I had a 2 bed apartment for 8 nights with sea & pool view. Plenty of toilet roll & towels (unlike other bad reviews) & beds were changed once. Happy to empty own kitchen bin as we changed on a daily basis, not waiting on cleaners & no disturbance from cleaners trying to come in & clean. No mad panic on reserving sunbeds as they were always available & also just across the road from the beach.

Really enjoyed how stay. Staff were so helpful no prob or question was to much. Rooms were very clean and we got clean towels every day. Its a very quite place great for relaxing ingredients and recharging. Will defo return

We had a a few ants the first day we arrived but once they were treated there was not a problem we never saw any again

The Location is Excellent. Quiet part of the Bay but super easy to walk to other side and a BIP across the road.

This may not be a big deal to some but only 1 mirror which is located in the bathroom is not ideal, when your trying to wash, dry your hair, brush your teeth or even putting on face cream when 2 or more are staying there. Another in the bedroom or hall would've been ideal. Also we get our towels changed every 2 days which is great. They take 4 away but only replace with 2. So everytime it's hair washing time I Need to keep asking for extra towels when your staying for 15nights can be annoying

Excellent Experience – Highly Recommended We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. What made the difference, however, was the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. The director and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate all our needs. We were also kindly offered the use of a conference room for our group, free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and generous. This level of hospitality is not something you find everywhere. A big thank you to the entire staff — we would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Location was good, large corner apartment was good, with views overlooking the bay and town. Spacious apartment with 4single beds in 2rooms and 1 double sofa bed. Good size balcony and living room, small but functional kitchen and bathroom. We had friends over to visit one evening and with 10 in the apartment it didn't feel overcrowded. Highly recommend it and would hope to return with the family again.

WiFi was terrible, was connected, but was so slow and unusable, reminded me of dual up internet or school internet to block all social media. Just used my phone data for everything. Also needed to use 2 elevators and walk quite a steep slope to get from reception to the bedroom. Finally, pool is only used between 10am and 6pm, quite annoying not able to have early morning or evening swims. This was my issue, as I'd be into fitness training and an early riser.

The receptionist was really friendly, easy check in. The location is in the heart of Santa Ponsa, as you exit the building there are a lot of restaurants, bar, souvenir shops, massage parlour, mini grocery shops and more. It's a family friendly area, there were no late parties during our stay. You only have to cross the road to get to the beach. Beach was wonderful, my kids were swimming until late at night. We paid extra for sea views and it was worth it. We were in the fifth floor, we can see the beach as well as the pool area. The rooms were super spacious even the kitchen and bathroom. The kids love the pool, it gets busy in the afternoon but it helps that there were 2 pools available.

The beds were comfortable but on the first morning of our stay, our daughter got insect bites. We're not sure if it was bed bugs or mosquitos. Our other children also got bitten. Also to get to the accommodation, we had to take the lift to get to the building. There's only one lift and it takes only 4 people at a time so if there's more than 4 of you then you could end up waiting for a bit to take it. Apart from that we had a great time, we had a great stay and we love the area. The staff are really friendly too.

Real bargain! The location is perfect, very close to the beach. You will find all sorts of restaurants and cafes in the area. The staff is very friendly. Our flight was at night, so the 24/7 reception was what I was looking for. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people. The beds in the bedroom are fine, but the sofa bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable. We had an issue with a neighbour in the room next door, but it was dealt immediately after we reported it to the reception. On our departure day they let us use the luggage room, the swimming pool and the shower, so we could stay in the hotel until the evening.

The view was amazing, there was safe parking for an extra charge (it wasn’t cheap, but we could afford it and it was necessary), the town of Santa Ponça was located near Palma airport and we could easily access the other towns of the island.

There was a crack on the shower in the bathroom. That’s all I’d mention. 😅 If it wasn’t a problem for the hotel, then it was fine with me. (Btw, it was there before we came.)
