Lovely resort, friendly and helpful staff :) Especially bar staff. Food was very good as well, good choice! Restaurant in hotel opposite. But that's not a problem. Clean rooms, area around the facilities as well. Good entertainment, our 6 year old daughter loved it, she had disco every night, face paint, come crafts, kids club, no playground. Good swimming pools. Shops nearby. A11 bus stop around 6min away to get to and from the airport. Which is great as a taxi is very expensive! Overall a very good stay! The first impression wasn't great as the rooms seemed smaller and a bit outdated, no great ventilation in the bathroom, but the rest made up for it. We would definitely go there again!

We wish the water in the swimming pools was warmer as the weather wasn't as warm as we were hoping for in April, maybe one heated pool would be magical. Disco for adults would be nice as well. More things to do in the kids clubs would be nice as well, games etc.

We spent 8 days all inclusive here with our 14-month-old and had a great experience. Our ground-floor apartment was perfect for families. The location is ideal, with a short walk to the beach and nice evening strolls. We loved the kids' amenities, like the pools and indoor club. Outdoor dining was enjoyable, even it was across the street.

The menu was repetitive, with pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and fries being the main options every day. While I appreciated the delicius grilled fish, it became monotonous after a few days. I also found the variety of fruits and cold cuts lacking. I wish there had been more diverse and healthier options available.

Location of the hotelier perfect 5 mins walk away from a sandy beach which is perfect for kids, also 5mins walkway from the restaurants. The swimming pools were very nice and well cleaned. The inside kids area is ok the toys are used and broken but the superkind women working there compensate it all! Mini disco was also very nice however the other evening entertainment were not so entertaining and also had weird magic show acts which shouldn’t show in front of kids( magician was strangling himself, hopefully the kids wil knit try the same later on). Stuff at the reception was also very kind and helpful. I would verymuch recommend this hotel for families!

The rooms were outdated, we had broken curtains hangers, broken tables and part of the wall In the sleeping room was also broken and pieces falling off however when we addressed the issue most of it was repaired.

The resort it self for a family is perfect in nearly every way. All generations of a family will find the experience enjoyable as there is something to please all. The apartments are cleaned to a very high standard and can compete with top hotels in this category. The amenities in the room are perfect for all your needs. The pools are great with the splash park and slides highly enjoyable for children up to 13 most probably. It is also great for toddlers on the move. The staff are very helpful and it is a very calm atmosphere and truly relaxing. The apartments on the ground floor are the best for those with young children and the hotel can provide baby gates. The food by the hotel pool is the best and highly recommended for burger and chips and slushes. The hotel all inclusive restaurant for food is breakfast, lunch and dinner is across the road. The food is a variety each night and allergies are catered for. The restaurant is spacious and so no one feels on top of each other. In regards to the element of entertainment this could be improved in terms of the timings for the shows. The shows are very late around evening and for kids this should be brought forward. Shows should be around 7pm for an earlier one so parents of young children can go dinner at 6pm and then to a show before doing their bedtime routine. Overall the resort was perfect and we would highly recommend it and would visit again.

pools were great and the entertainment and activities for our child were fantastic. thanks to Liz in the kids club for being so great, my son had a very enjoyable week. Also Carlos was great with evening disco and activities for the children. really family friendly place, we will be back for sure.

only thing is, we went all inclusive during our stay. a first time for us. I found there was very little information given to us with regard to what food and drinks were available to us. my husband had to ask on the second day as he was being charged at the snack bar.

amazing resort, clean, safe and very friendly! kids club was fantastic but they could benefit from having a very clear daily activity list advertised. my kids 4 and 6 absolutely loved it. food was nice. good variety over the week. and bar food/snacks were very good.

just to note you have to leave the resort and cross the road to the sister hotel for the restaurant. for breakfast/lunch/dinner!

The resort is well set up for the kids. The pools and splash pad are great for kids and are semi sectioned off so it’s easy to keep them in shallower areas if needed. It never felt to crowded by the pool. We didn’t use kids club but the mini disco was fun and the evening entertainment when we attended kept them happy! The food was lovely. Great variety and never too busy. My daughter is coeliac and the chef cooked her separate meals at request with very generous portions. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is a winner. Five minutes walk to a busy area with shops and bars and the beach.

The camp bed was slightly uncomfortable

The food was Incredible, always something different every day and always something fresh off the grill. huge variety of choice. Loved the choice of pools and the splash pool, went down very well with my children. and loved that the resort isn't massive, so it doesn't get over crowded. location is about 5 mins down the road to loads of shops/bars and the beach. the aircon was lovely. beds were comfortable, even the small temp beds in the front of the apartment. the resort was very clean and even though you eat food at the sister hotel opposite, it didn't bother me that it was a short walk across the road. The kids mini was great was younger children, the even entertainment was hit and miss. some nights were much better than others.

The rooms could do with a little make over, the shower head broke so didn't really work very well and the hand towel holder broke also as was loose. some of the pillows were just too big and hard. lots of sunbeds but they could do with more umbrellas, think we managed to get an umbrella 1 day, people hogged 2 sometimes !!

Lovely apartments, nice staff, spotlessly clean, spacious area and pools. Perfect location to town and beach. Apartment cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. Snack bar food was good, all inclusive buffet had plenty of choice. They supplied stairgate as the balcony is the main entrance.

Sometime the queue to bar had a long wait, two seperate queues during day one for food orders and seperate for just drinks which was handy, but would have preferred not to wait so long. Snack bar was limited for AI food options, 10-6. Only one little vanilla ice cream pot on the AI. Also had to pay €1 deposit for each plastic cup/ glass, understand this method for the plastic cups but also for the glass seems a stretch. Does eliminate staff collecting glasses, you just exchange cup for new drink. Not the biggest issue just when AI and go for drink and forget a cup or a €1 and have to go back.
