insect liquid dispenser for the room on arrival.l to keep us safe there.

I would have preferred a 2nd large towel. Also I was surprised not to have a kettle in the room to make Tea/Coffee on demand. I had brought Irish Teabags with me that I could only use once a day in the breakfast room.

Very old world, Spanish feel, lot of art, colourful, beautiful garden, terraces above the restaurant and sitting gallery in the garden covered in flowers and climbing plants. Breakfast is good, plenty of coffee.. not far from the beach area. Staff is very supportive and welcoming. The receptionist Hamsah is uniquely courteous, quick, supportive, kind, intelligent, speaks good English. Our room made Teresa was tidying our room every day. She was diligent in her work and it was a pleasure to come back into our room, that had the doors opened to the inner garden. We liked it all.

The hotel was very comfortable, even though it shows its age.

The gardens and the arty interior. Sauna and pool Staff doo helpful - impressed with their commit skills and many languages spoken. Great location. Not busy. Near groceries restaurants beach and bustop. Fridge Room. Shower pressure fantastic. Beach towels safe available for a reasonable cost. Rooms cleaned v v v well. Stored our luggage free and we could use the falsities before our later flight ( shower bar sauna etc )

Scrapping noise of the beds / furniture above us. The pool was too cool. Not enough plant based / vegan protein options at breakfast or mushroooms eg nuts beans margarine mushrooms soya yoghurts No complimentary water in room

Super nice interior/design of the hotel. Cozy rooms displaying a great vibe and atmosphere. All staff were highly accommodating and super friendly. Satisfying breakfast. Fast check-in and attentive service whereas I got my luggage carried to my room. The size of the room was very appealing. Conveniently placed wall sockets, nice terrace with enough space to relax on, fridge pleasantly quiet.

My room was located directly beneath the dining room which caused a lot of commotion/noise. While the hotel is perfectly located to walk to the nearest beach, the street is quite noisy all the time (it also affects the appeal of spending time at the pool). One recognizes that the hotel already reached a certain age and might require a renovation/some enhancements here and there. Might be good to note that most of the facilities incl. Rooms require steps/stairs to reach those [on average]. There are some wheelchair accessibility features but overall it might be exhausting for elderly who cannot walk/take stairs properly though they are generally healthy. (Yet I think that the staff would be as accommodating as possible).

An elegant boutique hotel, with an artistic interior look (with many paitings & pieces of art) and a lovely hacienda vibe & peaceful architecture at the outside (with gardens & a relaxing patio), with a good location (the beach is across the street), with many restaurants nearby, attentive staff, excelent breakfast with many options, a cosy and clean pool, overall, such a great stay at Bahia Hotel! It exceeded my expectations! We will definitely stay here again next time in Mallorca!

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful in providing us information upon check in and calling a taxi to the airport. It was no problem checking in early (about 12pm, which I suspect was partly due to low occupancy as it was the low season) The hotel had a lovely antique aesthetic which made it feel very homely and was very clean. The room was well sized with a nice balcony and bathroom in addition to a small fridge and big tv with Netflix. The bed and linen was all very comfortable and clean. Both the outdoor and indoor pool and spa facilities were fantastic.

Great location. Lovely, very helpful staff. Best buffet breakfast I have had in my life! I never purchase breakfast with my room so I explore the local cafes but I tried their buffet once and couldnt go anywhere else. I dont know how they manage to make scrambled eggs for a buffet, that good! Room was a great size and serviced more than needed. Great spot to sit outside day and night. Indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and they offer massage and Reiki at the hotel. (Incredible Reiki practioner you must book in advance though).

Nothing, everything was fantastic.
