The flats were nice, cosy, lit up and spacious, the large pool was clean and good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, including bar staff and pool lifeguard. Location was good for us, we even ejoyed the stairs to the main street to give us some exercise. Overall exceeded our expectations and the children loved it.

The walls are thin, and we were early in the season so not many people in the hotel, but the last day got busier and was quite noisy already, inconsiderate and noisy neighbours can be heard till late through the thin walls. I imagine during the season it can get quite noisy from all sides including the garden/pool area. The hotel doesn't allow parties and loudspeakers in the garden though.

I recently stayed in a stunning sea view apartment at the hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, modern, and felt brand new – everything was in immaculate condition. The size of the living room exceeded my expectations, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sea views. It was so peaceful, a real haven to unwind. It's definitely worth booking if you want to experience comfort, cleanliness, and a breathtaking view all in one place!

Unfortunately, the hotel’s pool didn’t allow guests to enjoy their own drinks, which took away from the experience of relaxing by the pool. It felt restrictive, and we ended up using the pool at a different hotel, which was much more welcoming. On the bright side, exploring other hotels made for a fun experience, but it’s a shame we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool where we were staying. Just something to keep in mind if you’re planning a stay!

Comfortable room clean and fresh towels regularly plenty hot water and a roomy sitting and dining area lift to each floor

The description of hotel did not mention it was so high up and so many steps to the town centre and beach area .that said taxi was cheap so walk down taxi back mostly. The only thing about the hotel was the pool opened at 10am and closed at 6pm with the weather so hot until 9pm it would be better if had at least another hours opening but nice pool and clean surrounding area

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Staff were amazingly helpful at all times. There was a lifeguard on duty 9am-6pm daily for the pool area

There was a lot of men drinking alcohol by the pool, they were very loud and took over the pool (even the shallow end where small children were in the pool). The lifeguard constantly asked the men to stay out of the shallow end of the pool, but they just ignored her. Thankfully there was a separate child’s pool available at the property too.

Everything seams close, nice swimming pool, close beach… In our room we had beautiful balcony view. Spacious and clean.

Only thing in which one need to be invested is old elevator that makes noise. Luckily, while we were there people kinda respected to not make noise from 23:00-08:00 and they didn’t use elevator in this time even that nowhere was sign to do so. P.S. Since they are limited with parking spots, if you want to park on their property you need to pay 10€ per day.

Spacious modern apartment with amazing view of bay (we went for the superior option). View from the lower floors will be obscured by another hotel. Very effective air con. Pool is a good size and cleaned every morning. Pool bar serves decent snacks and drinks. All staff very polite and helpful. Good location for both the beach and the quieter top end of the resort (Costa de la calma) which has some nice restaurants serving authentic Spanish food. Palma is a great city and not far. We went twice on the bus.

Shuttle to town only makes four journeys per day and it is on request. Need to arrange a return journey with the hotel. Also, the one day we needed it it wasn't running. There are a lot of steps from the town to the hotel if you choose to walk but it's only €4 in a taxi. The bathroom was perfectly adequate but could do with a refurb. This is a mainly British and Irish resort and lots of the bars reflect that. Lots of Irish Scottish English pub style venues. Authentic Spanish experience is harder to find in the resort.

The staff were brilliant here, especially the young gentleman working the bar/restaurant, nothing was too much trouble abd he always looked after us. The pool was great for kids, and there was always an available bed. The food and drink were also good and well priced. The room was also a good size, comfortable and had a large terrace area.

The only downsides to the property was there was abd foul smell of sewage every morning in the bathroom, that came up through drains. But it was gone within an hour or so. No air con in the bedroom, so we ended up using the living room sofa bed. As the bedroom was too hot. The property is situated up a hill, so we needed up using the car more often to avoid the stairs and hill climbs in 30 degrees

It’s was very peaceful and comfortable and all the staff where so lovely :)

It was a bit away from the strip and to get back up you have to come up a huge stair case and it wrecked you clean out that was the only down fall

Apartment was perfect for 6 people, pool was lovely and the pool bar was great too food was very nice some of the staff were lovely and very helpful we were able to leave out key in reception while we went out as it was 24 hours very handy View was beautiful

Location was good but the steps and hill up to the apartment were painful especially in the heat one staff member was rude and slow

The view from the balcony was amazing. There was a kitchen with a stove, small countertop oven and kettle (great for having breakfast). There's nothing in the kitchen itself (e.g tea, coffee, oil) so pick some up en route with your groceries. It has all necessary crockery and cutlery. It felt like having our own little home. The sofa bed was super comfy when we put the mattress from the pull out section on the sofa. We love Santa Ponsa too so we had a brilliant time.

This is not a criticism but purely information I'd like to have known beforehand :) The stairs. To get from the main part of town to the apartments there's a monster set of stairs. If you have luggage or a pram, flag a taxi. If you're fine walking, just remember the amazing view from your balcony to power through the burn!
