I liked the location of this hotel and the staff size of the pool and the atmosphere during the day. Rooms are a fairly decent sized clean and with all amenities in good working order. Everything what was needed. Although this is a hotel i'd say for young adults and more for stags and hens parties. I'd say we still loved it. The view is amazing. Able from reception is very nice, man, he will answer all your questions. I did have some trouble with booking.com upon booking this the advised me that the hotel was having problems with payment which I went to the hotel and was told it's booking.com I ened up missing my flight to booking another one as I didn't want to be stuck but then I was advised the payment had gone through, although it cost more money in the long run we did thourally enjoy our stay that much we are coming back in october with other family members that have booked up I think my teenage boys will love it I'm also booking up for July next year, perfect location brilliant

Only thing I would say is the lifts you can wait along time and one kept breaking down other than that brilliant stay.

Superb position in the centre of Santa Ponsa.Very big rooms with a seperate lounge area and flat tv. Kitchenette with kettle was lovely and cleanand good sized balcony.Check in was a little busy and long winded but staff at Deya were excellent and friendly. Its a lively property but would recommend sea view as pretty spectacular,and pool area very well kept.Poolside large beer only €4. Aircon ice cold😁 Would definitely return again and value for money was excellent.

Slow lifts and too small.

arrived early hours of the 4th but told check in wasn't untill 16.00 hours so had to pay money up front for a room and told to speak to someone in morning about moving rooms so up early asked about moving rooms and told no I could stay where I was room was clean massive veranda beds super comfy!! stafe very nice perfect place right in the middle of the hassle and bustle will be back for sure! as didn't wanna leave!

just paying extra for the room wee got to keep especially when we already payed up front online .

I love staying at the Daya as the staff couldn't do enough, each of them were genuinely kind and so helpful. In all my years of traveling and staying in hotels they Daya was the 1st hotel to call my mum 2 days before our travels to check in with us and wish us a safe journey. 20yrs going to Santa Ponsa and that is the place to go. For anyone to complain out noise should probably go and stay in a desert. Loved every minute. Thank you.

great location, close to bus/taxi, shops, all kinds of bars/restaurants, 1 minute away from the beach; clean pool of a big size. "Pool Party" was written on the wall, and yes indeed, pool parties were going on, especially during the weekend, people seemed to be enjoying themselves. good sound proof on windows of the room, so the party didn't bother once. we had amazing mountain and town view. for more than reasonable price we had an amazing stay.

some of night stuff was not very friendly, however understandable in the end of the season. everyone was helful and always delivered what was required

Gabriel the guy at the desk was very nice and helpful.. hotel was clean and comfortable and very central to everything

I didn't like that there was no music around pool area.. ya where not allowed a speaker which I could accept but I think the hotel should at least play some music around pool area..was too quiet around pool which made me leave and go out

16 yrs traveling to Santa Ponsa try to stay at Deya Apartments when available

Lifts were a disaster unfortunately not working a lot of times management certainly need to assess

The freedom, the apartments with views to the beach were amazing

I would like to have a oven for the next time

When I arrived I realised that I should have booked Portofino as the rest of my family were there. I was transferred there immediately and answers relate to Portfino. Excellent performance from staff( both in Deya and Portofino). I will have no hesitation in booking with Pierre et Vacance in future
