Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold food available .Aziz the restaurant manager was attentive to everyones needs , making sure our holiday was special .

We were really disappointed that the smaller pool and Bistro are now owned by a different company and it is called Cotton Club . It is expensive to use the facilities and during our stay it was always empty . Booking sites are showing pictures of this area so guests think it is part of the hotel deal .This needs addressing . Thiago the Manager was very helpful throughout our stay and understood our concerns . We felt the drinks were pricey and it was sad to see guests getting taxis to drink in the evening leaving an empty bar area . This is our 5th visit and was never the case in fact we used to struggle to get a table . Bottled water should be free in the room for a 5 Star hotel not 5.50 Euros .

Loved the hilltop location gorgeous views of the sea. Communal areas sparkling clean. Breakfast staff very attentive go extra mile Vivi Victor and Nataly welcomed us and were so friendly. Enjoyed the Crepes, omelettes, Prosecco, and jams. 2 double beds very comfortable. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. In room plus - Coffee machine, handheld steamer & large tv with hdmi port. Car was useful to go to Peguera and other ports for dinner as shuttle finishes early at 5pm. If something missing just ask but you may have to ask twice depending on who you get at reception. Thanks Raul and Joel for helping us move rooms.

€50 deposit per night is strange, but did get refunded quickly after checkout. Drinks and food pricey go to Peguera. Soundproofing is a problem in club rooms can hear guests above and if it rains then drainage is really loud. We were moved by Juan when we reported it for a 2nd time. Music from bar played outside all day until 1am can be heard in main hotel. Can’t control own room temperature so we were cold.

It was clean and to a great standard, it had lovely facilities and had almost everything I needed. the team were really welcoming and friendly and answered any of my questions and made the extra effort with my surprise bday dessert and ensuring I could get my spa appointments to fit in with my stay. The free shuttle into town was a nice bonus.

It was missing room service and the ability to screen share ( I came to relax and didn’t really want to leave my room! )

Excellent resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming. They have some separate buildings where the rooms are located and I was given a sea view one with a balcony. Beds were super comfortable and the room spotless clean. The breakfast is fabulous and the dinner was good. There are 2 external swimming pools (one adults only) and a heated indoors swimming pool along with sauna and (closed) steam room.

There was a €50 per day deposit that I was not expecting. It doesn’t seem too much but multiply it by 6 days and you get €300 to lock in your card upon arrival. The beverages were unnecessarily expensive too. Overall the stay was amazing but those were the downs.

We spent 28 nights in two rooms with fantastic view. The staff is friendly and helpful with any kind of problems we faced. Everything can broke and go wrong. Anytime we mentioned it, the staff fixed it as soon as possible. A big thanks especially to Nataly and Aziz. For us there were the shining stars at the hotel. Unbelievable excellent service. We loved the chilling style of the hotel. The pool area with the garden is very quiet even if kids are there. Breakfast was rich and tasty, dinner was delicious too.

The only thing which wasn’t perfect was… - the time delay between sitting on a table and ordering drinks. Sometimes it took them 15 minutes to even take the order. In meanwhile we were almost done with dinner. We suggest to take the drinks order as soon as the guests sittings the table. - The AC in the gym wasn’t working so well. The Gym itself needs to have more sport equipments for back muscles. - Rooms need basic cleaning after max. 2 weeks (vacuuming, mirrors, new sheets).

Hilton Mallorca Galatzo has special vibe, real Mallorcan style. Great food options for breakfast and dinner. We loved Paradis pool, garden is perfect with great views. When we had problem in the room , they gave us other room immediately so this was very efficient and we loved new room so much . Rooms are spacious enough. Modern. Views great.

- No kids activities. No kids food corner . - Some rooms are far from main building with lot of stairs, so our first room was over 60 steep stairs down the main level.For someone this might not be a problem, but for us it was. -TV huge but not smart? Such a shame in 2024. -Other than this -we enjoyed this hotel, and would/will come back again

Very clean, Staff very friendly, a nice room with space and a big balcony, very nice view, no noises despite room being close to the pool zone. the extended breakfast time was great!

Small bottle of water in the room was 5,5 Euros, no mini bar. daily complimentary small bottle of water per person would have been great.

The customer service was exceptional! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was great as well.

The pool closes way too early for those that want to explore during the day and then unwind in the evenings. Also the restaurant times are restrictive as well, leaves very little options after 7pm.

Location was nice for sunbathing as very breezy and lovely greenery too. Beautiful views. Family pool lovely but busy at times with inflatables and ball games. Staff very friendly and lunch at the paradise bar very good. Renovated rooms were decorated nicely and air con was good in both rooms we had Family suite great with two bedrooms two bathrooms and a lounge area.

Some of the bathrooms very cramped - not much space in the shower and in the actual bathrooms. One room smelt of drains. No evening entertainment and taxis to the local town/beach area can sometimes take up to 25 mins to arrive Dinner and breakfast buffet very basic and ran out of items and very hot in the main room . Better to eat out rather than in hotel for dinner. Vending machine „shop“ extremely overpriced: 8 euros for packet of crisps ! No complimentary water in the rooms Family pool does not open until 10am

The hotel sits on a hill and has great views. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable.

I don't understand how they can allow people to walk completely naked in the spa area... and to enter the jacuzzi completely naked... there were children around who didn't need to see both men and women walking around naked...
