The room service and clean and hygiene . The stay was good.

The hotel staff has charged us extra which had a difference of amounts from booking com stating that everyday the hotel price might differ and hence the booked rate was not officially mentioned anywhere in the booking.com . The staff mentioned to pay us the extra amount due to floating rates of the hotel which was weird we weren't informed about this

Premium room was quirky but comfortable and the bed was great. Nice to also have free drinks from the mini bar.

Made no sense to me that chocolate from the minibar had to be paid for but if I wanted a beer, there were two of them and they would have been free as well as the other drinks in there. There was one chocolate bar at 3 Euro and must be cheaper than the beer! I didn't like the menu in the bar/restaurant. It was quite restrictive and not to my taste.

I booked this at the very last minute when my flight was canceled. Even though it is on the opposite side of Barcelona as the airport, it was easy to get there on the highway(even in a rain storm). It’s close to the beach and a big shopping mall. Not sure how easy it is to get to some of the key locations in Barcelona, but it was a SUPER comfortable bed, nice amenities, decent rooftop restaurant and bar(with view of Sagrada Familia), super helpful receptionists.

I love being in a place where I can walk to iconic tourist locations. This is a more residential area.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with good variety of cold and hot plate. The breakfast team has done an excellent job to keep the breakfast area clean and tidy, food and drink refilled very quickly. Room is spacious and clean. Location is a bit far from centre but that’s what we preferred. The hotel is located next to residential which is quiet and calm. Transportation link is good, tram/metro/bus station within 10mins radar. From hotel to most of the attractions takes 20-30mins on public transportation which is quite convenient. I’ll stay here again for sure.

Swimming is small if I have to pick :)

Loved the location as it was so quiet and out of the tourists zone but close enough to walk or ride if you want. Easy walk to the beach, huge shopping centre 2 mins walk, room was really good, nice and clean, staff friendly, easy parking. I would NEVER stay in the main area again after staying in this location.

Pool was tiny, please don’t book this for the pool, you will be disappointed but don’t let it turn you off either, rooftop is nice and so easy to walk to the beach. It’s a full non smoking hotel EXCEPT for rooftop and pool area, it’s gross trying to relax by the pool with people smoking in such a small space…. There needs to be a designated area on the rooftop for it. Even with these issues the value for money, clean modern room and quiet location was perfect.

We booked the family room where the two rooms were connected by a door. This was fantastic as we had a total of 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) which helped having 2 showers and Toilets to use for such a large group. The amenities were superb. The cleaning crew even put the kids' plush animals and ipads on each of their beds when they did the beds, it was really really sweet. Overall the staff was highly accomodating and really made our stay very pleasant! Highly recommend for families! The pool was awesome and so was the rooftop bar!

The breakfast was a bit confusing if you didn't order the buffet, at times we just wanted a coffee and a croissant or a sandwich for the kids, but the sandwiches had to be pre ordered or selected at the front desk, which is impossible for young kids to know what they want for a sandwich wihtout seeign the options. But overall, very good breakfast. Just that small note - if they could just have an alla cart option listed on the menu that would help everyone :-)

I stayed at this hotel in the middle of summer, and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the area was. Unlike many parts of Barcelona, here you won’t confront the usual crowds. The beach is just a 15-minute walk away, which was perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The rooftop restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were equally warm and attentive—really made the experience even better. The metro station is also conveniently located about 10 minutes away on foot, making it easy to get around the city. If you're looking for a calm and comfortable stay away from the busy tourist zones, I highly recommend this place.

All round great experience, stayed here with my son for a few days sightseeing and relaxing on the beach. It’s a little outside the hustle of the city centre which suited us. The hotel staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. The roof top pool was a nice touch and the bar and terrace was relaxing. You are a 2 minute walk from the tram that takes you into the city centre and the transport network was very easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The gym is a little poor with only a couple of cardio machines but you can’t have everything.

-amazing breakfast, everyday u can pick something different, large selection of drinks, even u can find something sweet -Clean room. Everyday cleaning, new towels. Even when we left clothes on the chair, these ladies folded this nicely :) Thank you for this small things! -The staff was really nice, very helpful. Unfortunately during our holidays we had Blackout. The staff did amazing job! Big plus for the power generator! -The restaurant downstairs also is a big plus (especially that during blackout they could make for us cold meal) -I would like to say also big compliments for the lady (waitress) in that day. She did really great job. We saw that she is really, really tired and stressed but she gave from herself more than 100%, very professional, but also she cared a lot! (she was doing everything even when she was with her colleague on the shift) - I told her this compliment! Thank you one more time ! -possibilities to use gym, swimming pool, sauna it is a really good option -thank you for a cake on my birthday and really nice wishes :)

During the Blackout we went to restaurant in the Hotel. We were served by man (waiter). We had big problem to understand him in English, in our opinion he didn't know also the menu (few dishes in that moment - salads, sandwiches - because only these were served). My boyfriend ordered sandwich with cheese and ham - he got only dry toast bread with one piece of ham, I ordered veggie sandwich with vegetables - i got sandwich with tuna :| We also saw people ,who were next to us with full of vegetables sandwiches and nachos. The price for the basic sandwiches is huge!

We spent 15 days in Barcelona and stayed at a plethora of hotels to see the whole city and this hotel was by far the best - it’s levels above the rest. To start, the facilities and room were exceptional - very very very comfortable and clean. There was also AC that made it feel like my apartment back at home in America (if anything, it might’ve been colder than my US home). The location was great for shops, the mall, and the beach, also very close to the metro. What made this hotel stand out specifically was the staff. The staff went above and beyond and were fantastic! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Next time we’re in Barca we will not be staying anywhere else but here!!!

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this gem of a hotel.
