Very friendly staff, speaking either French or English. Clean and quiet rooms. I particularly liked the working AC in our room which was really necessary (in July). I also appreciated the free secured parking. It was great to have a restaurant and bar on site, as well as a full-blown mall with stores and restaurants/terraces within walking distance (6-7 minutes).

The restaurant being closed for 2 nights a week is not that great. Especially on our first night when we arrived pretty late and tired and we had to walk to the nearby mall to grab something to eat. I would also have loved it if the parking lot would have more cameras or something to deter thieves, since there seems to be an area of the parking lot which is separated from a (deserted?) field by only a fence.

The stay was fantastic! First of all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The entire hotel, outside, reception, hallways, elevator, room, everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had enough variety that anyone should find something they like. Having included gated parking with security cameras adds an extra sense of safety. There is no need to worry about the car. Location wise, it's far from downtown Barcelona, so it may be inconvenient for those who want to spend their days there, but there is a train station rather close by that takes you straight to the heart of Barcelona in a few minutes! The area itself is very quiet and peaceful in the evening and nights. My girlfriend and I were absolutely delighted with our stay and rested well. Thank you, Ibis! :)

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming. Their helpfulness and attentiveness made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing lemon water, a small but thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. The hotel provided ample parking space, which is always a relief for those of us traveling by car. Our room was well ventilated and had plenty of natural light, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The air conditioning in the room was top-notch, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment. The breakfast buffet lived up to the high standards expected from an IBIS hotel, with a variety of options to start the day right. A large mall was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to find anything we needed during our stay.

Unfortunately, we underestimated the hotel’s location. Traveling with a 9-month-old child, we found it challenging to navigate the city due to the distance from central Barcelona. The metro system was unreliable with frequent delays and cancellations, and the lack of escalators or lifts at several stations made it difficult with a stroller. As a result, we relied heavily on taxis, which increased our travel expenses and rendered our city transport tickets somewhat useless. The bathroom were compact, as we traveled with a kid.

It was clean, tidy and the breakfast although not with as many options as I would have liked had some excellent quality food - a very pleasant surprise. Super fresh bread and tortilla de patata as well as juice and some very yummy sausages. The room itself was basic, but very well kept and the personnel was friendly

There isn’t parking available for the hotel itself so we had to go to the next street over which had a bit of a funky smell from the factories about. Not the fault of the hotel, of course but a little inconvenient to walk the distance with a lot of luggage.

Ibis never disappoints. Same standard everywhere around the world. Simple and to the point. We knew we were arriving Barcelona late and needed a place to rest upon our midnight arrival before moving to our accommodation in the central Barcelona. It is around 13 mins from the airport. We paid to the taxi around 26 euros. We were warmly welcomed by friendly Carmel at that late hour. The room was clean and the toilet too. It had towels. Breakfast was also simple and good value for the money. We took a quick stroll around the hotel in the morning. It is located in a very chilled area. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were great. The hotel was Clean in a good location. They have a wide variety for breakfast amd I did enjoy my stay overall with a shopping centre walking distance.

On my son birthday April 4th I had a terrible experience. The water in the hotel was totally dirty . I was going to give my toddler a shower and after opening the tap what we had was dirty smelly water. I grabbed my son and in his towel I went to find out what's the cause of that. I was told by a not to pleasant receptionist there are people doing some work, so the water will be dirty until they're done. I said why wasn't people staying at the hotel informed. She could not answer that. I said I have used that water in my son , so would it be possible to get some type of clean water to rinse him off its his birthday and I have made plans for him. Long story short we got some clean water to rinse off but I was not happy about not being told about the maintenance

We stayed there for one night, the staff was professional and kind, our room was comfortable and 100% clean. Breakfast was ok as well, nothing fancy though. Free inside parking space was a huge plus for us.

The sink area in the bathroom was so small that it was impossible to put there anything besides a couple of toothbrushes.

Our check-in was pretty smooth. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped us keep our luggage safe before we could even check in. The check-in was pretty quick and without any complications. We were pretty low maintenance and did not require too much further assistance during our stay

I did not mind the size of the second bed (It was twin, I believe) But the mattress on it did not feel comfortable. Also, we would have liked a trashcan in the common area not just the bathroom.

Very helpful staff. The hotel seems to be pretty safe to stay in.

Unfortunately, fell down from the stairs outside (didn’t notice them) and it turned out I broke my ankle(((( I suggest to put some kind of safe indicators on that stairs, because they visually merge when you are approaching from the entrance, especially when it’s sunny outside.
