Pretty much everything, amazing room, staff could not be faulted. They were all so attentive. Really comfortable bed and quality bedding, moisturiser was beautiful.

The location was unexpected. Pretty much it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but I’m sure in time, surroundings will improve. The dinner menu was not to my taste but breakfast was very good.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. The gym was exceptional and the stuff very accommodating and friendly. I’d definitely stay at the SLS again

The location is not super central if you’re trying to explore the city but we were there for an event close by and it couldn’t have worked out better than it did

Great lobby and cocktails served there. Rooms were great, nice bathroom layout. Really liked the pool area, wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Breakfast should be included in a five star hotel.

Unfortunately, the area surrounding the property seems to be in the process of being regenerated so a lot of construction works and also the spa and one of the swimming pools we’re not available, which should’ve been really reflected in the price because we couldn’t use the whole facilities of the hotel.

Lovely decor, very modern, good DJs and majority of servers are exceptional. Pool bar cocktails are wonderful, overall a lovely stay. This is a delightful hotel.

Location is far out and nothing in the surrounding area, Ubers frequently cancel or take up to 30 minutes to arrive. And I give this advice for the hotel not to bad mouth it as it has the potential to be exceptional. While the majority of pool staff are amazing (thank you Paco) there were a few that went out of their way to avoid serving you. Beds were scarce. Unless you go out at 10am to reserve and even then your towels can be taken. The tapas restaurant was suddenly closed leaving only one option open, no spa. Guest services and reception sometimes get confused between them and offer you things that aren’t available.

The policy is not march with what mentioned in "booking" , they mentioned that the deposit 100 euro for each room but when we check in they told us that 100 euro per night , they take from me 600 euro for two room three night . when i told her its not mentioned in policy she told me if you dont like you can cancel your booking " that not the profisional why to talk with customer" the problem for me i pay online and my boking non-refundable, that why i stay . its last time to deal with it, thanks

Modern, clean, great staff. Irene, on the reception team and concierge, were all brilliant in organising our evenings and trips. We were able to visit some amazing restaurants, thanks to you all. The hotel facilities are really good. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel location is great in terms of being able to stay in a lovely hotel, but outside of the city centre. It's very well located for transport and the 'FreeNow' app is essential for booking local taxis. It’s a really nice, modern out-of-town hotel. Taxis are about 14 euros into central Barcelona. There’s also a tram about 15 minutes walk away. We hired the hotel electric bikes one morning, again brilliant fun. Great hotel room, all with sea views as far as I'm aware.

The 2 pools in the rooftop. No umbrellas, so too hot to stay on the roof all day (I understand umbrellas are on their way). The main pool was very busy and the sun beds soon get busy. Not being able to drink water via a tap in Spain - not sure why the hotel charges so much for water? That could easily be sorted.
