Location is good, nice size room staff all very kind and helpful

This is not a 5 star hotel buy any means, breakfast ok but hot food only warm, only 1 toaster, everyone waiting for their toast need another toaster, many people wanting for a table at busy times Problems with getting a sunbed, as people putting towels out at 9am, and not using the sun bed until 5pm

Breakfast had very good choice & with very helpful staff we were a little jet lagged the following morning having not slept the night before & my husband has Parkinson’s & dementia & the waiter & waitress were extremely kind to us reception & bar staff were very attentive too couldn’t fault the staff in any way

As we arrived earlier we were given a different room which was very kind & overall the room was lovely & spacious & valid for persons with mobility issues. However, the room had no sofa, no where to hang towels, toilet & shower rooms very spacious but had no where to put things like shelving. The draws under the sinks were difficult for someone with disabilities, the shower floor became very slippy & dangerous. A lack of information of how the TV works & as many English people visit it would have been nice to have atleast one English speaking channel or subtitles. Loved the entertainment but few & far between

Brakfat was varied and the scrambled eggs ere perfect. We en ot he por for dinne each evening on the recommendation of a eraunt from frank in reception. The room was beautiful bed super king or larger was vey comfortabl and the electric controls for shutters lghths etc were luxurious. We had ayed at tahe golf Almerimar onve beore posilby 17 years ago and we will be back again hwn w hav a cpcial celecration -this rip was for my 80th birthday and we had a geat time, so thankyo to All he staff........................

Spar could have been open on Sunday for treatments.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was specious with lovely views overlooking the golf course and sierras in the distance. Lovely comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. Spacious modern bathroom with a great walk in shower and plenty of wardrobe space. Very large television. Just a 5 minutes walk to the large marina with a good selection of cafes and bars. The staff on reception, in the dining room and the ladies cleaning our room were friendly and polite and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

The spa wasn't open during the afternoons or on Mondays. Although a very good selection of food at the buffet breakfast and dinner, some of the hot food was quite cold and the dining room itself felt a bit like a cafeteria. Although we were just a couple, on most occasions we were sat at the end of long tables for about 10 or 12 people rather than at small tables.

Our room was absolutely fabulous! The bathroom was huge and had both bathtub and a shower that I could’ve stood under for hours it was that good :-) The bedroom had a king size bed, sofa, tables and there was still loads of room to comfortably walk around the room. There was also a huge terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger. Breakfast was buffet style and food was varied and plentiful. There was also a buffet dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

While food at the dinner buffet was plentiful it lacked imagination and was, in my opinion, too expensive for what was offered.

Location, golf, food was excellent and generally the hotel was a good standard!

The area, the plastic agriculture everywhere, the deterioration of the little harbour in Almerimar and Roquetas ...the hotel is the best part of the area!

Could not understand the air conditioning

Spacious room and terrace, pool was really clean and pleasant to be around. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I found to complain about.

Rooms are fantastic - spacious clean and very comfortable

Food and service is appalling (worst food on the planet) - do not stay here for any longer than 1 night

Buffet restaurant average at the best gym does not deserve the word
