Good location near the Nature museum and exhibition centre. Easy to reach. Great staff! Compact room with several necesities available. A supermarket just outside the door.

The accomodation is shared with students that have parties and noise at least until 2 am on some days. There was no iron available in the room. There were limited 3 small packages of shampoo for 4 nights available. There was no soap or other toileteries. The room had a specific smell. The cleaning was ok, however, some wear and damage visible in the room.

Near the CCIB and the beach, which worked great for my this time. Room was clean and had small kitchen and everything necessary, except shampoos which I was happy to read in advance and came prepared.

Pillow could have been more comfortable

Kudos to the staff. The girl (brown hair) who worked during my stay was very kind, and she always went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. A room for one person, perfect. The price for New Year's Eve itself was the lowest of all other facilities in Barcelona. The room is excellent for one person. It has everything you need for a short stay. Small kitchen, dishes, bathroom. I was on the first floor, street view. It is ideal for sleeping, because the building is not noisy, nor is the whole area around. Nearby is a large shopping center where you have all the shops for shopping, as well as a large supermarket.

When entering the room, you get only one towel for showering and a small one for washing. After that, no one offers to change your towels. In the room, it is necessary to have something to clean the floor. The room is small and gets dirty quickly, and you don't have anything to wipe it with. The cleaning lady does not clean the rooms during your stay in the property. If you eat in the room, everything will be dirty quickly, and you won't be able to clean anything. On the first day of the new year, the internet stopped working, I received a notification that the password had expired. No one was there to give me a new code, and I didn't get a reply until the next day with a new code.

Great apartments / rooms with all amenities needed. Kitchen was nice but not many equipment there as knives etc.., We booked an apartment with 4 bedrooms and each room has its own shower and toilet. Super quiet neighborhood, shops nearby and the same for public transport. Gym was nice surprise for all of us. Shared rooms where you can study or just relax, play table tennis or table soccer. Highly recommended.

Good cost benefit New and Clean room Option for single-bed Room Cheap breakfast option It is not well equiped as a hotel, but contains almost everything that is needed for a stay. Also the staff will be 24/7 to support in case it is needed. Location is not the most central, but 20 min from the beach 10 min from shopping mall with a big Supermarket and 30 min from Barceloneta and Sagrada Família.

I would only add soap to wash hands in the bathroon and a kit with a small detergent+brush in the Kirchen. Also a TV and a better light isolation would be better (blackout is ok, but with gaps of light)

Great option for single travelers. Very clean and modern, looks better than in the pictures. While it's not cheap per se, it's priced to match hostels so offers good value. Staff is friendly, and also I was able to exchange a few smiles and even a little smalltalk with some students that were around

All these are minor points but I will mention them noneteless Air conditioning was unable to reduce the room temperature too much. And it wasn't even too hot outside Since the main purpose of this property is to accomodate students, one might feel a little awkward here. Neigbourhood can be a little creepy, withnessed an actual fight between locals. However imo the location might still be preferable to busy tourist areas. App used for unlock doors didn't work great; needed to retry even for a few minutes somethimes

It was comfortable, there was air conditioning, everything was in good condition and clean. There were towels provided, as well as cutlery and a kitchenette. The location wasn’t bad for where I needed to be. There was lots of space in my room and the staff were friendly. It was also very quiet even though it is a student accommodation.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room (kettle, complimentary tea/coffee etc) no dish soap or hand soap. There was no electricity in my room when I initially arrived but this was resolved quite quickly. Only 1 toilet roll for a week stay, but I did manage to get another from housekeeping. Quite expensive, but reasonable for the cost of accommodation in Barcelona.

I can say all the best for staff. It is possible to leave your bag before check-in and after checkout. Location is so good, the tourist attractions are not so far. The area is safe. There is no noise in accomodation. My room also had a kitchen with dishes.

There is no hairdryer.

Generally the place was great, the room was better than expected. Comfortable, clean with everything provided. Shower was good. Good layout.

It was actually a bit confusing to find at first, the reception is tucked around dark side street with no clear signage - not a big deal. The only major issue was that other room occupants were extremely loud late at night and this is left unchecked. They should have someone wandering around to ensure noise is kept reasonable - I understand its a student complex so maybe this is unreasonable, just a thought.

Perfect bed, perfect view from room! I'm very glad. Minimalistic furnishings with all amenities. Several spaces on the ground floor. PS: Not all reception staff speak English (this is normal i think) please keep this in mind and have translater :)

Loud refrigerator (just set 0 for freeze level), dust on top of the sink, falling out ventilation hole in the shower. You can hear it very well when someone speaks in the corridor or closes the door. Not very fast response on WhatsApp. Sometimes they answer in a day, in half a day or in 15 minutes.
