Check -in was fine even though I arrived later in the night 9 pm onwards 24 hours. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. If you speak spanish - I think you will get more out of staff . Apparently they speak French as well according to some reviews. English is fine too. The room was very clean, no insects, clearly refurbished recently. Bathroom was cleanish. No mould. Theres a TV .- its watchable.. And you can pick your own toilet roll if you run out from the hallway :). Cleaning staff are freindly. Beds are cosy. If you step out of the hotel there are tourist shops littering the street, plenty of hotels to eat at. Places to eat at 5 to 10 mins walk away , a literal bakery in front of the hotel. A bank down the road. 5 mins if you walk straight out of the front door is the beachfront. there is alo a load of Spar's ... I shopped there very regularly for snacks and water. One in front of the hotel, you have supplies readily available ! Checkout is 24 hour as well, which is great if you have an early flight in the wee hours (3am) . Word of warning ,the alarm will sound . If I went ever back to Can Picafort , I would stay there again. (For clarity took no pics or a video apparently of my room although I'm sure I filmed one, in the family Whatsapp chat...

I wish the door in my room locked properly and the bathroom had a door, and a vent/ like an extractor fan. Clean towels...

Extremely thin walls, had 2 nights of listening to next doors loud love making all night!! I would recommend ear plugs!!

The room was super clean and nice, the view was perfect from our balcony, the hotels location is really great and the staff was nice as well! The bed was too soft for our preference but we had a great sleep anyway. You can hear people on the corridor, especially if they’re loud but in my opinion it’s the same at all hotels. The bathroom doesn’t had a door which was perfectly fine for us (as a long time married couple) but it can be a discomfort for some, so be aware of it. Overall we didn’t expect this great experience after the reviews, but it was a really pleasant surprise. :)

Gorgeous boutique hotel. The location was amazing, the staff lovely. I had emailed them regarding a nice view and they did not disappoint we had a full sea view on the floor 4, second floor from the top. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We knew this going in to the hotel but mid July with no air conditioning for 2 Brits was difficult. They had fans and luckily the breeze from the sea helped however during the night was very hot and not sure I could do a hotel without AC again! But like I say, we knew this was a compromise we had to make for the location.

I don't understand the negative reviews. For the price this place is excellent! The room was bright and freshly painted with excellent views and it had a wardrobe, desk, TV etc. The shower was good, the bathroom had a door (lots of reviews complaint they didn't, perhaps they've added them now) I even had a hairdryer, which for a 1 start hotel at this price is unheard of. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful including a big salad bar and breakfast and dinner too. The staff are very friendly and most speak at least 3 languages. 10 seconds walk from the beach but very quiet at night. I'd definitely stay again!

Location is fantastic, we have stayed here before, we live in Palmanova on the South of the Island and when we can we try to take a quick break in Can Picafort as we love the beach and area. The Galaxia is always clean, tidy and comfortable and the view from the room is lovely. Whislt the hotel does not have Aircon, there is always a beautiful breeze from the Sea and Fans are available.

Lovely white room, good value for my 6 days stay. Friendly staff, room cleaned every second day I think. Close to the shop, café and all the commodities in a walking distance. The pool exposed to the sunshine all day with the comfy lounges, breakfast if needed provided at extra price, lovely reading room downstairs

located by the quite busy nosy street, my room was at the third floor, but still could hear it at night

Comparing prices that was the best option, especially because of the location- it's just perfect. Literally 5 minutes away from the beach and if you have a room with balcony, with the spectacular view. Really helpful staff. We felt really welcomed. Nice swimming pool.

Unfortunately our shower cabin was broken, but that was the only issue. As I've mentioned previously you're not able to find anything with such a good price nearby. So I don't want to complain about that

We liked the location, close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also had a balcony on the 4th floor with ocean views.

Room was somewhat small but we didn't mind too much. Keep in mind, there's no aircon (only a fan). No door to bathroom/toilet...

I'm not sure if I've missed that when I've read description for that hotel but my room didn't have a door for toilet. I can see on the picture now there is no door, but I didn't even think that is possible. We have been only 1 night there so we spent time to sleep in the room only, so for that quick booking is good enough :)
