The hotel and staff were friendly. We opted for a junior suite which was massive with two bedrooms, lounge a dining table and kitchen. It was very comfortable but not set up for self catering as there were no plates knifes nor forks and no hob? There was a micro and fridge freezer. We faced the beach and unfortunately on our side, no sun on the balcony in the afternoon, but the pool area is available! Food was buffet style and was pretty good apart from the coffee which was abysmal.

We requested a room with a sunny aspect and high floor, this was not responded to via booking.com and we were left in the dark so to speak. Beware mosquitoes were prevalent after dusk!!

Great hotel for family's. Brilliant adult and kids pool. Small playground on site. Plenty activities throughout the day. Right on beach and lots or resturants nearby. Drinks good but all inclusive residents defo got better treatment.

2 bed suite. 1 room didn't have a door. Had to put baby in other room so we were left with smaller bed. Room that had door was near impossible to open close. Very loud at night. Combined after 1st night and was told it was the quietest room which I think is very bizarre. We only had bnb breakfast was fine but very repetitive. Feedback from lunch and dinner not good. Kitchenette in rooms have nothing. Not even a knife and fork or a single plate

Great location right on the beach Very close to local shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned regularly. All inclusive drinks were great (not the usual watered down rubbish that some hotels serve) and chilled San Miguel on tap. Food was good, a good deal of choice each day. pool area was nice and plenty of sun loungers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower in our room was a little temperamental, you'd set it at the required temperature and after a couple of minutes it would start varying between ice cold and boiling! lifts were a bit rickety.

The location of the hotel was close to the beach but also near cafés & restaurants.

The buffet dining room was very noisy. Although we booked half board we opted to eat out after the first evening. The car parking space we were allocated was tight & the person who was trying to park next to us in his new car scraped our new car. Fortunately we were able to change to better parking bays & no real damage was done. With cars seemingly getting bigger it might be an idea to make larger parking spaces.

The food was AMAZING, the staff EXCELLENT, the shows every night were AWESOME all of them.

There aren't enough drink dispensers, which leads to long lines. The bar likely needs more staff. Also, the large pool area where the snack bar is located could use an additional bar — this would help reduce pressure on the main bar on the other side.

Some food could be warmer

Lifts one out of action for 4 days. A must more staff on reception, long waites not good when you have to walk past the queue and ask someone to move will come back sometime next year

Everything apart from patio doors and outside furniture not clean.

As a wheelchair user slight problem with small steps at entrance doors and door into our room 614. Also bit of a problem for wheelchair pusher. With ramps to lifts , outside facilities. And restaurant. Only because pusher is 75 years old. 🤔🤭😄🤣also shower tray very slippery. Overall very pleased with hotel and will recommend it.

Stayed one entire week in July and it was amazing! The weather was so hot. There are 2 pools and both are really nice. The water was so warm, loved it. One pool has music all day which was great and the other does not, which is amazing for people who want to just not hear anything. The rooms are also good. Every day the cleaners would come in and clean, give fresh towels, etc. They were very friendly. They didn't inform us that the air conditioner only works when the window is closed, which we initially assumed was broken. Never encountered such design. The food was good, but I think the variety could be better. The all-inclusive option just gives you access to drinks and a snack bar opened all day with some fries, croissants, hot dogs, hamburgers, fruit and not a lot more. If you are not much of a drinker or eat a lot of food, then it's not worth to pay more for this. You will most likely be full all day if you take advantage of the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was amazing, everybody was so nice, friendly and always smiling. And the best thing was the entertainment. The entertainment team was the best! They put on a dancing show on Friday (our last day) and I think was amazing! They dance so well and it shows that they love to do what they do. I would genuinely come here again just to see them perform. Also throughout the day, there were so many activities both for adults as for kids, which was great. I can only describe the environment in the hotel as a happy, relaxing and party place. I also want to shout out again at the people on the entertainment team, I don't remember all their names but they were all amazing people and dancers. I remember Peter, Xavier (I think) and the girls. They were really the best thing about our staying here.

The entertainment program went sometimes until 23:00 very loud and no sleep possible. After my stay, i received a lot of marketing mails which i never agreed before, i unsubscribed 3 times, they send newsletter always again.

The receptionists were super friendly. Thank you for that. Its was the first time ever I hear the words "welcome to our hotel, enjoy your stay". Find it a quiet location, perfect for who wants to relax, and by the beach. Room is very spacious. I had a fantastic time. Amaizing value for money! Ideal for a budget trip. Thank you!

Food. I didn't enjoy the food. Salads are very similar every day and very limited choices of warm food. What I hated the most, in the restaurant: staff would take my plate full of food when i leave the table to get a drink. Then I have to get a new plate of food. What a waste!! This happened couple of times, no matter how fast i was... I was not the only one with this issue. I would suggest to have some signs on the table red to clean table, green meaning people still eating, like other restaurants. Hotel corridors are old fashioned, definitely need a refreshment. Thankfully the rooms are not like that.
