Right in front of the beach and great facilities.

No double sized beds, just 2 singles pushed together which kept moving.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were brilliant and really looked after me. I am Coeliac and they brought me lovely gluten free items everyday. The 2 rooms we had were excellent and very clean. We had a corner room and the balcony and sea views were brilliant. The second room was really nice with a lovely sitting area and balcony. The roof top bar and pool is just gorgeous ~ sitting there on a night watching the sunset, with a cocktail, was just perfect. The ground floor level bar area was a really nice place to have a drink and relax. Again the staff were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. A very relaxing week. Will definitely re-book.

The only drawback is that there isn’t a lot of shade in sunbathing areas.

Excellent breakfasts .. also we ate in the bar three nights out of four, one night with friends who live on the island. We live on Menorca and were in Santa Ponsa to watch our uk based grandson playing in a football competition at a stadium right across the road. The hotel was an ideal location.

We had a wrap around balcony room on the second floor which I had requested on booking. However, one of the patio doors wouldn’t lock. Despite us reporting this on two occasions and the assurance by the reception staff that the maintenance team would repair it, this never happened.

Great location, rooms on the small side but adequate, lateral sea view was quite good actually. Rooftop pool and area great. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby.

Wifi was absolutely abysmal, we got a total internet detox on our holiday week! I don’t often comment on staff being unpolite but when we arrived, none of the three staff members at the reception managed a smile or a welcome wish. Welcome drink was strange, either cava - or a glass of water😂.

The staff were very friendly. In particular the life guard was such a legend and carried over sun loungers for us. The rooms were very modern and clean, the beds were very comfortable as well.

As an Irish person the breakfast was definitely a bit poor. There was a lot of choice but the quality of the juices and some of the food were not very good, but aside from that the pastries and pancakes were delicious.

Distance between lift and bedroom. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. A little noisy.

The breakfast wasn’t great and the plates smelt dirty which we found quite of putting, but so many places to eat breakfast around Santa Ponca. We also got stuck in the lift on the last day which was really scary, honestly not a great experience! But the staff were really apologetic, obviously not their fault.

our rooms were very clean maid or room service called every day well laid out over looked the pool area excellent en-suites with rain types shower heads. Breakfast was well above par absolutely no complaints around food we even paid extra at the hotel for their evening meals a few times well worth it. Location is opposite the beach with the local town 5 -10 mins stroll away mini markets and coffee shops and quite bars close by wish we had booked for longer we will return, Roof top bar and pool again excellent.

Great welcoming staff all over the property ready to help when you have the right approach... Nice decoration in common areas and rooms as well. Prime location. The ocean view bedroom is lovely 🥰 .. even though there’s no water or soft drinks in the fridge and it’s impossible to dry your clothes since there’s not such a rack. An espresso coffee machine would be much appreciated like other sister’s H10 Hotels.. I’m sure rooms facing pool and/or streets can be noisy and less intimacy.. I advise to book what fits you better €€€... The breakfast included in the rate is very good and has a lot of options yet, their coffee is very very bad and they put concentrated juice👎… Convenient store nearby so you can get what you need. Beach is lovely with white sand, and clear Mediterranean water 😊I will definitely be back and recommend to other travelers looking for a short stay. Not here for spa, sauna, pool or Gym. Parking available on site for 10€/day but is not indicated so you have to go to reception first. Rooftop has a lovely view but for the most part noisy because of drunk people.. There are plenty places to go out for dinner.

As previous comments, beds are on the hard side as well as pillows. I didn’t find rooms spotless clean.. There was hair and dust in the bathroom. If you come as couple be aware that there’s two twin beds in the room and must request a change if need it.! There are too many bad reviews but this is place is great.. Management should take action with customer service and really pay attention to what people say here.!

The property is gorgeous ! It’s my second time back We love it here I have been with just myself and husband and the back with our 3 children both times were amazing

Location is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful There is loads to do in Santa ponsa Also it’s a 5-10 min drive to palma nova and 30mins to palma
