The Hotel room was very clean and was very comfortable. Hotel located next to the mall which was great, and a couple minute walk to the train station. Overall a great stay

I had a couple of issues during my stay for work. First there was a festival next door with loud music during the entire week all night long. Also the property changed names suddenly before my stay so it made it difficult to find. Not only that, but they didn’t receive the payment from Booking.com, so I had to pay for my stay again. The staff didn’t even pretend that it was an internal issue not related to me since I already had payed. Very disappointing service considering that I had a really good time during my stay.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Although we arrived early, we could check in before 3.00pm at no extra fee. There was an issue with an unpleasant odor in one of the rooms but as soon as we reported it to the reception, we were offered another room right away. During our one-week’s stay, we enjoyed our time at the rooftop swimming pool, especially in the evening. The view of Barcelona from the 13th floor terrace is stunning. One of the reasons why we chose the hotel is it’s location - just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

A bit noisy street after midnight (garbage collectors, oftentimes people shouting). So we had to sleep with a closed window.

The staff were very helpful. Everything was clean, and the air con in the room was great. We loved the pool bar, and the views from there were exceptional.

I thought for the price, the room could have been a little bigger, and it was slightly tired-looking. We also would have expected room service, which didn't seem to be avialable. That said, we would definitely stay again. The car park was difficult to access, and the spaces were too small.

I stayed at AC Marriott while I was attending a conference next door. The room was nice and comfortable for me. I wish that there had been a better place to keep my luggage (I don't unpack to the closet), but I was able to leave my bag open under my bed and just pull it out when needed. The staff could not have been nicer. It was about a 15 minute ride on the metro to the historic center of Barcelona. The only thing that was not excellent was the breakfast. For the price, the eggs could have been cooked to order and variety on a daily basis would have been nice.

Vincente (Pique) was the best! Great customer service. Made our dream to see a live Barca match come true totally unplanned - just in conversation on checking in. Despite being out of the way, the location had easy access þo the metro and the area felt safe and was peaceful to afford good sleep.

The eggs need to be sorted out. Not sure if it was real or boxed but it tasted like an old pan. Beds could also be upgraded. These were not the beds I am used to with Marriott. Not bad but not as comfortable.

Perfectly located hotel with easy access to public transport and good walking distance from the beach. Helpful and obliging reception staff. Excellent standard of cleanliness.

The only very, very minor complaint would be that the mattress was rather hard - would’ve preferred something a little softer. But this certainly would not put me off staying there again.

We booked a room with a regular view but we got one with a view to the sea, that was nice. I really recommend the roof top bar, the view at night is beautiful. Unfortunately we couldnt use the pool because it was too cold, but it looked nice and clean. Even though the hotel is not right in the center of Barcelona, we really loved the location, because it's right next to a subway and a tram station and also a huge mall. The lobby is impressive, it made us feel super fancy when we walked in.

I would have appreciated some slippers because the floors were cold. The bed was not the best, but it was ok.

I could not get a queen size bed and 4 nights in a single bed was not ideal… because although I was attending the conference, I booked through Booking.com rather than from the link we were provided by the conference . Because the conference link was not functioning..Restaurant and room service menu is limited

being American, I was a little disappointed in the lack of selection of American television stations at your hotel. at the best western hotel in your city, they offered excellent choices for American viewers.
