Lovely setting looking out to the sea. close to shops and restaurants. About 10/15 minute walk to the strip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere very clean. Nice pool area. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

Our room was a small one bedroom. It was basic, but very clean with regular housekeeping. Air-conditioning is not brilliant.

I like the location of the hotel with a small rocky beach nearby. I like the food as we had a 1 week stay with a half board. The variety of dishes such as paella, risotto, fish, pork, beef, ribs, nuggets, onion rings, salads, vegetables etc. What I didn't like is that drinks were not included into the dinner. The hotel has animation for children and adults, but it is mainly a place for relaxation.

There are a lot of sunbeds near the swimming pool, however they were occupied by people who left their towels from the early morning, so there was no chance for me to use at least one sunbed for a couple of hours. The folding bed and sofa creaked a lot, but the double bed was cosy.

The location and sea/pool view are stunning.The room was very clean but basic amenities.Room resources towels, beds, bins emptied ,beds made daily (but only if you wanted this 😊) Evening entertainment basic eg bingo, quiz, film night etc , but hotel a stones throw from the Square with restaurants, bars and entertainment most nights eg Tribute acts etc. Lifts available to all floors. Struggled for sun lounger first few days (beg August) as people reserving with towels ( which was not allowed) some lay unattended for up to four hours, but the pool attendant was into this and took pics ,then removed towels within one hour if no return, which was a good move 😄.I would definitely recommend,we had a great stay 👍🏻

Issue with reserving loungers

Had an amazing week at TRH Jardin, check in with Aida was fast and fun, the room was a little dated but had everything we need- good airconditioning, good wifi, a little kitchenette. We booked the sea view which was definitely a must have, looking at the sea every day is healing! KidS loved the pool, and the hotel is very near a cove where you can do a enjoy a lovely dip, It is also about a S minute stunning walk to the main sandy beach. Hotel location was good or everything-- near restuarants and shops Food was also superb (poolside bar) thoug we did not eat there everyday as wanted to try other restaurants!

Room needs a little bit of updating but we had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. It will be great if pool is open until 9pm during summer times 😊

Fantastic Reception staff. So friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel, excellent location. Pool area has plenty of beds and stunning views. Pool bar staff were great too.

Rooms are very outdated. A bit cramped for three adults but we were fine. The kitchen needs a serious makeover. Struggled to plug the kettle in - quite dangerous if I'm honest. We didn't use it for any cooking, but for a self catering apartment, it's not ideal. We ate out - we're on holiday after all! But it wouldn't stop us from going back In fact - we will be booking again soon! Stayed in so many places in Ponsa- but loved Jardin Del Mar.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had booked a room with a nice view on a higher floor, and that’s exactly what we got – room 611, located on the second-to-top floor. From there we could see the tops of the palm trees and the view was truly breathtaking. The only higher floor is the seventh, but I doubt the view there could be much better than what we had on the sixth. Our booking included half board, and the food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of choices, so everyone can easily find something to their taste.

The only small downside is the walk to the beach, which takes about 10–15 minutes. However, the surroundings are so beautiful that this walk can actually be considered a plus, as the views of Santa Ponsa are truly unforgettable.

Pool Facilities were excellent, with great views out to sea. Pool area was kept very clean, and areas were power washed each evening. Plenty of sun-beds were available. Life guard was on duty during the day Pool bar was lovely, with very friendly staff. We had a sea-view room on 4th floor (entrance level) with beautiful views of the pool and sea. Housekeeping was excellent, with towels replaced regularly. Beds were VERY comfortable and shower had loads of water pressure.

There were very few sockets in the apartment. One in the bedroom, one in Living area and one in Kitchen. The socket in the kitchen, was located on a wall that had no counter space beneath, so to use kettle or toaster, you had to use socket in living area. Other than lack of sockets, It was a most enjoyable stay

Staff are lovely. Reception so helpful and accommodating. Hotel is an outdated but very clean. Cleaning staff also very nice. Fantastic views!! Pool area fab for kids and pool cafe is great. Staff, food, all very good. And not so overpriced. Location is great and there is a big supermarket directly across from hotel.

I have concern about all the cracks on almost all the balconies. It really needs a renovation. The rooms are clean but very outdated. Room price does not really match what you get. Also think rooms are ok for 2/3 ppl but 4 is a push unless very small kids. But don’t want talk too negative as we had a great time there. And I would return….

The hotel was lovely and clean. About 30-40mins away from the airport taxi is about 45-50euro. The breakfast was good but basic. Could do with more options. The location was perfect for families.. about a 30second walk from the square where they have kids entertainment and music for adults. My boy absolutely loved the bouncing castle and trampoline that were there. lovely restaurants all in walking distance from the hotel. We went to a different one every night and all were good. The pool in the hotel is very nice, big and very clean. The only thing is.. people putting their towels out early in the mornings and are not out there themselves. Which takes up all of the sun loungers. It is abit annoying. Staff are nice and friendly. And the cleaning staff are excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel for families. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The sea view rooms highly reccomend if booking

Although the rooms are comfortable enough the self catering part ,ie small kitchen is not quite fit for purpose couldn't actually cook a proper meal in it , we did have breakfast and lunch on some of the days in apartment but was mostly cold breakfast/lunch like cereal and sandwiches, there isn't any sockets for the kettle or toaster in kitchen unless you have an extension ,as its very high up on wall even at that there not much space to put equipment and the cords from equipment don't reach we had to boil kettle in bathroom and use toaster in living room , although you do get what you pay for and wasn't supposed to be a luxury holiday
