Loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness around the hotel the location was great .

Some areas of the hotel was very tired the rooms and balcony’s could do with an update . And the pool area is far too crowded with beds your literally sunbathing on top of one another but at least they have plenty of beds !!

Despite the luxurious decor downstairs the bedrooms are quite basic, no toiletries, tea, coffee etc but still very pleasant

Very close to beach and large supermarket. Nice views from some rooms. Pool was great to hang out at. Very warm and welcoming staff. They have everything you need at this hotel, and the food was excellent. In my experience, the rooms were very quiet compared to other hotels. Highly recommend, especially for the price. The staff is pretty laid-back about almost everything, they don't have a lot of strict rules you have to follow opposed to some other hotels. there is some evening entertainment if you're into that and during the day they have sports activities like shuffleboard pool, ping pong or water aerobics with dance instructors. they also have sangria parties during midday around the pool where they play music and hand out free sangria and fruit. Lots of fun! Pro tip-if you stay 7 days they give you one of your buffet nights in the patio restaurant all inclusive when you are staying half board!

if you are unlucky enough to have a large youth group of soccer players invade the hotel, you probably won't enjoy your stay as much. there was a large soccer tournament while I was there but it was all adults and great fun. The hotel is located right next to a large sports complex and is where all the athletes stay. The room I got was directly above reception and had a great view but was a bit noisy at times and had smoke coming up from all the people milling around in front of the hotel. I would select a different room next time.

Good reception, clean rooms, water aerobics were fun as were the staff. Plenty of good food choices.location is great Santa Ponsa is lively with a great long sandy beach plenty of bars and restaurants,roof terrace has great views. Large pool and con my large beds!

A few odd cockroaches in the food hall but they were quickly dealt with and probably somewhat unavoidable. Bar ques were terrible felt sorry for the staff but one time qued for mins. Stage a bit tired, towels and sun beds worn and jacuzzi broken and old. Hotel lovely just needs a bit of an update.

Very comfy beds, excellent breakfast buffet, fabulous views from the adults only rooftop pool. Hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. I stayed as a solo traveller and felt very safe in my room and in the hotel.

The rooftop area could do with some umbrellas for the normal sun beds as the bali beds with shade are hard to get (you need to get in the queue for them before the pool opens at 10!)

Location was excellent, close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was awesome.

The seating area outside is open plan with half the area set for smoking and the other half non smoking. But it’s not separated so the smell drifts to the non smoking area easily.

A friend had recommended to stay here as she stays every year and honestly exceeded our expectations, staff were lovely food was absolutely amazing and well what can I say about cocktails ..outstanding !!! Definatley be coming back next year !!

Went all inclusive on this one. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Overall very nice hotel and would return. Room abit on the small size but adequate. Staff are very friendly and nice location. Easy to access the bus. Travelled in April so on the cool side for the outdoor pool.

All satisfactory.

Food was excellent. Entertainment staff were very good especially Ali and Jose. Evening shows were good. Pool was lovely and warm, lots of beds always available. Night receptionist was a very nice friendly gentleman.

Didn’t like queuing for drinks, especially during the day although bar staff did their best and were always very nice especially Juan. Stair carpets from reception to 1st floor need replacing or cleaning, or at least hoovering regularly.
