The location was excellent. The staff at reception was amazing. As said the room was cleaned every other day. The AC was working fine. As it was really hot there. The towels were properly replaced. Beach is just footstep away from hotel. Lots of eating joints. We loved the Indian restaurant which is just next to it 'Indian Tandoor'. Very nice food. There is public parking close to hotel. Where one can park for free . It can be busy but one can always find a spot, within 5 minutes of waiting.

The wifi was not that good. There can be few more kitchen tools like one more pot. It would complete the kitchen.

Reception Staff - Javier was pleasant, informative and always happy to help. Marta and Johanna - smiles that would like up any room and always spoke when they seen us. New night porter Alper - very calm, happy to chat for a few minutes when we came in after a night out. Tomao - works through the day and covers 2 nights - one of my boys! Stopped off for a drink on way to room and had a chat, teaching each other our own language (google came in handy!) and putting the world to rights! Was good fun and he is a lovely young man who is always willing to help. In all, every member of reception exceeded their job roles (in my opinion) and were a pleasure to deal with. Room was beautiful - clean and fresh, with cleaners coming in every couple of days with fresh towels and bed linen every 4 days or so. If you needed bin bags or loo roll you just asked them, even if it wasn't your "day". Maintenance guy (can't remember his name but he spoke very good english) was very cheerful and always greeted you with a smile and a hello or good afternoon when you passed him. Watched him working away every day doing bits and pieces and never seemed to stop.

We were on floor 7 and the lift broke down after a big thunderstorm, so no lift was available for 3 days between floors 3 and 6 which meant a hike up the stairs. Not the Hotels fault, and once they realised the part would take a couple of days to arrive they made an arrangement for anyone who required assistance from floor 6 to 9 to use a taxi from outside the front of the hotel to bring them round the back entrance which was floor six. I should point out that the lift broke down on the Friday and was working again by 7am Monday morning. I'm sure if it had been through the week they may have got the part earlier and the lift wouldn't have been out of action for the length of time it was

The location is perfect for a sun and beach holiday, as the hotel is just in front of Santa Ponsa's beach. The swimming pool is lovely after a day on the beach. And the hotel is just a few minutes away from Palma by car. The terrace with a view of the sea is amazing!

The size of the flat is on the small size. We visited in April so still relatively low season, but I expect that in summer the area will be quite noisy. The bedroom window looks over the parking area, which is noisy in the morning when the hotel receives deliveries. The sofa in the living room feels like a plastic cushion on a wood plank, but possibly it's by design so that it doesn't get wet when coming back from the beach or the swimming pool.

Our stay at Sunbeach with my family was truly exceptional. Both the kindness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the quality of the facilities, made our experience outstanding. The location is excellent—close to Palma and offering all the essential services to ensure a relaxing and wonderful holiday. Perfectly situated with excellent transport connections to explore the rest of the island, the property also boasts a spotless swimming pool and apartment. The warm hospitality of the staff make this a place we would highly recommend. Many thanks!

The Sun Beach aparthotel is located perfectly in Santa Ponca. In walking distance of the beautiful sandy beach. Even though it's right on the main tourist street the rooms are located further from the street so, not too much noise from it. We got to Santa Ponca by a rented car. The hotel offers parking for an additional fee. But I suggest using nearby city municipal parking. Sometimes it might be hard to find a free place there, but if you wait up to 5 minutes you will find a free spot. Check-in process is smooth and clear. The hotel sends a link to check-in online before arriving. If you do so, you'll get to the room fast, once arrive. We booked a room with a sea view. And we got a room on the last floor (9th). The view from the balcony was nice except for the tree that closes part of the beach view (see photo). In some years, when the tree will get higher, the view will be just perfect. The hotel is structured in such a way that it requires to use 3 elevators to get to the 9th floor. Not a big deal for us but might be challenging for someone. The room has everything you could expect from a budget aparthotel. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bath has shower gel and soap. Rooms are air-conditioned. As we stayed for 2 nights we didn't have a cleaning service or towel change. But rooms are supposed to be cleaned every second day. The Internet connection was good and stable at our room. The swimming pool area has a lot of sunbeds. The pool itself seems to be a bit small for the number of visitors and is overcrowded at some moments. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a family stay in the Santa Ponca area. Ideally, I would recommend paying a bit more and booking a room with a sea view.

As I've mentioned in the main description: The pool seems to be a bit small for the number of visitors and might be overcrowded at some moments. Another thing is the street food smells from the surrounding cafes, restaurants, and burgeries while sitting in the pool area. In general, the swimming pool area views could be better. It's not a drawback completely. But more about the hotel structure specifics. The higher you stay the more lifts you will use. For those staying on the upper floors, using 3 elevators might be challenging. Other than that it's a nice budget hotel.

We loved the apartment - it was well-lit, spacious, had modern design and was recently renovated. The staff was amazing - always helpful and smiling. Special thanks to Marta - the Polish girl in the reception, who greated us amazingly, offered help and a lot of valuable tips which made us feel welcomed. The location is great- just a few minutes walk to the best beach in the area - Santa Ponsa Beach and close to the main street with restaurants, bars and other facilities.

The pool is quite small, but we didn't mind as we spent time at the beach. Also, the free parking is on the street and requires 5 minutes walk. In some days (though we didn't experience that) there might be a problem with finding space.

3 mins from beach. 1 min from bus stop. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. We had a sea view balcony that was spacious with a fantastic view. Apartment exactly as described. Staff friendly, one receptionist in particular was incredibly kind and friendly. Offered many excellent recommendations for food. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort can be quite noisy at night, but with the doors closed it was absolutely fine. But absolutely can not think of a negative thing to say about the hotel.

Firstly, the staff were very friendly. The man on reception indulged us in practising our Spanish and was very patient! We did only stay for 1 night but we would have been happy to spend longer there. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a fabulous shower. It did seem to have everything you would need. The location was great for the bars, restaurants and beach.

The only one small thing was that the sofa beds (I thing that's what they were) in the living room were a plastic type material and so weren't the most comfortable to sit on - I would imagine more so in Summer. However we weren't in the room for long as there is so much to do in the area and it certainly wouldn't stop me staying there again.

Amazing from start to finish! Check in was easy and simple, we were not charged to check in early which was greatly appreciated after an early morning flight. The lady who checked us in was polite. The room were modern which was lovely. The pool was great, and we couldn’t believe our luck with the weather (lowest temp was 26 degrees in the final week of October!) Nothing was too much for the staff, extra towels, plasters, toilet roll etc. The location is great, stones throw from the beach and bars and restaurants. All in all a great stay!
