The room service and clean and hygiene . The stay was good.

The hotel staff has charged us extra which had a difference of amounts from booking com stating that everyday the hotel price might differ and hence the booked rate was not officially mentioned anywhere in the booking.com . The staff mentioned to pay us the extra amount due to floating rates of the hotel which was weird we weren't informed about this

Premium room was quirky but comfortable and the bed was great. Nice to also have free drinks from the mini bar.

Made no sense to me that chocolate from the minibar had to be paid for but if I wanted a beer, there were two of them and they would have been free as well as the other drinks in there. There was one chocolate bar at 3 Euro and must be cheaper than the beer! I didn't like the menu in the bar/restaurant. It was quite restrictive and not to my taste.

Loved the location as it was so quiet and out of the tourists zone but close enough to walk or ride if you want. Easy walk to the beach, huge shopping centre 2 mins walk, room was really good, nice and clean, staff friendly, easy parking. I would NEVER stay in the main area again after staying in this location.

Pool was tiny, please don’t book this for the pool, you will be disappointed but don’t let it turn you off either, rooftop is nice and so easy to walk to the beach. It’s a full non smoking hotel EXCEPT for rooftop and pool area, it’s gross trying to relax by the pool with people smoking in such a small space…. There needs to be a designated area on the rooftop for it. Even with these issues the value for money, clean modern room and quiet location was perfect.

-amazing breakfast, everyday u can pick something different, large selection of drinks, even u can find something sweet -Clean room. Everyday cleaning, new towels. Even when we left clothes on the chair, these ladies folded this nicely :) Thank you for this small things! -The staff was really nice, very helpful. Unfortunately during our holidays we had Blackout. The staff did amazing job! Big plus for the power generator! -The restaurant downstairs also is a big plus (especially that during blackout they could make for us cold meal) -I would like to say also big compliments for the lady (waitress) in that day. She did really great job. We saw that she is really, really tired and stressed but she gave from herself more than 100%, very professional, but also she cared a lot! (she was doing everything even when she was with her colleague on the shift) - I told her this compliment! Thank you one more time ! -possibilities to use gym, swimming pool, sauna it is a really good option -thank you for a cake on my birthday and really nice wishes :)

During the Blackout we went to restaurant in the Hotel. We were served by man (waiter). We had big problem to understand him in English, in our opinion he didn't know also the menu (few dishes in that moment - salads, sandwiches - because only these were served). My boyfriend ordered sandwich with cheese and ham - he got only dry toast bread with one piece of ham, I ordered veggie sandwich with vegetables - i got sandwich with tuna :| We also saw people ,who were next to us with full of vegetables sandwiches and nachos. The price for the basic sandwiches is huge!

We went to Barcelona for a Festival and Vincci Bit was 5mim away from the venue which was ideal. The hotel itself was fab. Loved the pool and bar area. The room was lovely,comfortable beds, housekeeping everyday and the mini bar in the room ideal, as its always something I think makes a great hotel is to at least have water in the room, which was replenished everyday.

There was nothing we didn't like. If anything, Vincci Bit is the place we want to stay again next year when we go back again to the festival. Fingers crossed, there's rooms available next year for us.

very good breakfast, it has exceeded my expectation. Especially carrot juice was exellent. There was a large shopping Mall 5 mins walk. Digconal Mar, very good shopping center, you need not go to down town. Many Restauants nearby hotel. For tourist bus tickets buying, front dest Mr. Amam was very helpful and other leadies are always with the smiles and helpful. Room was decent size and bath tub was nice. very good cleaning done daily. I will stay again if and when I visit Barcelona again.

We wanted twin beds but for early check in, it was not available. That was OK, but bed side table was only one side. for charging mobiles etc, both sides should have tables. Coffee provided was fine, but Tea bags were not upto the mark. at least a bottle of water should be free. Nor only your hotel, this time we found hotel charges were very high. Similar grade of hotel in Orland, Frolida was half.

‏The location of the hotel is excellent, close to supermarkets, a shopping mall, a metro and tram station. The hotel has parking for a fee of 20 euros per day. The rooms are quite large, and despite the hotel's central location, they are quiet, well-designed and comfortable, the shower is excellent! The breakfast is delicious and varied, We really appreciated the fact that when we had a problem with the toilets, they sent a maintenance person quickly and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, as well as the packed breakfast which was a pleasant and tasty surprise... thank you very much.

The fact that there is no free ice, as in other hotels, they charge 5 euros for ice, which is completely excessive.

Its a clean, quiet and cosy hotel with friendly staff. We appreciated the option to storage luggage as we arrived before checkin date and than the last day after check out before flight. The room was quite small but more than enough for 2 people with interesting modern decor. Large shower. Variable and affordable breakfasts. Location good for someone who enjoys staying more in local Neighborhood, as it is not in city center, but very short commute by metro, nice park and local cafes nearby. Good experience and great cost VS value.

Quite small space for storage of clothes and sometimes limited English knowledge of the staff. We asked for extra blanket as we dont like common pair duvets and took us 3x times to explain at the front desk but we worked out everything well the end. Appreciate the willingness and flexibility.

Location was great, walking distance to beach (10 minutes). Bed was large and comfy. We stayed for 4 nights for Primavera sound festival and it was perfect ! 10 minutes walk to the entrance, and easy to get in and out at night. Pool is small but good for cooling off and the rooftop areas was lovely.

Slightly weird smell in the room - it might have been a cleaning product used in the room, however this wasn’t a massive issue. Hard to get room service (tried to get beach towels and ice delivered to the room but we couldn’t get an answer/ they never arrived)
