Location was good, large corner apartment was good, with views overlooking the bay and town. Spacious apartment with 4single beds in 2rooms and 1 double sofa bed. Good size balcony and living room, small but functional kitchen and bathroom. We had friends over to visit one evening and with 10 in the apartment it didn't feel overcrowded. Highly recommend it and would hope to return with the family again.

WiFi was terrible, was connected, but was so slow and unusable, reminded me of dual up internet or school internet to block all social media. Just used my phone data for everything. Also needed to use 2 elevators and walk quite a steep slope to get from reception to the bedroom. Finally, pool is only used between 10am and 6pm, quite annoying not able to have early morning or evening swims. This was my issue, as I'd be into fitness training and an early riser.

Real bargain! The location is perfect, very close to the beach. You will find all sorts of restaurants and cafes in the area. The staff is very friendly. Our flight was at night, so the 24/7 reception was what I was looking for. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people. The beds in the bedroom are fine, but the sofa bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable. We had an issue with a neighbour in the room next door, but it was dealt immediately after we reported it to the reception. On our departure day they let us use the luggage room, the swimming pool and the shower, so we could stay in the hotel until the evening.

The receptionist was really friendly, easy check in. The location is in the heart of Santa Ponsa, as you exit the building there are a lot of restaurants, bar, souvenir shops, massage parlour, mini grocery shops and more. It's a family friendly area, there were no late parties during our stay. You only have to cross the road to get to the beach. Beach was wonderful, my kids were swimming until late at night. We paid extra for sea views and it was worth it. We were in the fifth floor, we can see the beach as well as the pool area. The rooms were super spacious even the kitchen and bathroom. The kids love the pool, it gets busy in the afternoon but it helps that there were 2 pools available.

The beds were comfortable but on the first morning of our stay, our daughter got insect bites. We're not sure if it was bed bugs or mosquitos. Our other children also got bitten. Also to get to the accommodation, we had to take the lift to get to the building. There's only one lift and it takes only 4 people at a time so if there's more than 4 of you then you could end up waiting for a bit to take it. Apart from that we had a great time, we had a great stay and we love the area. The staff are really friendly too.

The view was amazing, there was safe parking for an extra charge (it wasn’t cheap, but we could afford it and it was necessary), the town of Santa Ponça was located near Palma airport and we could easily access the other towns of the island.

There was a crack on the shower in the bathroom. That’s all I’d mention. 😅 If it wasn’t a problem for the hotel, then it was fine with me. (Btw, it was there before we came.)

We’ve stayed here many times so our repeat business should attest to how good it is, but recent upgrades to the bathroom/ shower and new aircon units mean the property is even better. Add to that some excellent new staff and increased frequency of cleaning and linen / towels replacement meant we’ve never had a better visit, so an update to my earlier review seemed appropriate.

The only complaint you could make is that sound insulation is very poor between rooms, but luckily we had quiet neighbours on this stay!

small lifts when you have a bike, but that isn’t a moan at all. Don’t eat at the restaurant opposite on the water… go to mama mias!

Very close to the beach and beach beds. Very close to bars and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good Restaurant attached to the complex out the front. Great view of the sea and santa ponsa hills from our apartment(2606). Nice size balcony. Choice of 3 pools.

Very basic for the price. No cleaning of the apartment by staff during our week stay. No sun Umbrella's on any of the pools. Where we were staying, we had to take a lift up to building two, which their was only one and could be in a queue to use lift as it took only 3 people,, then walk up a sloped ramp for about 100 meters to another lift.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Convenient location. Near the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, all rooms have balconies. Balconies with sea views. Two swimming pools. Kitchen in the room. The kitchen has everything you need. The staff is the best.

Cynthia our host that checked us in was great. The apartment was big and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Far enough from the strip to get a good night's sleep. The Portafino caters for everyone. When we were there it was mainly youngsters which was not a problem. The beach is beautiful and just across the road. Am really glad we paid extra for a Seaview which didn't disappoint. Would recommend this aparthotel.

Excellent location on the quieter side of the resort, which we preferred. It is directly in front of the beach and has lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The 2 bed apartment was huge and very clean. We also liked the pool area. Overall, it was great value for money.

The kitchen was quite dated but it didn't affect its use or our enjoyment of the trip.
