Very friendly staff and very good food

the A/C in the room our kids had was not working for the whole stay. They could not fix it the entire stay nor they could give us a different room. At the end they gave us a €10 discount which was an insult for sleeping 7 days without A/C. I did ask for the Hotel Management to get in contact to make things right. I was a professional in the travel industry for 15 years and I know that a 10-15% refund would have been fair. A €10 refund at check out, really?

Great location, easy to access, close to the beach - 5 min, to the buss, and just flat terrain and no hills. Very nice staff, especially the Bulgarian lady and the morning staff. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and large, as we got a free upgrade :) ONE million thank you! It's great that it's a cozy feeling, and not a big crowded hotel. The food was tasty and abundant, from fish and paella, to grill and lots of salads. The area is lovely for walking.

The lock got jammed one day and it was a bit tricky to go out, but staff was helpful.

Just minutes from the beach and a very short walk to public transport makes this a perfect location to enjoy the area. The hotel is absolutely spotless and staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are varied and plentiful. Loved our stay at Hotel Morlans.

The breakfast had really good quality! Hotel installations were clean and comfortable. Moreover, the hotel staff was really helpful and nice! In particular, we arrive at night for the check in and we checked out early, for that, Juan was the hotel staff during the nights, so he assisted us and was really kind and helpful. Thank you a lot Juan!

The quality of the food offered in the buffet is exceptional and a real home made dishes.

The decorations of the room could be better.

This was our second stay. Staff made our stay fantastic. Breakfast and dinners were very good. Room was clean and adeqate. I will definitely come back.

Nice and quiet location, nice room , comfy bed ,hotel personnel let us park our rented motorbike on premises. Breakfast was great with lots of choices .
