We stayed here as a group of five women from the same family, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a large territory and two spacious swimming pools. All of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We would like to give special thanks to the receptionist, Izi Doro, for his friendliness and professionalism — he made us feel truly welcome. We also want to express our gratitude to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff — everyone works with great care and dedication. If we travel to Mallorca again, we will definitely choose this hotel once more. Highly recommended!

Good location, Big Junior Suits Friendly staff (Eng/Ger speaking) Food is super good - every day different meat/fish Once we were in Palmira Paguera paradise for breakfast - it was too crowdy and less food availability, was happy to choose Ona And what is good - with kids super convenient road for stroller directly to the beach Best rooms (silent and minimum sun) 414,415,416 We will definitely return :)

Kids playground outside is super old and dangerous/dusty, would be good if they renew it and make more zones for activities

Staff generally very friendly and helpful, excellent buffet breakfast, two pools to choose from, close to beach, restaurants, and corner shops. Perfect for a short stay!

Aircon was quite weak - even though you could supposedly control the precise temperature, it didn't get cooler than about 26 degrees. The maintenance guy came and told us it was perfectly fine! Fridge was also more of a cooler than fridge - wouldn't keep milk or meat in there for sure!

Nice hotel.lovely surrounding, near beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely breakfasts and pool area.

Our balcony over looked a flat roof and unkept area that was a eye sore and blocked view of pool,if area was tidy up with a few plants etc would brighten place up also out side balcony light goes off automatically at 12.15 am and can't be put back on.. Small things, overall nice hotel good value for money.

Comfortable hotel, 5 minutes of walking from the beach, many good cafes and restaurants around and the beach is amazing. The room is not big, but was was enough for our needs. The breakfast was good and diverse, we even had sparkling wine. A good thing is that the hotel also had tennis, table tennis and mini-golf field and there was no queue on using them. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, everybody was speaking German and we in the hotel and the whole city were almost the only non-German people. I prefer more international resorts. Also, the mini-golf field was neglected. The table tennis rackets were worn out. We also had an issue with the shower gel holder - it was broken. We asked to fix it and next day we saw a new one glued to the wall (the part that goes to the wall) and the holders were left on the shelf. After a couple of days we asked somebody to assemble them, but nobody came for 2-3 days and I had to do that myself.

Everything was exactly how I have expected based on the photos seen online. The staff was really friendly and helpful whenever I needed more information. Even though I have travelled alone I believe that is the perfect place for couples with / without children. The food was really tasty and diverse, have different products each day to chose from.

The rooms are not as soundproof as I would have liked, some tourists were letting the doors close on their own. The pool had a lower temperature than expected.

Room was a decent size as was the toilet,food was ample and plenty staff in dining area were always polite and busy.

Not a lot of information in room regarding WiFi and how to connect.We couldn't get the safe to work even though we asked at reception maintenance didn't arrive.The receptionist were really busy all the time.Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.But you really need a safe place for your valuables.

The property was lovely, very clean, we were a family of 5, with 2 different rooms, one in each block, we didn’t have any problems at all with the accommodation, the location was great, the pools were good albeit a bit cold and the food was lovely for the half board option.

Only that the pools were a bit cold but it was out of season.

I didn’t like that a family of 5 were split up into two different buildings. Which meant I couldn’t say with my husband as he had to stay with one child & I had to stay with my other 2 , if we were next to each other in the same building it would of been easier. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel If you have More than 3 in your family

Great staff, great breakfast and dinner, there was a huge variety of food to choose from. The hotel was nice in a nice environment near the beach. Free parking. The pool is clean and large. The room is an ideal size for two, the cleaning every day is great.

Upon arrival the bathroom was not the cleanest and the walls also had smudge marks. If someone walks in the corridor, you can hear them in the room.
