The hotel was really clean, the staff were so friendly without being over the top (Micaela on the bar was particularly nice and professional), food on the all inclusive buffet was fresh and varied, loved being able to eat outside. Great location, just a couple of minutes from the airport bus and then right on the beachfront close to the rest of Santa Ponsa, loved being able to see the sea from the upper level of the pool.

While it's a super quiet location, the walls were thin so I'd recommend bringing some earplugs in case next door are snoring or a bit loud at night. There was no evening entertainment while I was there, there are plenty of bars with live music nearby though

Excellent location, friendly staff and all amenities nearby. Ample space to sit outside and enjoy the weather near to the bar and you have some nice beach views from the pool area. Friendly lifeguard and some lovely staff too. Fast, free WiFi and area to store luggage.

Our room looked directly on to the back of a building (restaurant/apartment building) so it might be better to upgrade the room to one with a city / pool view. The area around the pool has limited sunbeds and has now introduced more Bali Beds post renovation (between 27/32€ per day).

Everything was so lovely and clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our only disappointment was the Irish bar. No Guinness on draft and no Irish beer on draft. EVERY IRISH bar must at least have these. Also the live music nights were not Irish music which was the most disappointing. Not an Irish bar at all!!!!

Really good Hotel. Very Modern, clean and good variety and food and drink available. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk away. We had a duplicate booking ssue and the hotel manager Joan went above and beyond to recify this and was very honest and did exactly what he said which was brilliant!

Asked about air conditioning and door twice as neither were working properly. Requests ignored throughout the day until it was too late to do anything about it. Having the door open for a very short time in the evening meant mosquitoes entered and bit me leaving me with a hefty bill at the pharmacy and two scars from bite reactions!!

The location it’s a stunning hotel ,clean and amazing staff. We arrived very late and were greeted with a very caring staff member who offered us some food and beverages with the happiest smile.

That we had to leave and go home but we will be back

Fantastic staff,great location, very clean, food was very nice and lots of choice.went for a 4 day break and could not fault the hotel. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back. A big thankyou to all of the helpful staff xx

very good choice for all meals the restaurant spotless and the staff were always at hand to assist with dr5inks etc the tables were always cleaned after every sitting
