Nice apartment, close to bus, metro and airport, close to grocery store and some restaurants. Small kitchen with cookware and utensils, little package of dish soap and sponge, refrigerator and kettle. In the lobby you can make coffee and tea for free, and take some fruits or muffins for breakfast. Big closet in bedroom, tv in bedroom and living room. Clean. Spacious bathroom.

Apartment is a bit far away from the center, so you have to be mindful of metro closing time. No kitchen towel to dry hands and no place to dry dishes (no dish washer). No laundry machine. No balcony or terrasse connected to the apartment. Had to keep curtains closed all of the time due to privacy issues - other rooms just opposite of ours.

Our room consisted of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a small kitchen. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had many different nozzles, which was a nice gimmick. The room in general shows signs of aging, but that didn't bother us. When we decided to stay in Barcelona, this place was much cheaper than the city center accommodations. Free coffee and juices in the morning were a good way to start the day. The staff helping with our luggage, i believe he belongs to the Hyatt, was very kind and professional. All things considered (while still definitely not cheap), it was good value and allowed us to enjoy our stop in Barcelona. If the price remains competitive in the future we would definitely stay there again.

Not enough kitchen utensils to cook anything more sophisticated than, let's say, instant noodles. There is a note in the kitchen telling you to call the reception if you need more, but during 5 days, nobody ever picked up. Of course I could have gone to the main reception in person but in the end it was not too important to me. If you stay there with 3 adults, the poor soul who gets to sleep on the sofa bed will not have a good night's rest at all as it has a very soft and thin mattress, which means you will basically sleep on the metal frame. Regarding this point, again not relevant for us as we had our 3yo sleep on the sofa bed. No problem for him. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. I find that a bit weird.

Room was very modern and had everything you needed. Also a big supermarket about a 1min walk away. Metro stop isn't to far either to get you into the main city. They do have a coffee machine and pastries and a fridge full of juice downstairs in the lobby you can help yourself to in the morning which was nice

The walls are so thin, I am a light sleeper but any slight noise sounded like they was in the room with you. I personally struggled to sleep on the first night because I was constantly waking up but the 2nd night I was probably expecting the noise so was a bit more relaxed about it so i slept better.

I liked everything, it was a pleasant 6-day vacation. There’s no reception, but check-in is done at the Hyatt Regency. There’s a coffee machine, and you can use the hotel’s pool. Everything was perfect—a large apartment suitable for a family, even for 4-5 people if you’re okay sleeping on the couch. The city center is about 30 minutes away by metro, and the airport is 10 minutes away by taxi!

It was a good price compared with other offers close to the center of the town, but was close to the metro station! All was great!

The complex is about 7 minds to the L1 metro station - accessibility to public transportation helps a lot. Lots of pillows helped compensate for hard mattress. Very clean apartment. Crispy clean sheets and towels.

Good night sleep is difficult to get. The voices outside could be heard loudly as if the people were right next to the windows. Windows themselves start making loud cracking noises in the morning when sun hits the metal frame. Bring your ear plugs. Mattress wasn't comfortable. Staying here for 3 nights without a good night sleep became tiring. They have a coffee/ station in the lobby which could be excellent, however the little madalena muffins and buns were of the lowest quality, rubbery, not edible.

It was very clean and had all the basics and some extra. The whole apartment was perfect for my purposes. The free breakfast coffee and pastries, also free coffee all day. They came to change my towels on the third day as promised and everyone was friendly. Its proximity to the train station was perfect and you'd get to the city center in under an hour. I would most probably stay again if I return to Barcelona. I like that I was away from tourist centers and was living among the locals.

Great apartment, the bed was so comfy. Two huge tv”s. One in the bedroom and another in the living room. There was no cutlery in the kitchen, we had to get some plastic forks and knives from the supermarket. One of the receptionist’s at the Hotel where the check in was made needs to learn some manners and be more friendly (the guy with red hair). They gave us our card for the apartment without the room number. Had to go back and wait in line after an exhausting flight and transfer from airport. Other than that everything was great. The distance from the city centre is a 10/15 minute subway ride. Don’t be fooled into buying the Hola Barcelona card, buy the T-Mobilitat for 30 days and you can travel by metro, bus, funicular etc. For 21€ and for a 30 day use.

The guys at the Hyat tower reception were professional and very helpful. The flats are very near the metro station, shops and if you want there's a tavern downstairs. From the machine at ground floor you can buy drinks 24/7. A bit expensive though. If you go into the toilets of the Hyat tower early in the morning, there are some yeyo leftovers so if you're into this kind of stuff you can get it for free haha...

The tavern below the flats works until late night so if you need to go to bed early, you can hear it. Well I could, at least. The parking at €25 quid a night... A bit expensive... No door for the bedroom means if someone is up early, you hear it all from the kitchen. No bueno. The bathroom seal wasn't fully installed so water leaks outside. Not to mention the seal was probably 10+ year old and was dirty brown. It costs few bucks to replace so it's not that disgusting...eeewww.. At that price tag...come on... The elevator access at the parking is made so that you don't fully get the idea of where you can go with it. Just press the arrow to call it and press 0 for reception. It will take you there no problem.

The property is a 30 min metro ride into the city but we prefer to be away from tourists so it was idle for us Next Door to the Hyatt Hotel with sky fall cocktail bar which was amazing You can also get access to the gym and pool for 12 euros The supermarket is 5 minutes around the corner as is the metro and bus stop outside There is also a taverna under the building where we had Paella The balcony was lovely to sit out on I would definitely stay again

The key card is very sensitive to access the building you need to keep it away from your mobile device Otherwise everything perfect

The apartments are a minute's walk from the Hyatt Regency hotel, where you can check-in and check-out at the reception. The reception is available 24/7 and the staff is very professional and helpful (we were off peak season so the apartment complex reception was not staffed). For breakfast, you can go to the hotel or a nearby restaurant for a discounted price. We only used the cafeteria, which is part of the apartment complex. Each morning includes a small selection of sweet pastries, fruit and juices. There is a coffee machine freely available 24/7 (that's absolutely brilliant). At the same time, you can replenish the supply of tea or coffee for your apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very easily accessible from the airport and at the same time there is a 5-minute walk to the subway (route L1 - it goes through most important places). So the place is great and quite strategic from the point of view of travel, if you don't mind that it is outside the center (we appreciated it).
