The apartment was very spacious and clean provided with ale the products you need - soap, dish soap, dishwasher pod, washing detergent, shower cream, shampoo, etc. Apartment is very well equipped and finished very nicely and modernly. It’s very convenient for 3 people. It’s very close to metro station so you can easily access the airport and all the landmarks of Barcelona. Luis has been extremely nice, helpful and did some magic to check us in early in the morning. When I go to Barcelona again, Europa Apartments will be definitely place to stay

The worst part of the stay was getting the keys for the accommodations when we arrived. We arrived just 5 minutes after 6 pm and waited outside for another 5 minutes before someone opened the door to the apartments. Asked for the keys to the room and the attendant would not give us the keys!!! Although he had them in his hands, he would not hand them over and told us we needed to go the other site to pick up the keys since he ONLY works till 6 pm. We drove for 4 hours to get the hotel and then this unprofessional conduct from and unhelpful attendant causes us to spend an addition hour of our time retrieving the keys at the other office in downtown Barcelona (in rush hour!!!). This was completely uncalled for and made our stay much less enjoyable!

The apartment is like new. Everything is in the top state. There are 2 bathrooms and that is great. It deserves clean 10, but...

Be mindful that if you are arriving after 18:30, you will need to go to another venue to collect the keys. We arrived around 1am and then took a taxi to collect the key cards (around 25 minutes drive), and then another 20 minutes drive to the apartment. Around 75 EUR for the taxi. And that was not the worst part - the worst part is that when you arrive at night time, you want to settle down quickly, and that is not possible with this property outside of the working hours of the reception. Another issue is that guests must take out their garbage when leaving, or they will be charged 27 USD. This was the first time in my "renting carrier" that I encountered something like that.

Better than expected. A very spacious and relaxing apartment with two good-sized rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, which was really appreciated by the whole family after a long day of sightseing in Barcelona. Adequately equipped kitchen which we used extensively, especially after visiting Carrefour at the nearby shopping center. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

New and clean. Near by the airport. Very comfortable with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Big shopping center across the street. If you come by car, consider to book parking through the Apartments in advance. Not possible to find a public one 🙌

Ridiculously high deposit, stayed just one night and a had to pay 350€ in the deposit (got it back next day). In addition, you’re charged for not taking out the trash and another fine for not putting the plates in the dishwasher… we felt a bit uncomfortable there because were wondering what else we can be charged for 🙈

Very nice well equipped apartment, close to shops and metro, helpful staff at the reception desk and by phone outside of reception working hours, big parking place in the underground garage, air condition.

There is 350 eur deposit to pay when you arrive which I think was not mentioned on the booking.com. It's returned very quickly the same day after you leave, so it's not a big issue.

The apartment is new, beautiful, modern, with all necessary amenities and equipment. The kitchen is complete, the bathrooms have hairdryer, shampoo and liquid soap from The White Company, the bedrooms are big , with comfortable mattresses and wardrobe. The living rooms is big with a big tv and couch, the airco works really well and the wifi works too. The location is good, very close to metro/ bus/ train station is only 15min from the airport. A great choice for groups!

Just small details could be improved: I missed placemats and towels in the kitchen; the pillows are a little hard and high, I’d like to have other option; and the shower box need a little silicon to be sealed - otherwise we had our floor flooded.

-Firstly, when I booked this, I was worried about it being an apartment and the cleanliness however as soon as I got there, it was so clean, it felt like I was staying in a hotel! -The layout of the apartment, they give you some coffee pods Etc for the machine, loads of clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner was the white company which was amazing !!! Even walking towards your room from the hallway, it looks so nice, there’s a little courtyard outside your door which was nice and honestly felt like a hotel. -The location is good, it’s a 4/5 mins walk to the metro. - the only one issue I had was the fact it was two twin beds pushed together, I definitely think they should get double mattress as it’s easier. It didn’t cause too much hassle but it was a little bit annoying - I loved how they key to the room is an app on your phone, makes it so much easier, I loved that idea.

Excellent apartment! Not specious but with its great layout, me & my family had a comfortable stay. The lady & gentleman in charge of the apartment were so sweet & supportive! Very close from Mercadona, metro & bus stops We plan to stay there again during our next visit to Barcelona..Highly recommended 👌

One downside that it's not so close from downtown but that wasn't really bothering us as many bus & metro stations were few minutes walk from the apartment

New property. We booked 2 apartments(one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Everything was clean and new. Good and safe location. Mall nearby. Close to the metro station

The check-in was a pain. I didn’t had the phisical card with me so they couldn’t confirm the 50% payment. I had to pay with another card everything + 2 guarantees (2 apartments). They gave us some stupid digital key by email, but all our phone died by the time we’d get home. So we panicked every day until they gave us some normal cards to get in.
