The hotel was great and in amazing location about a 15min walk to the beach, the mall is 10mins away and cabs are cheap to the main location, we bought a 3 day travel card for around £20 each and was able to travel around. The hotel was clean and accommodating. It was my friend's birthday and they made up the room which was beautiful.

The only thing I would say is for the price the spa facility should be included. As it was a friend's birthday we did get 1 hour free. But seeing that the spa is why we chose this hotel we didn't see that you had to pay to use it.

Bar was closed every night before 11.00 and the terrace did not work at all.

Great location - metro and tram nearby -, helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very comfy beds, reasonable prices - an easy recommendation.

No stream applications (Netflix etc) or even a HDMI-input on the TV. Water pressure is quite low.

Perfect stay for our 5-night conference visit! The hotel's location directly opposite the conference venue was ideal. Our room was well-proportioned and immaculately maintained. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped - definitely above typical hotel standards. Breakfast offered excellent quality and variety each morning. The adjacent shopping mall was very convenient, with many dining and shopping options. The hotel strikes an outstanding balance between business and leisure amenities. While not in the historic centre, the modern surroundings and easy access to amenities made our stay comfortable and convenient and highly recommended for business travellers!

Nothing much, no complains

Room was very clean and spacious, and there were nice mattresses and pillows on the beds. A lot of space on the sink counter in the bathroom. INCREDIBLY good breakfast, I think this is the best one I ever had in a hotel: a lot of vegetables, fruits, charcuterie options, hot dishes, breads, juices and even cava and chocolate fountain. Grocery stores nearby, a small fridge and a microwave in the room. The location near the Convention Center suited me perfectly.

Payment for the property: I got a non-refundable option, and instead of charging the card I attached on the booking.com platform, the hotel representative sent me a link to the payment system. It seemed sketchy at the moment, so I ended up researching the reviews on booking.com and google maps for this hotel, and then even calling the hotel to find out if it is a normal situation (turned out it is, and I ended up paying via that link and everything went well. I just would have preferred not becoming nervous over a large sum of money). Window between the batroom and the room: for the business trips it is a bit inappropriate. However, there is a blind on that window, so no big deal.

The staff is nice throughout the hotel, for example the staff at the front desk friendly, the server provides excellent service in the restaurant behind the front desk and pleasant staff at breakfast. Great job of the housekeeper in my room 707. It was nice to stay at the hotel. Breakfast is amazing.

I didn't like that they put me in a room for people with disabilities first when booking a room in advance for my vacation. After asking, they were changed to another room according to the reservation here. There were noisy neighbors one night, it would be nice for the staff to control it.

The rooftop pool and bar drew us in to booking this property over others. The rooftop bar was shut pretty much the entire stay with no communication as to why. We went up one day and it was shutting at 2ish, when we asked why, they said staffing issues. If we hadn’t asked, there was no communication to tell us that it would be shut or why. This was disappointing as we had to go all the way down to the ground floor bar if we wanted a drink and they requested you come down fully dressed rather than in swim stuff so it was a lot of hassle and back and forth stuff. Hard to relax and enjoy the sun and the pool if you’re up and down 17 floors! The lifts were a nightmare too, they had a mind of their own!

Everything, especially the microwave in the room, was so handy. The room was very comfortable. The cleanliness , location and nearby facilities , shops , transport, Everything was superb , especially the breakfast with lots of choices , the gym and the pool!

I liked everything , Everything was great! Just the curtain between shower/toilet and the room could have been solid, instead of transparent , as the toilet seat was visible from the room , for more privacy. We did manage, though, by keeping lights off inside the bathroom (amongst kids giggles) 😃

The hotel is close to the sea, and close to a metro station. The main theme seems to be about water (spa, sauna, swimming pool, large bathroom that seems to play a central role in the room) and the hotel is quite good at that. The room was large. The staff was friendly and very professional. The room service was perfect, and the food was great.

The hotel could be a little more careful about the maintenance of its facilities and amenities. Our room had an iron (which is definitely a plus), but the iron was almost falling apart. One of the sinks in the bathroom had a small leak and appeared to have fixation problems. The room had a slight algae smell that could have been avoided. The spa area was great, but we also noticed some small signs of a lack of maintenance. None of these were deal breakers, but made the difference between "very good" and "exceptional".

Upon arrival they gave us a smoky room. We informed the reception, and they immediately replaced it with another one. The room is spacious, modern renovation. The bathroom has good vegan cosmetics. Snow-white towels, daily cleaning. The hotel is not far from the beach, about 10 minutes walk. Nearby is the Diagonal Mar shopping center, which has a lot of cafes, great shopping. The hotel itself is 18-story, with a small pool on the roof The staff is responsive.

No balcony, nowhere to dry clothes, swimsuits. No slippers.
