Property was nice & clean. Staff is excellent.

I feel the pool side can have some music. It doesn’t feel very lively. Overall bit too quiet. Apart from that spa treatments were a complete disappointment. We went for massage & facial, both but total waste of money. Overall the food variety can be better. Very limited menu.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold food available .Aziz the restaurant manager was attentive to everyones needs , making sure our holiday was special .

We were really disappointed that the smaller pool and Bistro are now owned by a different company and it is called Cotton Club . It is expensive to use the facilities and during our stay it was always empty . Booking sites are showing pictures of this area so guests think it is part of the hotel deal .This needs addressing . Thiago the Manager was very helpful throughout our stay and understood our concerns . We felt the drinks were pricey and it was sad to see guests getting taxis to drink in the evening leaving an empty bar area . This is our 5th visit and was never the case in fact we used to struggle to get a table . Bottled water should be free in the room for a 5 Star hotel not 5.50 Euros .

The hotel is nice and clean, located in a beautiful area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is delicious.

There are some unexpected costs that are not mentioned on the booking site. A €150 deposit, which you will get back, but be prepared for surprise charges.

Loved the hilltop location gorgeous views of the sea. Communal areas sparkling clean. Breakfast staff very attentive go extra mile Vivi Victor and Nataly welcomed us and were so friendly. Enjoyed the Crepes, omelettes, Prosecco, and jams. 2 double beds very comfortable. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. In room plus - Coffee machine, handheld steamer & large tv with hdmi port. Car was useful to go to Peguera and other ports for dinner as shuttle finishes early at 5pm. If something missing just ask but you may have to ask twice depending on who you get at reception. Thanks Raul and Joel for helping us move rooms.

€50 deposit per night is strange, but did get refunded quickly after checkout. Drinks and food pricey go to Peguera. Soundproofing is a problem in club rooms can hear guests above and if it rains then drainage is really loud. We were moved by Juan when we reported it for a 2nd time. Music from bar played outside all day until 1am can be heard in main hotel. Can’t control own room temperature so we were cold.

The hotel is a little away from big civilization. At the same time, it is a very convenient location if you have a car. All the main attractions of the island are only 20-40 minutes drive away (except Cape Formentor) Incredibly beautiful views open up from any place on the territory of this hotel. It is quiet and very calm here. We liked the large room with a separate bedroom and a huge terrace. Also, a nice bonus was the presence of two swimming pools, one of which is indoor and heated

A 5-star hotel requires that the main staff speak English. It would be nice if the waiters also spoke English. And it would be ideal if they knew about the wide range of wines on offer. We were at the hotel in early May. The main season had not yet begun. Perhaps that is why the choice of food at dinner was small. But everything was quite tasty

The suite for 4 is perfect! Two separate rooms and bathrooms plus a living room and balcony are ideal for families. I always straggle to find such accommodation for my family where all 4 of us stay together and have a privacy at the same time. The breakfast is excellent and the stuff is very friendly.

The pool aria should work longer (it’s closed at 19h) at least during the summer when the sunset is around 21h. The hotel is situated in a hill with breathtaking see view, however it’s not near to a beach.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for rooms beside each other and they gave us interconnecting rooms which was perfect for family sharing two rooms. We got rooms on the ground floor with great terraces that we used in the evenings great for sitting out. Breakfast buffet was fantastic lots of options only noticed the different juices and sweet section on the last day. Plenty of places to lie out particularly liked the grass area where there was a lovely breeze.

The drive up to the hotel feels like you’ve taken a wrong turn and unnatural to drive up maybe just us as we drive on the otherside of the road but felt like you were going up the off ramp of the motorway it took us 3 attempts to drive up as on coming traffic was in the middle of the road!

The breakfast was plentiful with warm and cold options, fresh juices, a chef on hand to prepare items on request, and delicious coffee. I especially enjoyed sitting near the windows overlooking the blue sea. The location is stunning. I had a groundfloor room with private garden which was lovely. I enjoyed swimming in the very warm indoor pool. I hope to visit this hotel again in the futuer

No real complaints. The music that was played in the pool and cabana area could have been a bit lower because it was distracting if one was trying to relax or read. It would also help to have a designated smoking area poolside.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, views were stunning, very well kept grounds. We only used the adults only pool, which was lovely and relaxing. The room was beautiful and very spacious, lovely interior decor.

On one occasion we didn’t require our room cleaning so placed the do not disturb sign on our door, despite this the staff did still enter our room!! One evening we decided to have some drinks at the hotel bar, which were a huge disappointment and the service was not up to standard. We refused the drinks. The food menu by the pool didn’t have a great choice, the breakfast was basic and we did eat at the hotel buffet one evening which wasn’t impressive.

The views and staff. Overall a great experience! This is a stunning property and the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make our stay incredible. The concierge (Netty) planned some beautiful excursions for us and gave us great recommendations! The staff at the reception was also great, Francina , Natalie, Jaume, Javier, I am forgetting some names but all of them made our stay exceptional. We extended our stay here because we loved the hospitality so much. Would love to go back and highly recommend the place!

They could have more food options in the hotel. The buffet for lunch/dinner specifically was very boring and repetitive, and there were no other food options besides snacks at their bar or some salad and chips/cookies at their small shop.
