- close to the beach (5 min walking distance) - good Airco (which is really needed as temps are hot) with thermostat in each room - pools are nice, especially for kids, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas - the apartment is spacious in general, nice terrace - beds and the couch was comfortable

- is next to a lake / reeds so crazy amount of mosquitoes - be prepared to defend yourself against them - the closest supermarket is about 1 km away (and no bus possibilities) so if you are without car and you mind walking so much, than can be uncomfortable - for my preferance the kitchen was quite underequipped (eg literally only one single cutting knife?!) - the beach itself would need some “upgrade” as there are literally zero restaurants nearby, only beachbars for drinks - washing machine costs extra 30 EUR / stay (or 5 EUR / wash in their central laundry)- we have paid for it but.. cmon :)

This aparthotel is located in the next place to live in Roquetas de Mar - quiet residential area 300 metres away from a quiet beach, perfect to unwind during the holidays. It's less than 10 minutes away from the bustling tourist area with tons of restaurants and other types of facilities, so you get the best of both sides at your convenience to suit your preferences. It's fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay - full kitchen, hanging rack, extra towels and pillows. The beds are very comfortable and having a bathtub was also a great addition. I contacted the reception requesting a big bed as I was staying for 15 days, and they not only provided, but upgraded me to a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a big living room and a nice terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. I took advantage of the extra room and hosted some friends for a weekend, they absolutely loved the hotel and the area. Even without the upgrade, I found that the price I paid for the initial booking barely covered my stay. This hotel offers great deals, so I am looking forward to my next stay when I am in the area. Shutout to the staff, the two ladies at the reception were incredibly nice and approachable, and even the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Fantastic property at an amazing price. Excellent size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms! (Such a bonus for 4 girls getting ready). Yes, you have to pay a refundable deposit but this is returned on departure providing you have left the apartment in the same condition you got it in. Pool was still open which is quite rare at this time of year in the area. Only 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min stroll to all the main bars. Would highly recommend Newton Lounge for food and drinks 😀. Still can’t believe the price for what we got! Would 100% stay again.

If I’m going to be picky, my only comment would be that because we were on the ground floor, our ‘Golf course view’ was non existent. If a view is important to you then I’d recommend 1st floor upwards. Honestly didn’t bother us though as we were just there for a quick overnight stay.

It's a perfect place both for families and groups of friends. The appartament was spacious and clean. The views from the appartament are stunning, the nearby beach is huge and clean and the facilities in the neighbourhood are superb. I reccommend the place to anyone who wants to visit this part of Spain.

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Large bedroom. Well set out. Staff on reception very helpful. Outfit pool area very tidy, plenty of sunbeds. Free parking just outside the perimeter fence

Sadly no sound proofing ... We were unlucky to have people above us who scraped the furniture on the floor ( all hours), and a loud group next to us ( who were having a great time so no,we didn't complain). Lovely apartment though.

Apartment was superb with excellent air conditioning and good Free internet. Loads of Free street parking right outside with loads of great Tapas bars and restaurants in 10 mins walk and beach just a few minutes in front.

Only negative is the scraping noises in the front room and balconys caused by the plastic chairs on the tiled floors.

The location very nice not beach front but very nice view to the gardens then the sea very comfortable view,clean with all facilities,easy instructions and kind staff ,very easy free parking ,very clean beach

Not at Almeria city about 30 m driving,if it’s important for your trip but actually for us it was advantage

The attention was amazing. We could check in slightly early, which is great. When we entered the room smelled really nice and you could see it was spotless.

The only 2 things that could be better: The kitchen needs a cloth towel to dry things or hands when washing, or towel paper. And also extend the pool hours.

I liked the apartment and that it had 2 bathrooms as we were 2 couples sharing a 2 bed and a nice view over the golf course at the back. It was clean and spacious and comfy. The guy on reception was pleasant.

It could have done with a bar or a cafe on site as I think it would do good buisness. There were cafés and restaurants not too far away. Also I didn't read until we were on the way that I had to pay €200 deposit!! It seemed rather a lot as we've stayed in many places and never had to pay that amount!! Possibly a €100 at most.

The apartment was very spacious with big terrace. Very clean, reception staff very nice and efficient. The bed was so comfortable. Short walk to beach and main street of shops and restaurant. First time in roquetas del mar and beach is beautiful, there was also free concert on playa Serena which was a bonus.

Didn't use the pool but seen other comments before going ref its small, which it is for amount of apartments. But beach is close enough so went there instead.
