Good experience overall. Good and gentle service

The wifi (room at the end of the building -325-) was terrible. I was surprised they did not have my email and credit card upon arrival. Communication with Booking needs to improve. Neither did they have record of my special request. But they honored it when I mentioned the issue upon arrival. Buffet dinner on the expensive side

This hotel is lovely. Right on the beach and great facilities. Lots of sunbeds around the pool. Indoor and outside bar to get drinks coffees and snacks. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Lots of bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Our maid who attended the room each day was excellent!

Only thing that let down our stay was no kettle so no facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee. We had a little fridge which was great but would have loved a kettle to make a drink.

The food was excellent. All of the meals were varied and the choices very good. The Gala evening meal on the 24th December was superb. We have stayed at other hotels where the Gala night was more of a damp squib but the staff here pulled out all the stops for this night, thank you very much. The promenade goes on for miles and we enjoyed a daily walk as the weather was not too cold. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the top floor, the view was fantastic over the sea and we heard very little noise from outside of the room.

The room itself seemed a little tired and could have been bigger. The lack of English television channels was disappointing (only one UK channel and that was a news channel). The WIFI strength was very disappointing reading between 1.2 and 2.4 so was unable to stream all the UK holiday TV and our favourite programs.

The property is spotless and bright. We loved all the plants and greenery. The rooms was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The shower was excellent but the bath is a little deep to step into. Fabulous fluffy towels and good toiletries. The breakfast was excellent quality with a chef on hand to cook fried eggs, bacon and pancakes.

The walls must be very thin because we could hear the guests from both sides VERY loud. At times it got quite embarrassing. The hotel front is just off the main road, so it isn’t easy to find. We actually drove past three times without noticing the small sign. It would be better to have a large sign on the road side of the building.

Great pool area. Hotel very clean. Large lobby and good sized bedrooms. Lots of different areas to sit and relax in. Fantastic location. Good selection at breakfast and the staff were all very helpful.

The hotel has a great lobby for sitting area and people watching. At night it’s a lovely area to have a nightcap before bed but it’s slightly marred by the arcade games, pool table, air hockey etc which can get quite noisy, the games would be much better if situated in a dedicated room

Lovely hotel. Breakfast very good, such a range of food. Something for everyone. Room large and airy with small balcony. Free and good wifi.

Rooms are very dated. Needs a full upgrade. No walk-in shower. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t open. Decor very old fashioned.

The pool area is fabulous: huge deep pool, nice pools for children, fun slides, pleasant jacuzzi, comfortable chairs under beautiful palm trees, lots of good drinks for reasonable prices. The rooms (mattresses, bathrooms, balconies) are very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is large, but most of the food is rather tasteless. Also the restaurants along the sea and behind the hotel are disappointing.

Everything and all the staff was amazing! I got an upgrade for very little extra charge and it was splendid. The all inclusive is so generous and virtually "all inclusive " and if you wanted extras they were at a cheap price, e.g.aperol spriz for €2.50!! The pool is fab too and the pool staff as well. All words of praise really!!!

Pool area looks amazing, hotel staff is also very kind and helpful, cleanest accomodation we have ever seen in Spain. Cleaner lady did a great job every they she even organised the kids toys on the bed in a funny way. Plus point for the amazing cleaning staff!!!

A little gym / exercise area would be a great update considering it's a 4 star accommodation

Large clean room. Great sea view. Fantastic location on the promenade near bars and restaurants. Good night's sleep

App says you can book in at 12 but reception said it was 2pm check in so we had to wait 2 hours. Reception computers really slow! Took over 15 mins to check in. Can't imagine what it's like when it's busy. Bedroom furniture a but shabby eg scuffed chairs, cracked tiles.
