A beautiful hotel that fully met our expectations! The cleanliness was excellent, with rooms being cleaned daily. The breakfast was diverse and satisfied everyone in our large group, even with different tastes and preferences. The staff was professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient – just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Overall, we are very satisfied and would gladly return! 🇬🇪❣️

The entire hotel looked like a palace inside. It was very well decorated, had a good quality and comfortable spaces.

The only negative point is that it seems to have thin walls. As a result, there is a lot of noise from other rooms. We heard the noise of furniture being dragged in the upstairs room all day long, I don't know if it was from other guests or cleaning people, but the point is that the noise of furniture being constantly dragged was annoying (we heard it every day of our stay, that is, we didn't it was a one-off thing)

The hotel was the right choice, location perfect as it is close to university, and also in close proximity to the city center. I walked from the train station to the hotel. The hotel itself was great, room with enough space, bed was perfect for my back, shower powerful (hot and cold both working instantly), breakfast was amazing - unfortunately I didn't have time to try everything. People at the reception were all very helpful and supportive, spoke English.

The hotel has 4 stars, but the rooms, lounge, corridors are already worn out - the kitchen is especially worn out of the rooms. It was in the kitchen that we missed more necessary items - there was only one big knife, no cutting boards, dishwasher, paper, dishwashing detergent. But, the rooms are really exceptionally clean, everything is polished. There are elevators. What I didn't like very much - the smell of smokers in the corridors, for example, it is written that smoking is prohibited, and there is an ashtray with cigarettes next to the sign.

i took a room "apartment-like", sadly the kitchen had a poor filling, and no washing machine for clothes(same as no cleaning service for clothes in the hotel), which decreases value of taking apartment-like room. Better to take just a common room with nearly the same output

Pretty old airconditioning control, not able to set a specific temperature so I put it on the coldest setting (which still felt above 20°C). Restaurant was closed and the coffee from the machine in the reception area was €2, which is kind of pricey for Spain.

The room was spacious and very pleasant, with enough space for a little toddler to crawl around. We also had a roof terrace with a beautiful sunset.

The air conditioning did not work properly and the room was awfully hot. The staff did not manage to solve the problem because of the positioning of the room at the top floor.

Nice hotel with large rooms and air-con. Great breakfast. Close to the train station and not far from the city center. Helpful staff.

Air-con thermostat was a bit old and the only setting was essentially very cold. Not a big deal though.

Ciudad Real is actually a nice town. The hotel is a bit dated but stylish. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is really spectacular - almost never seen better. Free parking. All this for a very modest price. Oh yes and staff are nice.

At this price?

This is a lovely old property nicely renovated. The evening we arrive a large bus tour also arrived. Only place to eat was in the bar and the 2 young ladies did a great job of serving everyone and the food was good. Best breakfast we ve had on our trip throughout Andalucía. Hot ítems, varied breakfast and staff were knowledgeable and ..Gluten Free options available.
