I was charge more than the receipt I received

My stay at the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel was nothing short of incredible. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. What truly made my experience exceptional was the breathtaking view from the 25th floor, where I had the pleasure of staying. The panoramic vistas were simply stunning. Aside from the stunning views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the rain shower in the bathroom provided a luxurious touch, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Barcelona.

One aspect of my stay that I found disappointing was the unavailability of the outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was closed during my visit, which limited my options for relaxation and leisure. Additionally, the indoor pool, although well-maintained, was relatively small in size. This made it less appealing for guests looking to enjoy a more spacious swimming experience.

Friendly staff, the design of the hotel and the pool area. The overall feeling of a luxurious stay. The neighborhood is really calm, maybe a bit far from the tourist area, but there’s a metro station at the foot of the property so getting out and about was not a problem. We actually preferred it to the super busy downtown.

Would have loved a queen bed instead of two beds pushed together as per requested . The hotel upgraded our room free of charge though, so can’t really complain!

Staff were amazing. They were friendly and and helpful especially when the room with a view and king size bed we had booked was not available. They upgraded us to a larger room. The selection at breakfast was out of this world, and so fresh. Again staff were very welcoming and pleasant. We were surprised at how easy it was to get around. The metro was a 2 minute walk away and so was the bus. We were less than 30 minutes away from most areas we wanted to travel to and 15 minutes from the airport, which was door to door on the bus. The vies from the beautiful rooftop bar, made our stay, especially in the evening at sunset. We will be back. See you soon!

There was lots of work going on and nobody informed us at any point. The inside pool was closed for 2 of the days we stayed, which was a really shame. Also work on one of the floors, which impacted the lifts was being done. I think staff should have let us know as a courtesy when we arrived that it was going to take place.

Service on the whole great check in, breakfast and the housekeepers. Touch of class when we got back from horrendous weather to some chocolates on the bed. Do feel the hotel train everyone well and the staff care. The pool and bar on floor 27 are excellent as was the service particularly the Phillipino gentleman I’ve forgotten his name. Rodriguez on the bar down stairs could smile at bit more but overall great experience

Not much not to like great 3 days good base for public transport

The breakfast really amazing, the worker always happy and attending your demand with cortesy and education. All types of foods to all taster.

I did the reservation in advance using the booking.com , there, the price for 2 rooms booked was 728 Euros, but when i arrived in the Hotel, and made the check-in i was charged 358,68 euros for the first accommodation and more 522,72 for the second one., total of 881,40 Euros, 153 euros more, than the valor from booking. This is the only consideration i had. The Hotel is exceptional.

The hotel is beautiful, lots of plants. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff at the reception.

On the last day before leaving(27.07.22), the son went to the pool on the roof, the time was 20:40. He had just started swimming and an employee approached him and said that the pool was closing, although there were other visitors. It was very unpleasant and the impression on the last day was spoiled. I don't understand why he was asked to leave the pool. This situation has never happened to us before.

The view was unreal, the pool is lovely, rooms well designed & decorated. Lovely, helpful staff that spoke very good English.

it’s a little far out the city, but metro links are good & very close. The restaurant recommendations from the hotel were disappointing so we’d definitely say to do your own research before!

Stayed here for 5 nights & we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade due to a return visit. Staff on reception we’re very friendly, smiley & informative. Room was very nice, spacious & modern. 2 minute walk to the Europa Fira metro station which is extremely convenient. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Not that I think this is a negative (because I understand it’s very busy) but some days it was extremely difficult to get a bed up at the rooftop pool / bar. If I could make any recommendations, it would be to put more beds at the other side of the pool (where there are no beds currently) as there’s more than enough space to accommodate at least 3/4 other beds. I also feel it would be beneficial if breakfast could be part of the booking process as we felt €25 euro each for breakfast is quite expensive. However, this did not dampen our stay.
