Situated well with 5 min walk from main strip. Food and drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and have a lot of character which creates a sense of community at this hotel. The pool is rarely full so it can be enjoyed in peace.

This hotel takes Balearic anti boozing/booze tourism laws very seriously. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel for a lads/ladies partying holiday. better recommended for families/couples or otherwise quiet folks who enjoy peace and quiet rather than party. You must take care to behave yourself at this hotel.

This hotel is a little gem.. of all the times we’ve visited Santa ponsa it was our 1st time staying here, great location, basic but clean, shower was amazing, staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for us! The food was brilliant, great value for money aswell, pool was just what we needed, music around pool during day! Everyone we met staying there were lovely. Would defo go back

The only downside of here was the no air conditioning in the rooms, the hotel does provide 2 plug in fans and an over head fan, was so warm when we were there! With someone with naturally curly hair trying to keep it straight I woke up every morning a mix between Tina turner and worzel gumage lol defo take curly hair products if you have hair like mine

Night Porter was abrupt and forced us to sign paperwork before allowing us to room. The paperwork should be explained on check in and signed then. He spoke very little English and was very aggressive.

The hotel was only a 5/10 minute walk from bars and restaurants. Great facilities in the hotel, the food is lovely, and the rooms were great and spacious. We cannot fault the staff at all, they were all so welcoming, hardworking and friendly during our stay and could not do enough to help us during our visit. This was our third time visiting Santa Ponsa and we will definitely be returning to this hotel it was fantastic value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thankyou again for a lovely holiday.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay

The staff here are amazing and will make you feel at home. They have a very positive energy and are very helpful if you need anything. The pool area is really nice and relaxing, great sunbeds, great pool, not too busy and the cocktails are superb (especially the mango and strawberry daiquiri). Nice and spacious room that is clean and the bed is really comfortable! Loved staying here, the location is great if you want to be close to the beach and nightlife but don't want to be right amongst it and hearing it. We are a couple in our 20's who really loved staying here. It was better than we imagined and we thank all the staff for making our first holiday together lovely. Will see you again in the future!

The whole experience was most pleasurable. From the moment we walked in and were met by Agnes, to the minute we left in a taxi (that the staff arranged). The hotel was very clean and well staffed and nothing was too much of a problem. We used the pool everyday which was cleaned daily. Food was of a good quality and suited out needs perfectly. We met people who were repeat customers and would definitely look here before booking elsewhere in Santa Ponsa Many thanks to the team at Golf Beach👍

The fact that we had to come home

Great position. The food was very good nothing was to much trouble. The staff were lovely. Hotel is spotless. I spent a lot of time in the pool plenty of sunbeds. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would go again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. A fridge and a kettle would have been nice but you knew they were not provided before you went. Didn't spoil my holiday in any way.

I loved the cleanliness, staff politeness and the value for money in this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The location is great, just few minutes walking to the beach. Moreover, there are more exciting places around such as Western water park, Magaluf beach and Palma town where you can reach via bus within 25-35 minutes. The swimming pool is amazing, my 5 year old boy loved it. Being a 2 star hotel, it didn't have the aircon in the room but they helped us provide a portable aircon through external supplier at a normal cost which worked great. Their food is good and at a very reasonable prices compared to outside. We ate quite few times in their restaurant and it was very good. The included breakfast option was good but I felt the timing could be extended a bit more to 10:30am specially when staying with young kids. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone not having a huge budget and traveling with family

There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, neither a fridge, which increased our expenditures buying cold water and drinks from shops all the time. Having a little fridge in the room could save us money.

the location of the accommodation was excellent and could not have been situated any better. The staff were so nice and helpful at all times, could not have done more for their guests. The apartments and entire hotel were spotlessly clean at all times.

the only thing that I could possibly fault was the lack of air-conditioning but this was easily resolved as the staff were able to pre-book a mobile air-conditioning unit which worked out perfectly.

Very clean rooms comfy beds and good size room and balcony. Wonderful friendly staff, decent food from the bar and more reasonably priced than local restaurants for breakfasts etc. Clean pool with lots of sun loungers. 5 min walk from the beach, bars restairants and bus stops so good location

Rooms were hot - no built in air con but they do provide fans. You can rent air con units fron reception - definitely recommend doing this if its warm weather.
