Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast & Dinner and was very impressed with the selection at both. Although the food was never very hot the quality was very good. The roof terrace is a great asset for the hotel, plenty of loungers, some day beds and 2 Jacuzzi's, with fake grass to make walking around comfortable. The hotel has a small gym, not very modern but ok to keep the fitness levels up. the inside pool area was a nice calm oasis. you have to pay 7 euros per person of 30 mins in the sauna, but worth it as you have a shower in the private area to use, to go from hot to cold.

We had a sea view room, which was nice but our room was quite small. Also since the refurb in 2019 the shower/toilet is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall/door. this wasn't very private when using the toilet.

The location couldn't be better, and the rooftop jacuzzi and Balinese beds are honestly a dream come true. The rooms are comfy, with lots of natural light and spacious. The bathroom is well equipped and the toiletries really take care of every need. The staff at reception were super nice too!

The person at the door for breakfast was quite rude when we came in late for breakfast. Breakfast times are quite odd, 8-10am even on weekends... the spa is tiny and the indoor swimming pool inside the spa is quite cold. You have to pay extra (7 euro) to get into the sauna.

This property was in the perfect location for our stay. It was clean and staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed but we had no problem checking in at around 2am. The staff organised our airport transfers which was one less thing for us to worry about. The roof top sun terrace was perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view. Yes the hotel is basic, however we had no complaints for our short stay for Ironman 2024.

The pillows were very flat and the gym could do with updating.

Near beach,shops around,needs renovation outside it’s not worth 4 star hotel

When we come to hotel they tell us that they can’t give to us family room what ar we booking so they offer 2 separate rooms for the 1 night so we have to sleep with my wife and kids separate between together that’s more then catastrophic,to be honest that hotel is old fashion and we never come back again.

The breakfast could have been better. It was advertised as show cooking- usually an omelette is cooked in front of you with ingredients of your choice. this time it was “ there is the omelette “ . it was already cooked with no ingredients- just plain. I would have expected more for the money we paid . we usually visit Las Costas in Lanzarote- the food is lovely there, plus it’s much cheaper to stay at that hotel 🏨

We stayed here during the Spanish Grand Prix and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and well-kept, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop jacuzzi provided a cozy and peaceful spot to relax.

We stayed in a room on the 5th floor, and the only issue was the weak Wi-Fi signal. Other than that, everything was great.

Visited a few times before and we like the ambience of the place . It regularly has the same staff and they are very friendly and helpful. We like the rooms because they are built for the purpose giving maximum sea view and are of a good size .

The place is looking a bit jaded and needs a spruce up and the dining area can get quite hectic at times . perhaps two sittings would suit better?

Didn't like the bathroom set up in room NO PRIVACY No entertainment in hotel even though it was very busy, we didn't have children with us but didn't see any facilities for children Food was good

the beds need to be replaced they're to rigid, you'll need to get better quality

The size of the room was great, loved the balcony. The breakfast was good, everything was clean, staff nice, Great facilities

The bed I requested was a double bed but we received 2 single beds pushed together that were very slidy. The mattresses were also not that comfortable. I think we expected a double topper over the beds to make it a double as many hotels do.
