The sea view rooms highly reccomend if booking

Although the rooms are comfortable enough the self catering part ,ie small kitchen is not quite fit for purpose couldn't actually cook a proper meal in it , we did have breakfast and lunch on some of the days in apartment but was mostly cold breakfast/lunch like cereal and sandwiches, there isn't any sockets for the kettle or toaster in kitchen unless you have an extension ,as its very high up on wall even at that there not much space to put equipment and the cords from equipment don't reach we had to boil kettle in bathroom and use toaster in living room , although you do get what you pay for and wasn't supposed to be a luxury holiday

Amazing location and friendly staff, especially Sofia from the animation team who put on bingo just for the parents after kids disco 😊. The hotel is basic and dated but we knew it would be and you have to remember it's 3 star. The cleaning of the rooms is a bit hit and miss with the cleaners not coming 2 days out of the week and our balcony wasn't cleaned the whole 8 nights we were there. We also found the food and drink at the hotel and area in general to be more than welcome expected but for the location it was worth spending a bit more than planned and we had a great time. Getting the kids out of the indoor pool and out into the sunshine was a struggle at times when the outdoor pool was so cold but all as we expected being there in April and we will be visiting again for sure

Noisy at weekends with stag dos and hen parties which we weren't expecting at a quiet resort and family hotel. We moved from the 4th floor to the 7th after the first night due to being woken up by drunk people coming back to the hotel at all hours. The walls do seem really thin which doesn't help. The 7th floor was much quieter but do remember to take your earplugs if you need quiet to sleep

I liked the hotel overall, good location, behind the little beach, 15 mins walk to main santa ponsa beach. Close the shops and the square. Kitchen was small but practical. AC was little weak but still working. Beds were very comfortable. I think hotel should update there pictures on booking.com as hotel is better than what it looks like in the pictures. Bed sheets change after every 5 days, towel changes after every 3 days which is really good. I would stay in this hotel again

AC wasn't that good, main adult pool was very deep for the beginners, children activities can be better as so far activities are for the older kids or slightly boaring. Room can be more decorative but they are still clean and reasonable.

Incredible Stay with a View to Remember! I had such a wonderful time during my stay! The location was absolutely fantastic – perfectly situated for exploring the area and easy to get around. But what really stole the show was the view – truly to die for. Waking up to that scenery each morning was a dream. The staff were all so pleasant and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. And can we talk about the shower pressure? Amazing! Honestly one of the best showers I’ve had in a hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

So much around this hotel places to eat drink the chinese across the road is absolutely lovely def recommend it, the bar food in the hotel is lovely if you dont fancy going out for dinner the square for entertainment for kids and adults is Brilliant its literally 2 minutes up the road recommend the Caledonian bar great craic in it bingo then karaoke tribute acts so good, i read the mixed reviews on this before we left this hotel is lovely there is nothing wrong with it at all staff are lovely we had a leak in our bathroom late the other night sorted straight away and fixed asap, the place is clean you have a cleaner in every morning if you want they were lovely it does say that towels dont be changed for 3 days but the cleaner gave us fresh towels off her trolley ,if you need them the only advice id give bring ear plugs if you want a sleep it can get very noisy around the back as we had construction some mornings we didn't bother with a sea view room to me its a waste of money u still here the comings and goings in the pool area and stuff dont knock this hotel unless you try it we really did enjoy our stay. I think if you want 4 star go somewhere else it aint 4 star but its clean tidy bed to sleep on that is comfortable good food and entertainment on your doorstep and a lovely beach just down the ramp by the pool you can also take a short walk down to santa ponsa beach along the coast walk.

The noise from the crane and works men but no fault to the hotel, sockets a bit more in the kitchen area for your kettle and toaster would be nice but we made do.

Location great, very friendly staff. Cooked our own food mostly, but lunch at the bar was very nice. The rooms, and pool area were spotless. Would recommend sea view, as its beautiful, looking out. Not too far from the beach, short cut, around the back of the buildings. Large supermarket across the road, and some lovely restaurants near by

Plugs, or lack of. Plug in kitchen is of no use, as on wrong wall, and leads won't reach. Had to plug kettle, and toaster in the 1 plug, in the sitting room/ dining room, not ideal. The keys are very big, and old-fashioned, and only one, so if one person goes out, the other has no electricity or can't leave, until the other person comes back. Other than that, everything is great. Our 3rd time there, and we will be back.

Try and stay on one of the upper floors, if possible, from fifth floor upwards. Fourth floor is the reception/restaurant level. For us, a sea view was not imperative as you have extra noise from the pool. Great staff, always ready to help, and as we opted for self-catering, no food issues. Dated rooms, yes, but they are sufficient for a family of three. Location is ideal as you're in the middle of everything, but parking may be a short walk away. Plenty of great sea views as you stroll around, and there are plenty of buses for those without a car.

Room size for us was an issue: two adults and two young children more than fill the space.

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the sea. It’s worth paying extra for a sea view. The breakfast is good but not so great for vegetarians or vegans. There’s bacon, eggs, sausages, omelette cut into squares, baked beans. A selections of cold meats, cheeses, breads, a toaster, cut up fruits (melon and grapefruit) and whole fruit (bananas and oranges) yogurts, small selection of cereals cakes and pastries. The hotel is clean and the pool is lovely and the staff very friendly (apart from one man on reception when we booked in who seemed grumpy . The pool side bar has a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, coffees and ice creams. They also do pizzas, paella, sandwiches, burgers and chips. We just got back and it was less busy this time in September so always plenty of free sunbeds

My daughters were disappointed that there is no pancake maker anymore in the restaurant. The sofa bed was a bit hard and would prefer if we could all sleep in the same room (there were 3 of us). Overall we had a great time at this hotel.

We stayed in a sea view one bed apartment. The view was spectacular and the hotel was spotless. The beds were really comfortable. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to lots of restaurants, cafes, mini supermarkets. There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away (103 bus) from the hotel , and this bus will bring you to Palma. The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great value with a good choice of food. The area is really quiet too. There is a lovely walk down at the sea-front side of thr hotel which will bring you to the beach.

We had the buffet breakfast each morning and I would have loved more fresh, chopped fruit. The brand of tea bag used was very weak and tasteless. Some moisturizer in the bathroom would have been nice too. The two bedside lights in the bedroom should be wired so one light can be turned off at a time. The decor in the apartment was a bit dated but very clean.

Good value for money. Pool and snack bar were good and staff very helpful. Rooms not bad to and cleaned regularly

The power going off when you leave the room meaning you cannot charge iPads, phones and other devices when you are out.
