Excellent value for money, very satisfied overall.. staff are just so friendly and helpful from reception to the lifeguard. The hotel is spotless clean every part. Right on the beach we had a Seaview room it was fab, sure some parts are dated but the kitchenette is excellent and the sheets and pillow were super clean.. Kids club was fantastic and catered to English speakers also. Breakfast was excellent. Indoor pool was super. Drinks very reasonable for someone from Ireland this hotel is so cheap and affordable the drinks were good quality also.

No pool bar, would have been nice to have somewhere to eat during the day as we didn’t want buffet

Very close proximity to the beach, right on the paseo maritime.Very comfortable beds, which were huge with two decent pillows on each.The Hotel gave us some complimentary drinks of water pepsi and fizzy orange which was a very kind gesture.Four glasses, two in the fridge compartment and two in the bathroom.Two big blankets provided in the wardrobe.Big balcony with two chairs and a table.Very ample breakfast with eggs and omelettes cooked to order.Good varied selection of food.Private parking under the Hotel at a very reasonable price

There was really nothing negative about the Hotel

Lovely hotel, great location, rooms were really big. Pool was great, right beside the beach. Staff in the bar very friendly.

The girl on reception when we were checking in was quite rude. It was like we were an inconvenience to her, if you don’t like your job get another one.

It was an apartman with facility to cook, fridge. Nice size balcony with -partial-sea view. Close to the sea. Bus stop also very near. Liked the fact breakfast was btw 8:30-10:30. The huge selection of breakfast. Relaxing stay.

A little bit of sometimes overhearing a neighbour who used to wake a lot earlier than us.

It was so clean, Mariana the cleaner on floor 5 was exceptional. The pool area was well kept too. Liked playing pool, good cocktails, lovely food x

Pool very cold but I didn’t mind too much. When busy I’d expect the lifts were a bit annoying as small and a bit slow.

The food was very good. We liked our apartment room and patio (ground floor).

Our grumbles were that the sunbeds were spaced too close together making them awkward to use. As we were staying on half board it was quite a way to go to get a drink from the main bar when we were at the sunbeds. The jacuzzi was cold water.

The location, right on top of the beach which was beautiful and clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

The noisy plumbing every so often, the plumbing made noises that seemed as if they were going to come back out of the drains. Also there were no kettles or cups for hot drinks etc. Although you could borrow kettles for €20 deposit and cups and spoons from the restaurant.

Comfortable beds, booked double room but ended up with apartment, wonderful views of pool and beach. Room a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly especially girl on the reception. Parking great price cheapest of any hotel we have ever stayed at, only 6 euros a day and very large car park . Food above average with freshly baked bread.

Hotel bit dated needs refurbishment

Food selection was really good but some dishes were cold so had to use microwave. Nice that you can get wine by the bottle in the restaurant.

Some food was cold. Stains on the bedsheets :(
