The proximity to the metro was very convenient. Additionally, the mall, grocery store, and restaurants were all within very close walking distance. The rooftop pool was fun and a great addition to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was a great value and I would stay here again.

The shower was not private (a window exposed the shower, and the showerhead caused a huge mess on the floor. It was not very user-friendly. We found a way to tuck the curtain around to help reduce the flooding on the floor, but it was a process.

Our stay at the hotel was simply exceptional, and we would like to express our deep gratitude to all the staff, especially Madame Jojo, for her exceptional kindness throughout our stay. The impeccable cleanliness of the room and the delicious generosity of the breakfast added a special touch to this memorable experience. Thank you for these unforgettable moments!

I was charge more than the receipt I received

The air-conditioning wasn't working in my Daughters room and the telephone didn't function either so couldn't call Reception to let them know. The Pool area wasn't open at said time so had to keep going to ask at reception for somebody to open the Pool area . The gym a little on small side. Also no fresh milk in the fridge and only 2 sachets of Coffee, would need more than one cup each of Coffee to drink after a long journey.😒

My stay at the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel was nothing short of incredible. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. What truly made my experience exceptional was the breathtaking view from the 25th floor, where I had the pleasure of staying. The panoramic vistas were simply stunning. Aside from the stunning views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the rain shower in the bathroom provided a luxurious touch, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Barcelona.

One aspect of my stay that I found disappointing was the unavailability of the outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was closed during my visit, which limited my options for relaxation and leisure. Additionally, the indoor pool, although well-maintained, was relatively small in size. This made it less appealing for guests looking to enjoy a more spacious swimming experience.

Friendly staff, the design of the hotel and the pool area. The overall feeling of a luxurious stay. The neighborhood is really calm, maybe a bit far from the tourist area, but there’s a metro station at the foot of the property so getting out and about was not a problem. We actually preferred it to the super busy downtown.

Would have loved a queen bed instead of two beds pushed together as per requested . The hotel upgraded our room free of charge though, so can’t really complain!

The hotel was quite luxurious. The staff was very helpful and caring towards the guest. The view from the room was a bonus. The rooms were neat and tidy. The rooftop pool and bar were a stealer too. We went to celebrate my partner birthday in their restaurant-Palmer and Silvane really took good care of us. Would definitely restay when visiting barcelona again

Service on the whole great check in, breakfast and the housekeepers. Touch of class when we got back from horrendous weather to some chocolates on the bed. Do feel the hotel train everyone well and the staff care. The pool and bar on floor 27 are excellent as was the service particularly the Phillipino gentleman I’ve forgotten his name. Rodriguez on the bar down stairs could smile at bit more but overall great experience

Not much not to like great 3 days good base for public transport

Check in experience, room, rooftop pool, views, location. Shout out to Alvaro at reception. Great guy, upgraded room and gave us vouchers for drinks at the hotel since he noticed it was my birthday the following day without asking. Thank you brother. Also rooftop pool and restaurant staff were most friendly and kind.

Minor - Gym is tiny.

The breakfast really amazing, the worker always happy and attending your demand with cortesy and education. All types of foods to all taster.

I did the reservation in advance using the booking.com , there, the price for 2 rooms booked was 728 Euros, but when i arrived in the Hotel, and made the check-in i was charged 358,68 euros for the first accommodation and more 522,72 for the second one., total of 881,40 Euros, 153 euros more, than the valor from booking. This is the only consideration i had. The Hotel is exceptional.
