Perfect for Toddlers , we brought our 3year old who loved it. It was very safe for small children. The grass footing was ideal. The entertainers were all great with the kids. The food was lovely , always a variety to choose from. The kitchenette had everything, fridge , microwave, cutlery etc. Our beds were lovely and comfy and the air con was excellent in the apartment

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us but could be on the small side if it was a family of 4. But we were rarely in the apartment and as we were all inclusive we didn't really need to use the kitchen facilities. The night time entertainment wasn't wonderful but our little one was shattered every night after the mini disco so it didn't really matter to us.

The location was great, 10 minute walk to the main strip and but far enough for peace and quiet. We had 9 ( two under 12) (3 rooms) all were spotless clean and could have fit 4 people max per room. Great view of the pool's 4 to choose from with great slides and shallow ends for the kids along with kiddies pool. Kids club Mon-Sat with activities (mine did not join) but they went out of their way to include everyone..looked like great fun. Food was great (we were self catering) but fresh and tasty, service over all with extraordinary. The evening entertainment was brilliant and the only entertainment at night we could find fir kids, we went in May so maybe too soon. Good bars and restaurants along the strip but no kids entertainment, nothing down at the square either. Overall my best holiday with the kids by far, I'm looking forward to a longer stay next year

Amazing place! Swimming pools are great and kids have plenty of toys to play in the pools - they belong to the hotel and kids share them. Kids club and soft play it’s perfect when you need a break to relax while kids enjoy the activities - and air con. Food is delicious; a great variety changing daily STAFF IS WONDERFUL! A Huge thank you to all of them, in special to Irace , Alice, Saul, and Maria Antônia . They made us feel at home and were super sweet to my boy.

A short walk to the beach - need to take the stroller when you go. However it’s doable and neighbourhood is pleasant, full of shops and restaurants.

It was a great little resort and so close to everything. The apartments were small enough but it was perfect for me, my partner and daughter (3 yo). The staff were so helpful and the entertainment staff were great! My daughter loved the kids club and Alison who ran it and Leo who done activities throughout the day including a little kids disco at 8.30 Mon-sat ( my daughter favourite hour). We were self catering and didn't buy from the bar/restaurant so can't comment on food or drinks prices. The pools were great, 2 pools that went quite deep and 2 baby pools. The water is a little cold with the time of year but it was OK. You can rent towels for 10e for the pool which was handy and just swap them out when you nerd fresh ones. The cleaners would come back every other day, usually when my daughter was napping but it was OK the place was kept clean and they always refreshed what we needed. The website says there's a gym but I didn't see it but this hotel is a part of a brand/chain that another apt is across the road and there's a gym there so unsure if that's the gym you can access. Apartments are just over 3 floors so some stairs just a FYI for buggies or mobility issues. The hotel put a baby gate on your balcony door if you have a baby which I thought was a great idea for either people on the ground floor by the pool or upstairs when the balcony door is right by the stairs.

Our air con didn't work but it was OK it wasn't warm enough to need it. I did say it at reception and he told me a trick to try get it to work but gave up, probably should have gone back but as I said, we didn't need it.

Lovely resort, friendly and helpful staff :) Especially bar staff. Food was very good as well, good choice! Restaurant in hotel opposite. But that's not a problem. Clean rooms, area around the facilities as well. Good entertainment, our 6 year old daughter loved it, she had disco every night, face paint, come crafts, kids club, no playground. Good swimming pools. Shops nearby. A11 bus stop around 6min away to get to and from the airport. Which is great as a taxi is very expensive! Overall a very good stay! The first impression wasn't great as the rooms seemed smaller and a bit outdated, no great ventilation in the bathroom, but the rest made up for it. We would definitely go there again!

We wish the water in the swimming pools was warmer as the weather wasn't as warm as we were hoping for in April, maybe one heated pool would be magical. Disco for adults would be nice as well. More things to do in the kids clubs would be nice as well, games etc.

We spent 8 days all inclusive here with our 14-month-old and had a great experience. Our ground-floor apartment was perfect for families. The location is ideal, with a short walk to the beach and nice evening strolls. We loved the kids' amenities, like the pools and indoor club. Outdoor dining was enjoyable, even it was across the street.

The menu was repetitive, with pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and fries being the main options every day. While I appreciated the delicius grilled fish, it became monotonous after a few days. I also found the variety of fruits and cold cuts lacking. I wish there had been more diverse and healthier options available.

The resort it self for a family is perfect in nearly every way. All generations of a family will find the experience enjoyable as there is something to please all. The apartments are cleaned to a very high standard and can compete with top hotels in this category. The amenities in the room are perfect for all your needs. The pools are great with the splash park and slides highly enjoyable for children up to 13 most probably. It is also great for toddlers on the move. The staff are very helpful and it is a very calm atmosphere and truly relaxing. The apartments on the ground floor are the best for those with young children and the hotel can provide baby gates. The food by the hotel pool is the best and highly recommended for burger and chips and slushes. The hotel all inclusive restaurant for food is breakfast, lunch and dinner is across the road. The food is a variety each night and allergies are catered for. The restaurant is spacious and so no one feels on top of each other. In regards to the element of entertainment this could be improved in terms of the timings for the shows. The shows are very late around evening and for kids this should be brought forward. Shows should be around 7pm for an earlier one so parents of young children can go dinner at 6pm and then to a show before doing their bedtime routine. Overall the resort was perfect and we would highly recommend it and would visit again.

Location of the hotelier perfect 5 mins walk away from a sandy beach which is perfect for kids, also 5mins walkway from the restaurants. The swimming pools were very nice and well cleaned. The inside kids area is ok the toys are used and broken but the superkind women working there compensate it all! Mini disco was also very nice however the other evening entertainment were not so entertaining and also had weird magic show acts which shouldn’t show in front of kids( magician was strangling himself, hopefully the kids wil knit try the same later on). Stuff at the reception was also very kind and helpful. I would verymuch recommend this hotel for families!

The rooms were outdated, we had broken curtains hangers, broken tables and part of the wall In the sleeping room was also broken and pieces falling off however when we addressed the issue most of it was repaired.

pools were great and the entertainment and activities for our child were fantastic. thanks to Liz in the kids club for being so great, my son had a very enjoyable week. Also Carlos was great with evening disco and activities for the children. really family friendly place, we will be back for sure.

only thing is, we went all inclusive during our stay. a first time for us. I found there was very little information given to us with regard to what food and drinks were available to us. my husband had to ask on the second day as he was being charged at the snack bar.

- Pools are incredible - Easy to get Sun loungers / space is great - Cost - Food was good for 3* all inclusive - I didn’t think the queuing for food / drink was as bad as some reviews suggest

Just little bits of snagging that would make all the difference: - sheets/bedding had small stains - safe didn’t work properly - TV remote was missing - rooms weren’t cleaned for the 4 nights we were there These things were remedied quickly by the great staff, but you only get one chance to make good first impressions.
