Room Size Good, Roof Top terrace exceptional. Communal areas are religiously cleaned. Food offering and selection is very varied and always high quality. The staff are tremendous....100% effort all of the time. So much to do if you wish to engage, but no pressure to do so.

So busy...dining room and pool and bar area not quite large enough to accommodate all guests at all times.

For only 1 restaurant the quality and variety of the food was excellent! Great chefs like Rafa and very friendly waiting staff. Also Luis and Ana on the desk were incredibly helpful and you could tell that they really care.

Superior suite wasn't as large as we expected -also slightly old and in need of renovation/new furniture. Bed was comfortable but could have been firmer. Music for the evening show was a bit loud when we were trying to put our 2 year-old daughter to bed.

The hotel is situated on a little cove it is so beautiful. The food is excellent, and the best I've had in a Spanish hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating, we will be back!

I wouldn't say don't like, my only suggestion is perhaps a little more for the adults in the way of entertainment at night, although it really didn't make a difference to our holiday, but the only thing I thought could have been a bit more.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us food after our late check-in and allowing luggage storage upon check-out. They also helped to arrange a car rental for a day - overall affordable and hassel-free. Our kids loved the animation team and planned activities such as archery and darts. Since our kids are older, they also had an opportunity to enjoy the teen games room. Pool and ping pong tables were a huge hit. We were there in October so the pool was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed the seating areas and pool bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent and offered a wide selection, with a different speciality each night. Meals were very delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel bars offered a wide selection of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, and were very good about making specialty drinks. Staff spoke English, French, Spanish, and German - making it very comfortable for guests from a variety of regions.

Unfortunately there is no real beach at this hotel, with the shore adjacent to the hotel a mix of rocks, seaweed, and wood-chips. There is, however, a public beach within walking distance from town - close to shops and restaurants. The resort was a smaller than expected, so options for activities are somewhat limited. With that said, the animation team kept the kids busy while we were on site. Our room was up one level close to the reception, so maybe our space was a bit noiser than other parts of the hotel. For those looking for a quieter area, perhaps a room closer to the water. Our room was sufficient, nothing fancy - the beds were hard and the bathroom plumbing could use some updating. The balcony space was nice.

I gave this resort (and it has a nice resort feel rather than a hotel feel) 7/10 in a previous review from 4 weeks ago simply because I found the rooms let it down. It would be totally unfair not to update my review. The rooms did feel a bit and tired the first stay but it was a midnight arrival and we were the first guests to open the doors of that room at the start of season,so it smelt and felt of the few idle months. On a return trip last week the rooms were in full swing and in fairness felt a million times brighter cleaner and happier.The a/c system is a bit tired as are the random replaced tiles in the common areas of the 1st floor but so what!!. The staff ,the service, the general friendliness and cheer in every corner from the dining room staff ,check in staff, cleaning staff, to the pool side guys to the very good entertainment crew is genuinely far beyond a 5 star service. Whoever does the hiring within this group should take a bow. These people honestly give the feeling that they want to be at work. In this day and age that is rare!!. The value for money is exceptional,the place is spotless, although a little tired the rooms have all the facilities and more. The staff far exceed any hotel i have ever stayed in. Well done guys. We were here on a very casual work trip!! and of the 4 of us from different walks of life and backgrounds, we are all coming back as soon as possible.Thank you and keep doing what you are obviously very good at.

genuinely nothing to dislike here.

Close to the sea (but not the beach). The staff were super friendly and nice. Great spot for a sunset.

Lots of families with younger children. Difficult to get a sun bed in both poolside and roof terrace as people were reserving with towels. Staff tried to manage but I think there could be a better system.

Rooms were good, especially the walk in wardrobe and big balcony. Quiet dining area also great. Entertainment was good and staff really friendly.

Quite difficult to get a sun lounger… but that’s probably the same everywhere.

Lovely spacious room. Good food choices. Animation staff really good. Nightly entertainment was fun.

In the evening you can only get drinks from the bar, so it’s 3 staff for a whole full hotel and you have to queue a bit. More sun loungers needed.

From all meals, breakfast is the best! The others I would rate a 3 out of 5! The rooms are big, great for families! It’s on the beach so you can’t beat location! Staff always happy to help and with a smile.

The drinks, if cocktails! Very poor!
