The room service and clean and hygiene . The stay was good.

The hotel staff has charged us extra which had a difference of amounts from booking com stating that everyday the hotel price might differ and hence the booked rate was not officially mentioned anywhere in the booking.com . The staff mentioned to pay us the extra amount due to floating rates of the hotel which was weird we weren't informed about this

Premium room was quirky but comfortable and the bed was great. Nice to also have free drinks from the mini bar.

Made no sense to me that chocolate from the minibar had to be paid for but if I wanted a beer, there were two of them and they would have been free as well as the other drinks in there. There was one chocolate bar at 3 Euro and must be cheaper than the beer! I didn't like the menu in the bar/restaurant. It was quite restrictive and not to my taste.

Loved the location as it was so quiet and out of the tourists zone but close enough to walk or ride if you want. Easy walk to the beach, huge shopping centre 2 mins walk, room was really good, nice and clean, staff friendly, easy parking. I would NEVER stay in the main area again after staying in this location.

Pool was tiny, please don’t book this for the pool, you will be disappointed but don’t let it turn you off either, rooftop is nice and so easy to walk to the beach. It’s a full non smoking hotel EXCEPT for rooftop and pool area, it’s gross trying to relax by the pool with people smoking in such a small space…. There needs to be a designated area on the rooftop for it. Even with these issues the value for money, clean modern room and quiet location was perfect.

‏The location of the hotel is excellent, close to supermarkets, a shopping mall, a metro and tram station. The hotel has parking for a fee of 20 euros per day. The rooms are quite large, and despite the hotel's central location, they are quiet, well-designed and comfortable, the shower is excellent! The breakfast is delicious and varied, We really appreciated the fact that when we had a problem with the toilets, they sent a maintenance person quickly and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, as well as the packed breakfast which was a pleasant and tasty surprise... thank you very much.

The fact that there is no free ice, as in other hotels, they charge 5 euros for ice, which is completely excessive.

The room was great, very nice set up and enough space. The place is also close to a few metro stops which made it really easy to get around the city. I loved that there is an app for the hotel where you can get information.

There were some small issues with the room, the condensation from the windows was kinda bad, there was water streaming down the wall from the window unless you dried it with a towel a bit. Additionally, the top shower head was leaking a bit so you'd be showering with the bottom one and have cold water drop from the top one from time to time. All in all, not huge issues, but slightly annoying.

It was very clean, nicely decorated, modern, LOVED the shower. All the staff members were very nice and friendly, except for two of the female ones from the morning schedule. A little smile and friendliness would be appreciated, specially when working in the reception.

We arrived at 10am. In Booking.com they told us they could accommodate us once we were in the premises, but we needed to ask for it once we were in the hotel. The male receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly, and he was whiling to see how could he accommodate and let us in a little earlier. But there was a blond oldish woman, with no uniform who told him, not to do it. So, we had to wait outside until 3pm. after an exhausted long flying hours. Also, a couple of the female receptionists seemed not to be happy working there, and they showed it on their faces and on their unfriendliness. The rest of the employees and receptionists were super nice and helpful.

It’s close to Diagonal, the tram is right there and a big mall with lots of shops & places to eat. The reception staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are pretty sound proof. Can’t hear doors slamming in the halls or anyone walking above. Beds were comfort and lots of pillows is nice. The bath towels are awesome! So huge & fluffy! Live the huge shower too with the two different shower heads.

The light switches in all Vincci hotels are a little strange. Can’t just turn on one light, they all come on or are all off. But the relax mode is perfectly dim. There is not a lot of room or shelves to put your stuff in the bathroom.

The room was spotless clean, the cleaners in this hotel are amazing and hard workers and a credit to the hotel, our hotel room was perfect each evening when we returned from walking in the city. The AC worked well and the shower had good water pressure. We didnt book breakfast but there was a metro nearby 5 minute walk, a fabulous shopping centre and a lovely gelateria and a lovely cafe called Kibo.

The key cards stopped working twice, which is just an annoying inconvenience but easily remedied. The pool area was lovely and clean and the bar staff very friendly. The gym area is very poor, and lacks equipment, and the sauna steamroom were both out of service. Plenty of towels and clean gym tho, and sufficient if you want to get a quick cardio session in.

The location was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind. We traveled by car and we were lucky to find a spot in their underground parking for 20 euros/day. For a one night stay it was what we needed. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and it had everything we needed.

We don’t mean to be rude, but as other reviews say, the smell inside the room was very bad, it didn’t go away after leaving the window open for many hours. I don’t know the reason or the cleaning products have a weird smell, but please do something about this. If we didn’t stay just one night, we would’ve changed the hotel. Also, we were lucky to find a spot in the parking lot, but there’s a recent Google review about a car robbery in front of the hotel. Be careful. Last but not least… I was very nervous in reading multiple reviews about people having some of their important stuff stolen from the room and the hotel not taking any responsibility for it. Again, it did not happen to us, but this is not ok.
