The location of this hotel was ideal with a 5 min walk to the beach where there were many shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room 5B was amazing with 2 balconies - one of which was a massive L shaped one at the front. Our apartment was well equipped. The air conditioning in our room was great, impressive water pressure an beds were very comfy too. With the all inclusive option the food was a buffet for all meals, with lots of choice and cooked well. Promptly cleaned and no flies at all, but the odd bird The pool was a good size and always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas All inclusive drinks were quite good - tried the vodka, rose and white wine and the soft drinks good too. We didn't go with children but there was lots of entertainment. There is a returnable charge for the cups 1 euro each and the towels were 10 euros for the 2 of us. Both of which is actually a good idea. If you do want to change your towel during your stay it is 1 euro each. Small supermarket round the corner which was reasonably priced ideal for getting a couple of extra bottles to drink after the bar closed. This is a family hotel so if you want to party this isn't the place for you.

The pool was open at 10 - well this was not prompt and some days was more like 10.30+. Despite the pool being cleaned a lot - the scrub line (water level) was green - it needs a good scrub. Our lilo and swimwear changed colour in the water which was a bit disconcerting. The only other negative was there was no shampoo and conditioner and the hand wash pump was very poor but not a deal breaker. On our large balcony it would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers down the side balcony. The cocktails and the cava in the all inclusive option were poor and the bar closes at 11pm

Small, family oriented

The front desk staff, some where nice, some were not The cleaning staff, where fantastic and friendly The pool deposit - get rid of it, put the towels in people’s room. one day I could use my card for the deposit, the next day I could not. I’m traveling from out of the country and don’t have cash with me when everything else is card. Great food for the buffet Why the fence around the pool so early, I have adult kids who would have used or stayed by the pool longer Our room was on the older side, nice but the closets need to be replaced, smells musty. The bathroom is dark to get ready and no shelving to store your bathroom stuff

Excellent location - close to the sea, quite peaceful area, but center with bars and restaurants easy to reach. Nice and well equipped hotel. Good and spacious pools.

Well... hotel was quite strict on paper rules, and presented itself as a family hotel. However, young groups kept coming. Some of them caused much nuisance (and not only during a day!). Management should make a decision - are they for families or for bachelor parties? It cannot be both 😉

Location, 5 min walk to beach and shops. Fantastic kids club with a lovely lady called Alison, so friendly and an asset to the hotel. Great lifeguard and max the entertainment guy did a great job entertaining the kids at the mini disco

no options for vegan food, or food allergies. nearly everything had milk or cream with it and there were no milk alternatives, same with desserts, apart from water melon there were no healthier choices or choices for people with health conditions and allergies. maybe a sorbet would be nice and fruit salad

I have just came home with my family .. we had a week at the plazamar serenity we all enjoyed are staying very much ! Pool area was lovely cleaned daily and lots of bed available.. location was perfect to beach restaurant and bars .. we had 3 apartments next door overlooking the pool! Apartment s were clean with plenty of room .. would definitely recommend 😊

The room’s kitchen area could be updated a little

One bed apartment was very clean, large space, nice shower, TV with hdmi connections, kitchen space with all you need to cook if needed. Evening entertainment to keep the small kids happy. Good pool and table tennis table outside to keep older kids happy. The location was great with all restaurants, pubs, shops etc. all just down the road. Quiet area. Nice swimming pool with slides.

The apartment was big enough and kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipments. There was a balcony with a nice view on the surrounding mountains and the swimming pool. There were a lot of activities for kids in the evening. The beach and restaurants were in a 5 mins walking distance. There were also a lot of public parking spots in front of the resort. The check-in and check-out was very quick and smooth.

The food is great. Staff in the restaurant and rooms very kind people. Close to Palma and convenient to have a car rental service brought to your hotel.

Some of the staff were rude, others super attentive. Some guests were ultra noisy, others very quiet. The place for kids was not available within the same compound. The photos make the beach look closer than in reality, so I felt deceived. The restaurant is completely different to the pictures. They ask for a fee and a deposit for a safe box.

This is a great hotel for young families like us because the rooms are large to comfortably add a crib and they have a kitchen. We really liked the pool area that was clean and well suited for small children. There is a great variety of excellent food, something for every taste. The staff is very friendly too, so we will definetely come back!

The rooms are supposed to be cleaned every two days. The room wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and during the stay the cleaning ladies didn't clean on two occasions because they wanted to clean quite late in the day when the baby needed to take a nap. When we asked them to come back in 15 minutes they said yes and never came back. This is the only point we would like to see differently during our next stay.
