The property is perfectly located. It was near the beach and the train station. We only had 20 min to placa de catalunya. It was quiet at night and wandering through the streets was really nice. There were a lot of restaurant options. We really enjoyed our stay there.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom but after opening the window it went away.

Location was great Close to the train station, metro, carrefour express, the beach, cafés, ice cream shops, restaurants... The place was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils to prepare a quick meal. Good size of the studio. The lighting was amazing, you could select different options to create your favourite mood.

The entrance was tricky. The most obvious entrance straight to the main street was not the one I had to take. But the staff was quick to pick up the phone and guide me in. The studio had a strong diffuser smell. I removed it from the outlet and it was fine. The bed could be more steady.

Excellent accommodation, metro and train that go to Barcelona at a distance of 3-5 minutes on foot. The apartment meets the needs of the family, refrigerator, air conditioning, kitchen utensils. There are many bakeries, shops, restaurants and even beaches nearby (if you come in the summer). Easy check-in, independent with instructions, safe neighborhood - for every recommendation.

The smell from the toilet, but as I understood it is not only a problem of this accommodation unit but in general in this region. The owners are trying to find ways to eliminate this problem so you have a lot of space fresheners in the bathroom plus the ventilation. You can keep the ventilation on all the time and you have solved that problem. Additionally, the shelf with wheels in the bathroom looks worn (rust), so I suggest you to replace it because it spoils the impression of a really great accommodation.

Having a place that accommodated all my needs was perfect. There was so much to enjoy in Badalona. The beach, the air, the food, the shops, and the museum were all within walking distance. I wish I’d have known how comfortable I was going to be so quickly. I’d have stayed longer.

The table and chair could have been a better match in regards to comfortable seating.

The staff were great. We were welcomed from Nadia who was kindly allowed us into the propery. Then Diana looked after us to make sure we had freash towels and changed our beddheets regularly. Diana very kindly guided us to the amenities, shops and events around the area. The location is great and there is a number of supermarkets close by which we used to buy differnt foods from, as well as other traditinal shops with more specialised range.

Sady there is no facilities to wash or dry clothes but we managed just fine as we had enough clothes to change often. If you have enough clothes this won't be an issue.

The location is amazing right next to the train station of Badalona and the beach. Couldn't be any better. The Hotelito is really nice, new and clean. We really had a great time there also thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who let us store our luggage after checking out.

Only minor complaints. The bathroom door shredded along the floor and was hard to close and the bathroom ventilation was very dusty.

Good place to stay for a few nights. Close to the metro, train station, directly next to the main shopping street in Badalona. The apartman was well equipped, clean.

For us, the bed, pillow was not comfortable. It was quite noise at night, noises from the street, other apartments.

It's location was smack in the middle of town. Brilliant to go out in the evening. We really liked it. The staff were wonderful and helped us so much with a few problems of logistics when we had to leave. Without their help it would have been a very different experience.

We did have a few problems finding it on Apple Maps. Turned out the post code on Booking.Com was wrong. Some friendly street cleaners helps us out and took us to the hotel. It was ok in the end, but this could be changed on the address details. Other than that. Nothing.

Decorations were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well. The shades were able to block out as much light as you want. Staff was very good. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Climbing the stairs to the room. Having to cover the drain, in the shower, to prevent the sewer gas smells from coming into the room. Far from airport and train station. A small item was no English channels on the television.

Amazing location, in beautiful surroundings of Badalona. Even in February, there was a lot of city life - many streets just for pedestrians (no cars), shopping street, lots of restaurants, cafes, we loved it. From the other hand it is quiet enough to have a good sleep. Few steps from the accomodation, there is a train stop Badalona which will take you to the centre of Barcelona (placa Catalunya) very comfortably in less then 15 minutes (tourist Hola transportation cards are valid for that). There is also a perfect beach with promenade. Dont forget to visit absolutely stunning small family ran vegetarian restaurant Ingrediente Secreto, which is nearby. I absolutely recommend this Hotelito for its perfect location.

Really nothing. We did not found the terrace, but we were not searching for it very intensively as we were all day out.
