Upon arriving, the property had a modern look and was exceptionally clean, staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily and was modern and spacious- the balcony views were WOW. We went Bed and Breakfast and the selection was amazing. The pool area was always immaculate and there’s no need to rush down for sun beds. The steps down from the hotel to the sea were an added bonus and used by many. We especially loved all the day-time entertainment and The Blue Bar (hotel bar) for sunset and music. The Spa is also beautiful. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Reception is breathtaking and the room (junior suite) was huge, bright, and comfortable with a stunning view. Perfect if you want a children free escape in a beautiful setting. Our absolute favourite thing was the little path down to the sea. I was a bit sceptical about booking as it’s not that close to a beach but as long as you’re ok with a few steps and stepping over a few rocks it’s actually perfect! You can jump in to the sea then go back to a sunbed so don’t have to contend with any sand! Yoga was a nice touch and a couple of other activities. The gym looked good but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was AMAZING, so good and so much choice. The little blue bar is so nice in the evening too. Drinks gorgeous. Recommend - Las Olas - nice paella and seafood within walking distance 15 mins. (Take the sharp right down to the coastal walk as more interesting). Taxi to Portals Nous- really posh area with yachts and classy bars and restaurants. Nice for an evening. UM beach house is nice in the daytime for a party vibe but it is expensive. I would definitely recommend going in to Palma. Such a gorgeous little city with lots of choice of bars and restaurants.

I’m glad we stayed as bed and breakfast. We had one evening meal in the hotel and we were disappointed. Lots of choice but food very bland. Lunch options lovely but we were always too full from breakfast! Had one day of really strong wind, the sea wasn’t accessible and it was quite dangerous to sunbath as the umbrellas were flying everywhere. I would say this was just unlucky though as the other days were all perfect. Area is quite secluded. There are a few local bars and restaurants within walking but most around the square weren’t really to our taste. We got taxis to the nicer areas to eat.

The beds are insanely stupid. It is adult only hotel, and the beds are like camp side or a kids camp side on a wheels the squeal and make noise from every move you make. Every movement person makes the bed moves. Cannot even press on it because it moves. It is a big disappointment. We paid 450 usd per night for Junior Suite and the bed was mobile on wheels not even stable and if you want to do adult things the whole hotel would know. Also the walls are thin. It seems like it is more Retirement Adults only hotel. Also from neighbouring balconies people can see into your room. When we were leaving they told us that why we did not complain, sorry it is not my job during vacation. Plus they said all the rooms are the same beds.

The hotel has really very polite staff who are ready to help you at any minute. The hotel is beautiful, its sea views lure any guest. We loved the breakfasts, such a great selection of fresh food and fruit. If you hesitate to take all inclusive, go for it. You will not find better food on the island. We also liked the bistro and bar on the 5th floor. Quiet location would be a plus, although the city itself is not that loud, unlike the party towns. The wi-fi in the room worked perfectly, cleaning was done every day. The beds are soft and comfortable so you can get a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the cleaning in the room and on the balcony is wanting better. I hope the hotel can work this out with their staff. I also thought that the pool in the spa was dirty, there was sand on the bottom and there was a lot of chlorine in the water. Also a little disappointed that billiards, which is located in the bistro was paid (2 euros). You pay a large amount per night, and billiards costs 2 euros for 1 play. To the minuses would also include entertainment program, which is focused more on elderly people ,for young people in the evening in the hotel to do nothing. Thank you for everything.

Amazing hotel. They upgraded our room and it was very big. Lots of sea view rooms with two balconies looking on to the pool and ocean. The breakfast included had lots of variety and was great. As well the staff was also always very happy to help us call taxis, and bring things to the room. The location was very easy to get to and from as well with lots of great and fun nearby cities and ports. Prices for food and cocktails were very reasonable too. The majority of drinks are from 6-9 euros. Also, the cove attached to the hotel was awesome too. Super clear water and a great spot to suntan and swim. From someone who has stayed at quite a few hotels, this one was great.

The room was amazing and the view was phenomenal!! It was a short 5 minute walk to the square where there are a few restaurants (not many but enough if you’re there for a few days). The main part is a further 10 minutes or so away (there’s a nice coastal walk to the main stretch). Santa Ponsa seems a little run down but the hotel more than made up for it and we were more than happy with our stay. It was my birthday when we were there and I was left a little card and chocolates in my room. Breakfast was the usual buffet style breakfast.

Breakfast - food was inform underdone at the fresh cooking area (churros, pancakes, toasties etc)

The staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive, providing the utmost professional service throughout our visit. The breakfast options were varied and all delicious, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel’s facilities were nothing short of amazing and truly first class. We especially loved the lovely pool and the convenient access to the beach, which is reachable via a few steps. The beach itself is rocky but has a ladder and diving board, making it a stunning spot for a swim. Our room was perfect: spacious, well-appointed, and offering stunning views. I can't emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. Having visited many hotels, this one stands out as the best. It’s surprising that it is rated as a 4-star hotel because it truly deserves a 5-star rating. We are already planning to return this September!

the room was amazing we were moved into. The views were amazing and the staff were very friendly and responsive to anything we needed or requested. Breakfast buffet was very nice with different choices everyday so you were never bored of the same meal

Small issue with the TV in the room, it kept trying to connect to "Smart Things" even though there was nothing to connect to. It would have been good if they utilised 1 of the bars with a TV to watch the Euros on as I would have spent more money in the hotel than going to bars in the local area.

Fantastic hotel with great views and wonderful staff. Rooms are super clean, I’d recommend taking the room with balcony over the bay, the hotel really exceeded my expectations.

One important thing to note is to NOT book the hotel from Booking, Booking charged me more than what it was showing first and refused to pay me back! Customer service is basically in existent in booking. When I checked the prices in the hotel websites the reservation from there seemed easy and less expensive.

The view from room was amazing and everyday sunset spectacle. Hotel is in great location, spa and pool area are also amazing.

Parking is really challenging(especially if you have bigger car) and extra charged. We had breakfast included and what I didn’t like was that I was not able to finish my breakfast in the room (I have some pineapple and melon to finish) and personel didnot allowed me to take it upstairs, so I believe it was thrown away and wasted. I understand that you cannot take full meal to your room but this was some pineapple leftovers. Room was a little bit oldish - the bathroom mainly.
