Our room was comfortable, kept very clean every day. The buffet food was good, always a good choice and well presented. The staff were really friendly and helpful, made us very welcome. The location is very good, just a short walk to the Main Street, beach and bus stop. Plenty of shops, cafes, bars nearby.

Would have liked to have tea/ coffee making facility in the room and a fridge too. Would prefer a shower rather than a bath. There was a shower over the bath, but as we are an older couple, it wasn’t so easy for us to step out of the bath.

We were very pleased with our spacious room and lovely sunny balcony. The beds were comfortable and the shower was easily adjustable and worked well. The room was cleaned and the beds made every day so it was lovely to return to our delightful room each evening. The food was excellent with a wide range of cereals, yogurt, quark, cooked breakfast foods, cold meats, fruit, croissants and rolls etc for breakfast. In the evening we enjoyed the fish and meats freshly cooked on the grill as well as the choice of several other delicious dishes, vegetables, salads and deserts. The reception staff, cleaners and restaurant staff all went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Most of the other guests at the hotel were German and we enjoyed trying to use our limited knowledge of Spanish and German however the reception staff and most of the other staff also spoke English very well. This was our second visit to The Morlans Garden hotel, we had stayed there in 2018 and we would love to return there again soon.

staff are just great - professional, available and willing to help in any way to make sure the stay is good. this is a good value hotel made up of a collection of buildings. close to everything and well serviced.

the food is average hotel service but that’s to be expected. stick with fruits, salads and the fresh option and it’s great. shame no fresh orange juice on an island overflowing. spa was also cold on the day I went - shame as it’s a nice facility if weather not great.

Location: close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and Bus stop. Meal: Good dinner and nice breakfast, price of the drinks very affordable Staff: Responsible, happy to serve, very customer oriented.

All whirlpools showed in hotel photos were out of service (maybe because high season was ended). In the reviews you are going to find lots of comments about mattress and people with back pain. most of rooms have a standard low density foam mattresses, which for people heavier than 70K is not a dream to sleep on it. in the third day I could barely walk anymore, HOWEVER by the moment I complained in the reception and time I received a brand new pocket coil high density mattress in the room, it was just 2h. Very fast solution which actually saved my vacation. I regret have taken 3 days to complain. the staff took my topic seriously and acted fast. if the same happens with you, don’t wait too long! The manager is on the front desk all mornings and he is very effective.

slight confusion with our room as we arrived very late, however the reception team had organised a light late supper for us which was very kind of them. Sara on reception is wonderful. She rectified the room issue the following morning and we spent a fantastic holiday in our requested room which we have stayed in before. we can’t praise her highly enough.

Brilliant hotel in a great location. 2 mins to the beach, with some great shops just across the road. Loved the roof garden, fabulous place to relax and great sea views. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food something to do even if the weather wasn't great.

Mattress had seen better days. Quite hollow in the middle. This was not a big enough problem to stop us going back.

Perfect place to stay! So calm, so relax. We got the room like appartament, so we were very satisfied! Also it was in the building where is own pool! Dinner buffet was so greate! So different menu every day! Amazing experience! I will stay there again if I will go to Palma again in future! Recomend for sure.

The nice woman at the reception(sorry forgot your name, Cony maby..), the pools and the tranquility, the food.

One lady working at the restaurant 1st night was rude cause we took a seat at a table with 4 sets of table cloths instead of 2.We were 2 persons but there were no instructions what so ever. Other persons working there are all verry kind and all smiles. The last day of the holliday we had all day workers at the adult only pool :( verry noisy cutting metal etc. Not ok! Hoped they would live but they left at about 16.00 :( Also be aware you may not have a parking spot when u come. There are not that many spots available.
