Excellent value for money, very satisfied overall.. staff are just so friendly and helpful from reception to the lifeguard. The hotel is spotless clean every part. Right on the beach we had a Seaview room it was fab, sure some parts are dated but the kitchenette is excellent and the sheets and pillow were super clean.. Kids club was fantastic and catered to English speakers also. Breakfast was excellent. Indoor pool was super. Drinks very reasonable for someone from Ireland this hotel is so cheap and affordable the drinks were good quality also.

No pool bar, would have been nice to have somewhere to eat during the day as we didn’t want buffet

Very close proximity to the beach, right on the paseo maritime.Very comfortable beds, which were huge with two decent pillows on each.The Hotel gave us some complimentary drinks of water pepsi and fizzy orange which was a very kind gesture.Four glasses, two in the fridge compartment and two in the bathroom.Two big blankets provided in the wardrobe.Big balcony with two chairs and a table.Very ample breakfast with eggs and omelettes cooked to order.Good varied selection of food.Private parking under the Hotel at a very reasonable price

There was really nothing negative about the Hotel

It was an apartman with facility to cook, fridge. Nice size balcony with -partial-sea view. Close to the sea. Bus stop also very near. Liked the fact breakfast was btw 8:30-10:30. The huge selection of breakfast. Relaxing stay.

A little bit of sometimes overhearing a neighbour who used to wake a lot earlier than us.

The food was very good. We liked our apartment room and patio (ground floor).

Our grumbles were that the sunbeds were spaced too close together making them awkward to use. As we were staying on half board it was quite a way to go to get a drink from the main bar when we were at the sunbeds. The jacuzzi was cold water.

The location, right on top of the beach which was beautiful and clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

The noisy plumbing every so often, the plumbing made noises that seemed as if they were going to come back out of the drains. Also there were no kettles or cups for hot drinks etc. Although you could borrow kettles for €20 deposit and cups and spoons from the restaurant.

Comfortable beds, booked double room but ended up with apartment, wonderful views of pool and beach. Room a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly especially girl on the reception. Parking great price cheapest of any hotel we have ever stayed at, only 6 euros a day and very large car park . Food above average with freshly baked bread.

Hotel bit dated needs refurbishment

The food is ok. Nothing too fancy and it gets a bit repetitive. The breakfast is a bit bland. Some of the pastries are nice and the pancakes too. The beds are very good. The 1bed apartment is very spacious. The swimming pool is great, specially for kids. The slides made a very fun swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool allows to swim even on a windy day. The beach is only 2 min walk. The staff is super friendly. The animation team is great! My kids had a great time.

The breakfast is a bit bland. The coffee is basic, the queues are a bit long, the toaster incredibly slow. There is not enough workers to do the tables ( they work incredibly hard and no cover all the work). Also, I tried to call them and they never answer the phone. All inclusive have some exception in the bar. The cocktail included are very disappointing. The real cocktails have a 3€ extra charge.

Well, this is the 3rd or 4th time staying here, and never had a problem, last time was in 2020, this time we had problem with the fridge, 3 times they came to fix then put another in which also didn't work. Gave up complaining, medicine was meant to be in a cool place had to keep filling the sink with cold water to keep it coolish so not ideal, also we had carton of milk in there which was taken, when they changed the fridge. There was definitely less variety of food this time and if you went say 20 mins before closing there would be hardly anything to choose, so shall not be going anymore, and the main reason was the fridge, as very nice staff, comfortable beds, nice food, loads of sunbeds, maid service every day if needed, so all good, but really needed the fridge.

No working fridge.. also food could have been hotter and more coffee machines as long line to use. They only had one microwave that I saw.

All the staff were really nice, and polite especially Pablo on the front desk. The room was very well cleaned every day. the food was really nice and lots of it. we had breakfast and dinner. the facilities were really well maintained.

The wifi connection dropped out occasionally, but who needs wifi when you're on holiday? The lifts got really crowded at peak times.
