The beautiful views. Lovely pool. Sea view apartment with everything you need.

Initially didn't have the sea view apartment and were given a room on Level 3. Reception is on Level 4. AnyLevel below 6 at the back, doesn't even have a street view. It has a view of a massive 70 foot wall. The beds had the cheapest mattresses and were actually painful to sleep on. So we upgraded for €25 a night to sea view apt where the mattresses were much better too. Football supporters frequent Santa Ponsa and they left bottles of Buckfast, empty lager cans and cigarette butts all round the sun loungers, and sang loudly and drunkenly at night outside on the street.

The sea view and location was great.

You have to pay for the sunbeds by the pool. Even if you only want to use the pool for 30mins or an hour you’ve no where to chill unless you pay for a sun bed.

It was a great hotel ! Pèpe was fantastic as always,so welcoming ,such a lovely man and an Excellent bar manager! Entertainment was good and food was good!!! Overall our family were very satisfied! Can't wait to return!!

The only downside was that we couldn't get a late checkout! We had a late night flight but we had to be out of the room by 12 midday!

The location was very nice right on the water and a short walk to the main areas of town. Nice pool and breakfast choices. The lady who did the nightly entertainment in English was amazing and super fun for the kids; karaoke, easter egg hunt, kids tatoos...Easy to check in with 24/7 reception

Very noisy guests, walls are pretty thin, outside workers start before 8am it seemed like and woke us up.

The location is great, and rooms are always spotless. Views from the sea view rooms are the best you could get.

We have stayed at this hotel 6 times now. The only fault is that the beds are very hard, but this can also be personal preference.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, friendly reception staff and location was very good as well. We had everything in the apartment to cook our own food and had an amazing view of the beach. The swimming pools were very clean. We will definitely come back!

The restaurant staff were not very friendly and the service was not very good.

The location is excellent, 5 minute walk to all the good pubs.. the reception staff were lovely, really helpful.. the food was lovely at the terrace bar & Henry was definitely our favourite waiter.. there’s a late check out that’s reasonably priced & handy if you have a late flight.. & you can hire towels for 10 euro & get your money back when you return them..

It’s cashless so that’s not ideal at times.. You also need to pay for the loungers every day & for a family of 7 24 euros (3.50 each lounger) a day is an expensive we weren’t expecting.. you also need to pay 45 euros for the safe & only get 10 euro deposit back.. there’s quite a few additional payments.. iron etc..

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The hotel is in a good location with lovely views, if you have a room with a sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would most definitely come back again.

The only downside was having to pay for Sun loungers, this should be included in your stay.

Perfect and beautiful location. Everything in walking distance. Glad we upgraded to sea view room, well worth the extra money. No negatives experienced from our stay, the only thing that some people may be unhappy with is having to pay for sun loungers. Would definitely stay again.

Was on 7th floor very noisy.. Young dog barking now an then.. An I see no dogs allowed.. Bed uncomfortable room 704..room not what I expected but compact for one person.. Shower fantastic such pressure.. Cleaners fabulous knocked every 2 days
