Lovely atmosphere created by the staff, very chilled out vibe, awesome pool area and had everything we needed for a relaxed getaway. The staff go out of their way to ensure a real personalised experience and made to feel super welcome The lunch and dinner menu's are amazing, top quality!

We were expecting live music each night but only had this once. Locals are invited to the pool area on a sunday which made it very busy and hard to get a sunlounger, but overall didn't affect the quality of the holiday Good continental breakfast but very limited if you want something more full in range like a full english

This hotel has a really warm welcoming vibe, it’s like being made to feel at home, the staff are fantastic, they talk with you and make you feel really welcome. The pool area is fabulous and clean and the beds are clean and comfy with nice music on it really is such a lovely atmosphere. You can tell the staff behind the bar really care about the drinks they are making and the service they are giving. Rubio makes the best pomada cocktails! And a big thanks to Stefano and his colleague who looked after us late when we checked in and stayed to make us a drink after our flight. The food in the resteraunt is also really wonderful and not overpriced, it is clean and delicious. The vegetarian burger is the best I have ever had. The manager of this hotel is really lovely and friendly and will do anything to help you he is always working hard and doing alsorts of jobs,cleaning the pool serving food and drinks I thought it was really lovely the way I saw him talking and laughing with the other staff. I really liked how all the staff seemed to be happy and made the atmosphere really happy. They have music nights which were cool and the layout of the hotel makes it feel really safe and cosy.

If I had only one would be the shower is a bit small and water goes everywhere as it has a shower curtain which is only a personal dislike of mine.

This is such a pretty, friendly and welcoming little hotel. Although I didn't love Peguera itself, it was perfect for a good value place to stay in order to visit Palma by bus. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the bus stop and the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The pool is wonderful after a day of sightseeing and there is always cool music playing. I didn't have breakfast there as I'm vegan and there wasn't so much on offer but it looked like a very good spread and evening meals also looked good. There is something very cosy and inviting about the place, and the staff are really friendly. The room was a little smaller than I expected and a little less modern, but all in all, it was a great place to stay for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

There was nothing I didn't like. Great little place to stay.

Very clean( room and common areas) , great music all day ( gotta like jazz), good breakfast, the pool area is very nice, including the nice gentleman at the pool bar ( unfortunately I don't know his name). Good cocktails and coffee. Alejandro, the receptionist, also is very attentive and sweet. Wifi reception works great in all the areas, good even for working remotely. The location is quiet, and there's very easy parking. Walking distance to a good beach, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately I had to switch hotels after three nights because they were full, but I would definitely have stayed longer if possible.

I had a room on the third floor and there's no elevator. The receptionist helped me carry the luggage, I appreciate that. The room isn't very big but the bathroom is small. For one person it's comfortable.

Staff were amazing always there when we needed anything. Great location some of my family were at the other end of Paguera and said our side was a much better location. Pool was amazing and the bar there was fantastic I would recommend the cocktails. If we returned in the future I wouldn’t think twice about here again 😊

Room was slightly compact but its value for the money.

Everything was top class breakfast buffet in the mornings was amazing fresh and of the highest quality and plenty of choice. In the evening the food once again was first class as good as any restaurant you would find on the island. The staff were remarkable and helpful always with a smile. If your looking for a great hotel with fantastic food this is the place to stay 😋

We had to go home

Beautiful hotel, with lovely interior and exterior including a garden with a pool. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with big beds. Very good breakfast, vast choice of fresh fruit and drinks. Free parking on site was possible. Quiet location, just 5 min away on foot from the nearest beach and the main street, an evening promenade on which was magnificent.

The room wasn't perfectly sound-proof.

Excellent, efficient, friendly staff. As a group we had four rooms, and there was quite a bit of variation between rooms in terms of facilities and size. All the rooms were comfortable, but some were small for two people sharing. Rooms with ‘mountain view’ might be cooler in summer. Music theme gives hotel lots of character. Pool was nice and pool area well maintained. Cocktails were good!

What can I say.. I absolutely loved it here, La Concha exceeded my expectations! This was my first solo trip and I felt at home and so relaxed the moment I arrived. A big thank you to Oscar and his team who went above and beyond to make my stay special, I made some wonderful friends and special memories, I can’t wait to come back! 🙏 La Concha is a fairly quiet hotel but it’s laid back chilled vibe is all part of its charm and the location is so perfect you have everything you need on your doorstep. I only stayed a long weekend but I found my way around really quickly.. a trip to the port where the nightlife and bars are, the beach is a 5 minute walk, shops, restaurants and bars also a 2 minute walk!

Such a lovely atmosphere- it feels like a family-run place. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for all of us. Even had hugs on departure! Food was fantastic too. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and great bars, restaurants and shopping.

We loved everything!
