Fantastic property at an amazing price. Excellent size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms! (Such a bonus for 4 girls getting ready). Yes, you have to pay a refundable deposit but this is returned on departure providing you have left the apartment in the same condition you got it in. Pool was still open which is quite rare at this time of year in the area. Only 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min stroll to all the main bars. Would highly recommend Newton Lounge for food and drinks 😀. Still can’t believe the price for what we got! Would 100% stay again.

If I’m going to be picky, my only comment would be that because we were on the ground floor, our ‘Golf course view’ was non existent. If a view is important to you then I’d recommend 1st floor upwards. Honestly didn’t bother us though as we were just there for a quick overnight stay.

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Large bedroom. Well set out. Staff on reception very helpful. Outfit pool area very tidy, plenty of sunbeds. Free parking just outside the perimeter fence

Sadly no sound proofing ... We were unlucky to have people above us who scraped the furniture on the floor ( all hours), and a loud group next to us ( who were having a great time so no,we didn't complain). Lovely apartment though.

Apartment was superb with excellent air conditioning and good Free internet. Loads of Free street parking right outside with loads of great Tapas bars and restaurants in 10 mins walk and beach just a few minutes in front.

Only negative is the scraping noises in the front room and balconys caused by the plastic chairs on the tiled floors.

I liked the apartment and that it had 2 bathrooms as we were 2 couples sharing a 2 bed and a nice view over the golf course at the back. It was clean and spacious and comfy. The guy on reception was pleasant.

It could have done with a bar or a cafe on site as I think it would do good buisness. There were cafés and restaurants not too far away. Also I didn't read until we were on the way that I had to pay €200 deposit!! It seemed rather a lot as we've stayed in many places and never had to pay that amount!! Possibly a €100 at most.

The apartment was very spacious with big terrace. Very clean, reception staff very nice and efficient. The bed was so comfortable. Short walk to beach and main street of shops and restaurant. First time in roquetas del mar and beach is beautiful, there was also free concert on playa Serena which was a bonus.

Didn't use the pool but seen other comments before going ref its small, which it is for amount of apartments. But beach is close enough so went there instead.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Very quiet but within walking distance of local restaurants and the beach. Taxis to further destination can be booked through reception and are reasonable priced. Pool cleaned every morning.

Only got fresh sheets and towels once, could do with towels being changed more frequently.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and on an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. For a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the kitchen utensils provided were more than enough and, unlike many other places, you get a big fridge. The only small but on this regard is that there was no kettle. There's a coffee machine though. Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. All very clean. The beach near by, and the area in general, is not crowded at all. Quite the opposite, it's very nice and calm. Regardless of the time of the day that we went to the beach, there was plenty of space available on first line near the water, and everywhere else. There are "chiringitos", toilets and lifeguards right there. There's a nice "paseo maritimo" and the busiest side of the town is just a short stroll away.

The swimming pool could be bigger and it got very crowded at times. Not much of an issue though given the nice beach nearby.

It was the perfect place for our holiday. Very spacious, and we had anything we needed. Pretty close to the beach. We had a very nice and peaceful view of the golf course. Will definitely come again when we'll have the opportunity.

Spacious room

Staff was extremely unpolite and scammed us on ‘house policy’. They charged us 60€ for not cleaning the dishes. They take on deposit of 200€ and charge you on their will without clear pricelist (penalty list)! 1 min job = 60€ Outrageous! Fishy!

The apartment was large and the terraces off 3 separate rooms were brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was really effective. The whole apartment was immaculate.

I wish that the lounge furniture and beds were more comfortable. They were all a little firm for us.
