Pretty much everything, amazing room, staff could not be faulted. They were all so attentive. Really comfortable bed and quality bedding, moisturiser was beautiful.

The location was unexpected. Pretty much it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but I’m sure in time, surroundings will improve. The dinner menu was not to my taste but breakfast was very good.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. The gym was exceptional and the stuff very accommodating and friendly. I’d definitely stay at the SLS again

The location is not super central if you’re trying to explore the city but we were there for an event close by and it couldn’t have worked out better than it did

Great lobby and cocktails served there. Rooms were great, nice bathroom layout. Really liked the pool area, wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Breakfast should be included in a five star hotel.

The property was beautiful and outstanding and state of the art facilities. The room was immaculate. The service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

Unfortunately, the area surrounding the property seems to be in the process of being regenerated so a lot of construction works and also the spa and one of the swimming pools we’re not available, which should’ve been really reflected in the price because we couldn’t use the whole facilities of the hotel.

The policy is not march with what mentioned in "booking" , they mentioned that the deposit 100 euro for each room but when we check in they told us that 100 euro per night , they take from me 600 euro for two room three night . when i told her its not mentioned in policy she told me if you dont like you can cancel your booking " that not the profisional why to talk with customer" the problem for me i pay online and my boking non-refundable, that why i stay . its last time to deal with it, thanks

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, everything is fresh and new. Good restaurant Lora in the same building. Beautiful people, welcome stuff.. nice bar. So five star quality as it should be.

There were one issue. We left deposit in cash and it took 3+ hours (!) to get it back. For some reason they didn’t find our dep and watched all cameras for previous days to found exact time when we had left money. After three when I started to transform to a furious person.. they finally decided to return. Actually not a big deal but not appropriate for hotel like this.
