The hotel is a beautiful hotel, with all the facilities you need for a great stay. The staff are great, from special shoutout to Sergio at reception, to Tomas, Agustin, Andres waiting staff, but all the staff were great, and the cleaners were extremely professional as well. We had breakfast and dinner included, all the food was wonderful. There is plenty to do at the hotel, a lot of activities for kids. The bar is great with wonderful views, and a well priced bar too, only 4eur for a large beer i thought to be extremely fair prices. The room was extremely confortable, very large bed and extremely clean. 10/10 stay , would highly recommend !

The outdoor parking at the hotel is small, but there is a larger free outdoor parking just down the street, and also indoor parking. To walk to the centre of Conil there are some hills, so just beware if you have mobility issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hipotels Gran Hotel. The hotel is beautifully located in a central area with stunning views. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite – what a great start to our vacation! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The view from our suite was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The pool is large, and despite the size of the hotel, there were always enough loungers and plenty of space. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety and high-quality options. A lovely surprise was the saxophonist playing in the bar on Friday evening – a great touch that added to the atmosphere. In short: highly recommended in every way. We would love to return!

Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities (gym, pools, kid club), direct access to the city and to the beach through a nice wooden path, great buffet: we went for half board and they have a huge buffet with quality food changing every day and some fresh fish/meat cooked on the plancha as well, affordable drinks and every day happy hour at the pool for fresh spritz or sangria ! I do recommend!

Nothing I guess the only thing would be be the sport class: to have a few on the morning before breakfast

We enjoyed our two day visit at Hiphotel in Conil de la Frontera. It’s located at the end of the beach and it’s nice to have a car to explore the area. The location on the beach is really awesome - it’s a gorgeous beach. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. Our room looked north from the back side of the hotel and we looked over green space to the ocean - most of the rooms have ocean or partial ocean views. The room is a good size (I don’t understand double beds pushed together) and it was modern and clean, with a nice balcony. It was mighty windy during our stay so we didn’t use the balcony much. The rest of the hotel was very nice. Huge, wonderful breakfast spread in the morning was really great. And there is a nice cocktail bar and lounge to hang out in the evenings. The pool area and other inside/outside amenities are also wonderful. Parking was free and not difficult to find. The staff were very nice and are we smiling and able to answer questions. Most of the guests seem to be older German people. No complaints at all.

Everything: the meals in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. The availability of the bar and with a live performer every night or nearly. The good exposure of the Bar terrace too. The beautiful view ahead with the magnificent sea and sunsets. The walks just outside the hotel to reach the beach through a nice wooden path. The long beautiful beach for long walks. The immense kindness of the whole staff in the restaurant, bar and at the reception plus also from the housekeeping department which I find very important. I also like having a little terrace outside my room where to drink a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the sea view, the sun and sunset, etc… The general brightness of the hotel is very good for the moral too. I also enjoyed in February the indoor pool. I will certainly return to your hotel during the relatively affordable times of the year. It seems too expensive in the summer. Thank you again for all the amazing work of the staff abd the beautiful hotel and delightful setting of it.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room on arrival, which was fantastic. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the pool. The location was also very good, just a short 5–10 minute walk down a wooden pathway to the beach. The town of Conil is a little further, about a 20-minute walk, but still easily reachable.

Breakfast: The breakfast made me laugh out loud, it was so impressive. I can honestly say I have never experienced a breakfast as comprehensive in my life. Bravo. Room: We were given an unexpected room upgrade to what we believe to be one of the best rooms in the complex. I would love to personally thank the member of staff that granted the upgrinely ade. The room could not have been better. Location: 1.2km from Conil and we had our bicycles with us; couldn't have been better. Staff: Best of all was the attitude of the whole team, from Reception to Cleaners, to Restaurant, every one of your staff just seemed to be happy, smiling and always acknowledged us. Remarkable!

Erm, I'm really trying hard to give you some constructive criticism, but truly I cannot think of anything that didn't exceed our expectation. I ran out of words in the 'What Did You Like' section, and I just want to reiterate how important the friendly nature of ALL of your staff meant to our experience and enjoyment during our stay.

10/10, absolutely fabulous. Great location 5 minutes walk to the beach, the pools are amazing (inside heated and outdoors), the rooms are spacious, modern, and the bed super luxurious and super comfortable, there’s a choice of cafes/restaurants on site and the food is totally fabulous, room service is available and such a bonus, the view is to die for, the facilities are the best I’ve come across (including bike hire, on-site shops, sauna/steam-room/spa which you book for your exclusive use, organised activities (yoga, beach volleyball etc). Above and beyond excellent, and the staff are to be completely commended. Outstanding.

Excellent and tastefully designed hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It's a perfect size, big enough to offer something for everyone without being overwhelming. Swimming pool is a decent size with plenty of sunbeds and access to, and wonderful views over, the stunning Playa de la Fontanilla. Plenty to do around the hotel for people of all ages too.

More suggestions for improvements than real complaints. Whilst the range of food available for breakfast was very good, the quality didn't always match. Also static parasols meant it was often impossible to place our sunbed in the shade for prolonged periods. Parking is too expensive at 8 Euro per day, with the car park being pretty empty as a result.

Everything was amazing: service, food, room, location, cleanliness. 15 walking to Conil's old town. Perfect distance, walk next to the sea. Gluten free options and bread.

The sauna is quite pricey. 20€ per person ( you have it for yourself for 1 hour though). Sometimes you just want to have 5-10 minutes after the gym and it is a little bit too much to do it everyday.
