Rooms nice Very clean Good location

You had to go over the road for meals People were smoking on the terrace while we ate our food...i find this very disrespectful and would not have eaten outside if i knew smoking was permitted.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location in the heart of Santa Ponsa. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had our rucksacks stolen on the beach and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Especially Teresa and Marcelo who let's us use their personal phones to notify our families of what happened and also let us use their computer for various tasks we needed to ensure we could return to Ireland. They could not of been more helpful and we can't thank them enough. Even though we had one bad experience it did not ruin our holiday and when we return to santa ponsa we will definitely be returning here. Thank you guys for everything we really appreciate it.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The a/c was incredibly powerful so it made coming back from lunch and the morning swim absolutely bliss for a bit of downtime. Breakfast had the perfect mixture available to suit every palette - fresh continental options to everything you might want in a full English. Lovely fresh juices too... all served at the gorgeous Balcon de Maria, just over the road from the hotel. Incredible views across the bay - perfect way to fuel up for a busy day of Santa Ponsa relaxation!

That we didn't have another week!!

The location was great and the restaurant where you went for breakfast was lovely. Looking out to sea. The sangria by the pool was the best I've ever had. 😌 Lovely and clean. Pool area small but well maintained

The shower curtain didn't stop the water so we flooded the bathroom on one occasion. The air con wasn't very good. But it wasn't too hot as we went in June. Could be an issue in hotter months but then I would have said something and they may have fixed it

The view was amazing, and there was a good breakfast but the coffee machine had some issue, the staff should take a look, the taste was terrible at the moment. The decoration of the room is a little bit old-fashioned, too much red, but in general, comfortable. The bathroom could have some good improvement related to the curtains, but good shower. The pool is so good! The beach near by it's very good and the restaurants near by are very good as well.

I don't like the coffee machine at the breakfast, the decoration of the room and the curtains in the shower. The air conditioner was ok, but could be better. I think the weather didn't help in that case.

Our room was perfect for us. It had all the views. street pool and sea views. Balcony fitted 2 easily and was furnished. Breakfast was across the road in Balcon de Maria. Stunning views of the bay. Was a 10 min walk though the beach to the livelier side of the bay. Kettle was available on request and 4 Euros per day for small fridge hire

Could do with another electrical output. But nothing we couldn't work around and did not stop us enjoying our stay.

The location was good short walk to beach bars and restaurants all close by , small pool but clean ,bar in hotel good

Didn’t have a fridge had to hire one and our room was at the back facing a wall when we booked 2 rooms and the other was overlooking the pool same price

The hotel room was fantastic size and very clean. The viewer from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast is served across the road in a restaurant facing onto the sea/beach - fantastic view in the morning. Pool was lovely as wasn't very busy for mid July which was great.

There were not many loungers at the pool - due to lack of space although this is a negative It didn't impact my stay as it wasn't very busy.

Good budget hotel in a great location

Unfortunately there are no on site food such as breakfast etc...this was served in a local restaurant across the road...this is not the worse situation but I just prefer to be on the one location...room service was available but I suspect it was also from the restaurant... maybe just seasonal

Very good location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and still a quiet area. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The pool and the small garden had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of options including various pastries, fruits, cold cuts, etc. and you could sit outside to eat. There was public parking nearby (a few mins walk) for free. It was great to have a balcony of good size. The room was cleaned every morning. For this price, it is a good place to stay at.

The room was a little outdated, not as seen on the pictures. It could use new furniture and bedding. The shower is a bit small, would be great to have a better curtain at least. We got a room on the first floor, the view was not very nice from there - we were facing another building.
