A wonderfully renovated finca in wonderful surroundings. The hosts make the stay to a perfect experience. In the evening you look forward to the delicious, extensive breakfast on the terrace. We would love to come back. A big thank you to Victor, his wife and the team.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Finca Can Estades in Palma de Mallorca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The finca is a beautifully restored country house with so much character — every corner tells a story, and the attention to detail is impeccable. Breakfasts were a true highlight: fresh, local, and lovingly prepared. Enjoying them on the terrace with the morning sun and birdsong was pure bliss. The pool area is serene and never crowded, offering total relaxation with breathtaking views. What truly sets Finca Can Estades apart, however, is the hosts. Their kindness, professionalism, and passion for what they do elevate the entire experience. They were always available with helpful recommendations, thoughtful touches, and warm conversation. If you’re looking for a soulful, relaxing, and authentic Mallorcan experience, I can’t recommend Finca Can Estades highly enough. I’m already dreaming of my next visit

Property is beautiful! Gorgeous pool. We were there in June so very hot weather but the pool was perfection as was the lovely breakfasts we had outside on the terrace under the shade. You do need a car to go anywhere for dinner unless you get a picnic and you can have it on the terrace in the evening or rent the suite of rooms that has a kitchen. For restaurants you will have to drive to them and keep in mind very narrow roads and limited parking in Calvià and other villages.

Everything was lovely, just keep in mind you will have to drive everywhere as nothing is within walking distance.

Very beautiful, well maintained mansion with original furniture, great outdoor seating, lounge and terrace. Nice big pool, carefully decorated big room. Overall: a lot of space. Very kind and warm-hearted host Ana. We hade tapas (different types of local ham, cheese, chorizo, aioli, olives, nuts,…. and homemade bread) in the evening with a nice wine. So tasty and so relaxing. Note: no full dinner available but Calvia is very close. We definitely want to come back.

The breakfast was not included in the room price since the room is already a little pricey I would have hoped breakfast was included or at least cheaper as 16,- per person. I personally didn’t like the taste of the coffee ☕️ and would have preferred that the would have a portafilter machine with good coffee beans. The hotel is nice and clean, but you get a feeling that you are living in a museum.

We would highly recommended Finca Hotel Can Estades. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. Victor and his family went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options and homemade treats every day. The hotel is set in a tranquil, peaceful location and is beautifully designed. We have left feeling really relaxed and spoilt.

The hotel, staff, location and overall comfort have been incredible. The owners as well as the staff at the property is very attentive, making sure that they can provide anything you need. The hotel is located in a peaceful quiet area, which offers a great space for relax and enjoying your holidays. Rooms were large and very clean which is a big plus. Breakfast had everything we wanted and also catered to the needs of vegans/vegetarians. I really loved the place and would come back.

Nothing to mention

A beautiful 16th century finca refurbished to high standard with traditional stones. The garden is delightful with its lemon trees and serene pool that also has an annexed nice gym area with sauna. Took a plunge mid November and felt very revitalised! Breakfast on the terrace contributes to relaxation with excellent fresh egg dishes, orange juice and juice from the garden lemons. We will definitely come back or send family here to recharge their batteries!

Everything! The outside and inside were gorgeous, pool area was so beautiful and rooms were so comfy and nice. I loved how quiet it was, even though it was fully booked while we stayed there. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in the near future!

The only downside was that we didn’t realize there was no food other than breakfast available, so it cost us a lot to get to the other villages to eat. Maybe hiring a car would’ve been worth it! Also, the breakfast fully made up for the rest because it was amazing.

The owners and staff were lovely . Very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were extremely clean. Great choices for breakfast. The whole experience was a rustic delight.

Our view was ground floor at the back of the house. The outlook could easily be made more attractive and tidy. The pillows could have been better. Having said this we appreciate the new owners have only recently taken over. The WiFi wasn’t great.
